They helped tow my car from an accident scene in no time, took me home and made sure the vehicle gets to the body shop in timely manners before they close.
I called and scheduled to have my vehicle towed, the guy over the phone gave me no information regarding a pick up time or anything of that nature. I had a driver call me 30 minutes later and give me an actual time, talking to him at 1:20pm, he said he would arrive in 30 to 40 minutes. I waited an hour and a half, without hearing anything. I texted the driver, and he did not respond, I tried calling him, he did not answer, this company wasted over 2 hours of my time and didn't even have the decency to respond to me. Absolutely do not do business with this company.

I called at 8:13pm and gave all necessary information to dispatcher. He informed me my tow would be to me in 55 mins. I texted a little over an hour later (9:19pm) requesting ETA….. No Response. I then called soon after (9:27pm) and the dispatcher said to let him call the driver and he will update me. It is currently 10:59pm…. Still on the side of the road…. Still no call back or tow truck. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will LITERALLY LEAVE YOU OUTSIDE. Horrible!!
This company not only falsely altered the information about the tow in order to rack up the price, they also proceeded to give us a faulty receipt which was caught by the insurance company and now “masters towing” is refusing to give us the correct receipt. AND the operator hung up after we politely asked for it. This company is a SCAM they will lie and take advantage of you, especially if you are a woman. So beware. Have been reported to BBB and the authorities for criminal intent. Again, these are CROOKS. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOU’RE BUSINESS.
Amazing service. Late night called to get a last minute tow. We didn’t wait long and the service was quick, cost efficient and professional. I gave 4 and not five because in every business there is room for improvement always. Highly recommended
The driver and his helper were very courteous. They really know what they’re doing. They secured my car very safely and unloaded it with just as much care. Great job guys. You guys are my Master Towing to go. Thanks for caring about my car just as much as I do.
They are cheap and it’s not bad the worker that I got (his name is George) he tried his best to get my lowered car even went out to bring out his own tools to help get my car up on the truck
