I needed an inoperable car hauled off my property and this company came and got it without me being there. Spoke to them on the phone and had a few txt messages and that was it. So thankful they were able to take care of it for me.
Driver was fabulous I loved his energy he was kind sweet took care of everything did things that I didn't even know were supposed to be done like take off the license plate and the registration sticker off the window he was very helpful loved his energy had a great personality I couldn't say anything better about him thank you
I had my totaled 2006 Buick Lacrosse towed by Arben. He was very courteous, and was good about being in communication about when he would be arriving. The company gave me $113 for the wrecked vehicle, which was pretty good given the high number of miles and the undrivable state it was in. Hopefully you will never get into a car accident, but if you do and you don't have collision coverage on your insurance, this is a good company to call to salvage some dollars for your vehicle.

I was really surprised the afternoon when I called about a quote for a car been sitting for years out in the country. I had the title and key to the car. They offered me cash in hand said they would be there in 1 1/2 hours. The office staff was very courteous and the driver went above and beyond filling out the paper work. Couldn’t have asked for the process to be any smoother.
I will say this was the best experience I had with this company, My first time having a vehicle removed, Fast transaction same day removal. I would definitely recommend it to anyone That’s interested in removing a vehicle.

Once contacted everything went smoothly, met the driver, he looked over car and paid exactly what they offered. Unlike a service I used before, who made up something to offer me less what they had offered. Even though I was completely honest in the description.

I started a review but somehow lost it. From the app to the driver Victor who picked up my car, my experience was perfect. Victor was so helpful he removed my tires for me because they were new. He was awesome. My car had a complicated situation going on and my backyard wasn't helping the situation but he got my car on his truck finally after doing a lot of work which im so thankful for because without his dedication and hardwork I wouldn't have been able to sell my car. Im glad he worked it out and I know it was more work than he knew he was getting himself into but he did it without complaining and any problems. This was an awesome experience. Driver was very cordial and helpful. Car was located in the back of our ranch and driver was able to navigate alternate paths. Driver communicated his location and arrival time. Car pickup was fast. No problems.
The driver was very professional. It was my wife's first car, and it was the car we used to drive our first child home from the hospital, so there were a lot of emotional attachments. The driver let her take goodbye pictures, and as silly as it seems, it helped in closing that chapter. That was the only car we had as newlyweds with no money in our pockets, but it got us from point A to point B. I recommend using this company.
I was offered more here than from a pick n pull place. They came and picked up my car free of charge. The process was smooth and very quick. I highly recommend. Very trustworthy company. Oh and excellent communication skills. Periodically throughout the trip to come get my car the driver notified me approximately how far away and approximate time of arrival.
