They have a crew of people sitting in parking lots ready to tow. Saw them give warnings to some people and towed others. Shady company with unethical practices. This is the truck watching you, ready to call the tow truck who's waiting in the next lot.
Bad business! They park on Crab Shack and wait for you to park at ihop if they see you go to Texas road house they put a boot on your car which is illegal! No ihop sign parking only signs which is wrong! Legal action is in place
Had the same experience with this company waiting and preying on people who parked in way back of the very empty ihop parking lot while going to a birthday dinner at texas roadhouse where there were no signs visible stating not to park in that area...
we made sure not to park where they did have signs visible!!!
Walked into the texas roadhouse and saw the signs inside the building that said not to park in the ihop parking lot and immediately turned around to go move the car.
Within less than 5 minutes of walking to the restaurant seeing the sign and walking back to car they had an unmarked green truck booting our vehicle.
Had to zelle a man named Gary Lemus because their card reader was "down" and they were unable to provide me with a receipt.. super freaking shady.
Forced me to pay 200 to get access to my vehicle or wait for them to come tow it?

Extremely shady business practices! Employees are just as bad of people as ownership. If you get a boot illegally on your vehicle just call the police! They will take care of it
They have partnered with Crab Pack to boot and tow any cars that park there even for literally 2 minutes to help a handicapped person get into Texas Roadhouse. They hadn't even finished booting the truck and charged my husband $160 before he could even move it. Extremely unethical.
They sat out of Texas Road House and told my family we could not park down the hill in another restaurant's lot, which was empty. There were signs, saying not to park farther up, but the place we parked did not have those signs. When we exited the car, a man from LRS Towing told us we could not park in that lot. We asked where we should park, and he said "Just not in this lot". We asked if parking in the IHOP parking lot was okay, and he said "Just not in this lot". Very informative. So my family had 3 cars, we all drove over to the IHOP parking lot and walked over to the Texas Road House. Thinking that that was okay BECAUSE WE ASKED! When we were sitting, waiting for a table, we saw Texas Road House put a new sign on their front door, saying NOW don't park at the IHOP. So, we immediately went to check on the cars. The same man and a group of guys had just walked back over from our cars and they booted all 3. How is that allowed? That was not okay. WE ASKED, They said we were fine, then we got booted. Each car was $160.00 to remove the boot. The men were real pieces of work too, being rude about it. They were rude to begin with, but this was just wrong. Don't tell someone something is fine if it is not. That should be illegal. They make good money out there, LYING to people. Classy Place. ZERO STARS!
I own two tow trucks in this gentleman help me get one of them to the shop so I could continue my business... I'm in the business trust me they do good work

LRS is a great company with excellent and experienced customer service. They towed my pickup with no problem whatsoever. I've also used them to jump my battery with their battery booster. Great company!
Dudes know what they’re doing. Don’t have to worry about your vehicle being damaged because they take care of it like it was their own I have used these guys multiple times once I was stuck in a tight parking lot, but their drivers are professional experts and were able to get me out with no problem. Another time I was two blocks from my house they treated my vehicle carefully as I was moved. I was so impressed I gave these guys cash tip would use again 10 out of 10 hands-down the best price in DFW along with great service
Very reliable and affordable towing! They service is beyond amazing, I've used them twice now and they got out to me faster than any other towing company I've delt with. I'll definitely be using them for all my towing needs.
