What clients say about Star Wright Towing and Roadside in Fort Worth (TX)
Smooth coordination and excellent services.
When my battery died in the parking lot near the east Fort Worth commercial area off Beach Street on a hot morning before a delivery run I had planned around a full day of stops. Called Star Wright Towing and the dispatcher was warm and easy to talk to and made the whole situation feel manageable. Driver there in 21 minutes, jumped the car, tested the battery, showed me the reading and told me it was not going to survive another North Texas summer. Replaced it that afternoon. Battery jump service in Fort Worth TX done fast and honestly by a driver who gives you information worth having before leaving. Number saved immediately.
My uncle works in the east Fort Worth industrial area off Ellis Avenue and his car broke down on Beach Street heading toward the 76164 area on a Tuesday evening and called me in Haltom City because he had never dealt with a tow before. I called Star Wright Towing while he stayed in the car. Driver was there in 22 minutes, texted me after arriving to confirm he was with my uncle, walked him through the whole process calmly since it was his first breakdown, and called me when the car was delivered to our mechanic near the north Fort Worth corridor. None of that was requested. My uncle told me the driver was patient and made the whole thing feel completely manageable. Roadside assistance in Fort Worth TX that takes care of someone alone on an industrial road at night. Have already told three coworkers in the area to save this number.
Locked my keys in the car near the Meacham Airport area on a Friday afternoon worst timing, since I already had plans I didn’t want to miss. Gave Star Wright Towing and Roadside a call, and they showed up in about 20 minutes. They got the door open quickly, no damage at all, and the price was exactly what they quoted. If you need a reliable car lockout service in Fort Worth, TX, these guys really come through. I still made it to my plans, too. Very reliable!
My Brothers car broke down on Loop 820 eastbound heading through the north Fort Worth area toward the Beach Street corridor on a Thursday morning with a warehouse meeting I absolutely could not miss. Called Star Wright Towing and somebody answered immediately. Driver was there in 23 minutes through some variable Tarrant County morning traffic near the Beach Street interchange, loaded the car on a flatbed, and delivered it to my mechanic near Decatur Avenue. Made the meeting by rideshare. Price matched the quote. Have driven Loop 820 through east and north Fort Worth for eight years without a towing company in Fort Worth TX saved for this part of the metro. That is now corrected.
Thanks, Andrew, for understanding and canceling my service request on Saturday! I just checked, and the charge to my credit card has been removed. I like Star Wright Towing and Roadside because they're flexible and their customer service is great.
