SOS has been hands down the best! My truck broke down 40 miles from home my insurance wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to tow. Gave these guys a call very respectful and reasonable. Several hours later truck was dropped off no issues. Thank you SOS towing.

I was broken down at 4am. They said it would be $255 to tow my car less than 2 miles. He informed me of their 50-100% cancelation policy. They informed me my card was declined. This was an error my bank, Chase couldn't correct. It was 430am. They were closed. I called a different company, my card was fine, and I got the help I needed. On my way home, i noticed they'd charged me $77. I assume for having tried to solicit their service. I called my bank, told them this situation, and they took my money back. These guys are the definition of predatory. Please don't call them, even if you're desperate.

Best tow company by far! The driver sure knew his stuff! My panicked daughter's car was dead on the side of the road. Once he arrived, he found the drain plug was missing from the oil pan! He suggested we take it to the place she recently had the oil change done. Good idea since this mess was their fault! And, we made the kwik car pay for the tow! I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your towing needs! The driver arrived quickly, was very professional, and had good advice. It turned a crappy, scary situation into something manageable. Highly recommend this company for towing. I called them a couple weeks ago when my vehicle broke down with my wife and baby at a busy intersection and the gentleman on the phone (didn’t catch name unfortunately) was kind, professional and efficient in gathering my info and dispatching a driver. The driver (Cameron) arrived quickly and provided great service as well. I appreciate both of them for alleviating a stressful situation.

Yes I needed my car Towed to my Mechanic Shop to have work done on it. Well I called around and everyone was Soooo Expensive!!!! So I Decided to call S.O.S Towing & Recovery and Talk to a Young man name Mr. Brandon and he was Professional, Sweet and kind. And in my Book a very very reasonable price to tow my car to my mechanic. So if you need your automobile or your truck towed please please give them a call first and check their prices out before you check anybody else. Also I forgot the Young that Towed my car but he was also very very Professional, sweet and kind. And Between Mr. Brandon and the other Young they took very very Great care of my 2011 Ford Fiesta. So Please Call them first and check out their prices before you call anyone else. If I ever need them are I know anyone that needs them I already have S.O.S Towing & Recovery added to my Contacts on my phone. 😊♥️

This company takes advantage of people’s emergencies. I called their office in norman, Ok for flat tire or towing to the nearest shop I sent them pictures of the area and my truck was in the highway side road . They agreed and said they will tow it for 175, took my credit card number then decided no it’s a recovery for $500 after they’ve seen the road pictures and agreed to tow it for the first price. I couldn’t cancel it because of cancellation free they failed to mention earlier and on top of that it took them an hour and a half to get the car leaving an 8 month pregnant woman with my kids stranded and taking advantage of. Don not use this greedy company!

Provided great same day service while replacing the alternator on a 2007 Nissan Murano . Stayed and made sure job was completed while helping me with other problem that were occurring. He was well knowledge on what needed to be done. Will definitely be using his service again

I was stuck on the side of 183 and called SOS Towing. They were friendly and professional. The dispatcher Chris helped ease my mind by letting me know who my driver would be and about when he would arrive. Jared our driver called me and assured me that he would be there asap and gave me multiple updates on how far he was. Chris and Jared not only have great customer service but it was obvious they really cared about their customers. Big thanks to SOS Towing.

Fast and phenomenal service. Brandon towed my truck (missing front driver side wheel) and took extra care to make sure my truck didn’t sustain additional damage. Top notch service, highly recommend!

Special group of people running that place. They are a class act. Dispatch is efficient and knows how to make things happen. Haulers are fast and and make sure that everything is secure and to spec before rolling out. A lot of experience here. from small wrecker to large forklifts these guys are second to none.

Fast service. Friendly staff. Hourly rate is a bit high but not ridiculous. They changed post of a coolant line instead of replacing whole line. Unfortunately it only lasted about 400 miles and had to have whole line replaced at different shop. Was a waste of $500 but not but completely the shops fault. There were more issues than first diagnosed.

Called early morning to schedule a tow at 8am, comfirmed tow and price with night dispatcher. 9am I go to vehicle location to find tow truck drive just arriving. Vehicle was scheduled to be at shop at 9am. Day dispatcher wanted to blame the night dispatcher. Prices between the 2 dispatchers wasn't the same either. Day dispatcher was going to charge me $165 for a 3 mile tow. I informed him night dispatcher quoted me $125 to hook plus $4 a mile, 3 miles doesn't equal $165 he cut price to $145. This place has communication problems within. Tow truck driver was a nice guy!

My van broke down and I found them on google so I called they came out within a few hours. They picked me up and my van and took me .8 miles to a local car garage. The whole time they never told me about any pricing. When I got to the car repair shop the driver of the tow truck told me it was going to be over 190 dollars what the Hell. Really I could only image if they had to tow me 5 miles geez don't be a fool like me ask before they pick up your vehicle ask for pricing update called back this morning to check pricing and I pretending to have another car broke down the same distance and they told me that it was a 125 hook up fee and 4 dollars a mile which I found out is pretty normal. so explain to me why I spent 191 dollars. they will take advantage of you if your not careful no integrity.

Great driver. Great service. Gave accurate times. I feel it was a totally fair and decent price. Will definitely use them in the future if I need a tow again.

Verizon scheduled my roadside assistance through SOS, Tim was great when I called a couple of times, and Big Country Zach arrived an hour ahead of schedule which was huge cause I was in the middle of no-where, tx. Once Zach arrived and throughout the tow and ride, he was the absolute best, super helpful and friendly! He deserves a raise! 100% the greatest towing company in town!
