Nobody likes to get towed. But they were helpful in explaining details to me. Told me about who to contact in terms of reimbursement from the towing company that actually towed me. People forget, they’re the lot, not the towing service. The customer service on the phone and on site was good. Granted the place looks a little sketchy, they were willing to work with me. Be nice and people will be nice back.
I had a car towed here illegally by this shady lot that runs some scam ring with towing companies and apartment complexes. The car was in a visitors parking space and registered online for 24 hours and was taken about 15 minutes after it was registered. When I arrived to pick up the car within 30 minutes I had to pay an outrageous price of $331 to get it out. I tried to explain to the very unprofessional and rude lady that the car was illegally towed and she basically cut me off and said "do you want the car or not" while ignoring my evidence as she was hiding behind a blacked out window. These people can claim "we are just the lot" all they want, but they knowingly let these towing companies illegally tow cars here onto their property because there is no way they've even read a fraction of these reviews and keep letting these illegal towings happen.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would horrible, horrible company, trashy place trashy people working there. They had the wind blacked out so bad you can't even see back there and you put your money to a little slot where you can't see what they're doing with it and guess what, it's going to be short. So you might as well pay with a credit card but you're going to have to pay more to pay with the creditor debit card, but you're going to pay more anyway, because they're going to take a 20 out of the money and say you didn't put it in there, they're going to say you're $20 short to get their tip. Very dishonest place , they don't answer the bell at the door shady shady shady company
They damaged my vehicle was aware of the damage took my car and this is what the car looked like going to pick it up only was told after they took my money….company needs to be shut down the lady even laughed in my face when telling me about my damaged car
The Lady dispatcher on night shift is extremely rude it’s absolutely ridiculous. If you dislike customer support do not work in the field. I do not recommend any type of business with this company.
Slimy. $400 to get your car out, basically robbing people. extra charge for card, extra charge every day you wait. And use tow companies who do shady work, JLS tried to tow my registered car just for not updating my tags yet. tow company has no phone # and the Sure storage people are “just the lot” Whoever owns this place is money hungry
This place is very disrespectful, they will hang up on you . They don’t give you any information but tell you to take them to court . They allow tow trucks to bring there illegal towings and can’t help
Just bought a new car and had it registered to my apartment same day and these ppl towed because it’s in violation. Terrible customer service and they just don’t care
The service staff's attitude is bad and disrespectful. I've seen many people complain for a long time but they still haven't changed their attitude when serving. This shows that they don't care about customers, all they need is money. And one thing is for sure, this is not a legitimate company. One word to describe BAD.
Got our car towed last night when we had a pass that was good until 4/7 from the apartment’s office manager. We had to go pick it up at 3am!!!!!
The rude lady who works overnight didn’t make the situation any better. Talking disrespectfully when you behind a glass then have the nerve to say you’re being recorded on video & audio. People who create hostile situations be the first to say they weren’t the problem. Her attitude is as disgusting as that office.
They illegally towed my wife’s car, she was in visitor parking and registered the car for that evening. TOTAL RIP OFF!! Please do not give these thieves any money, call a reputable company. This company is not BBB certified. Cost me $325 and ruined her visit with her sister.
You don't want this in your life. They will literally make things difficult for you to get your vehicle. Take cash and be done. If you use a card, prepare to pay more.
My car was definitely brought in illegally. A car cannot be towed during the ten day window to get registered. And then I get it back and you towed it again. No worries. It will get sorted out.
Got my car back after it being towed for a 3 hour expired parking pass. 340$ later and now my brakes are clunking after I just put a 800$ brake job done on my car. Bulshit scammers steal people's cars and charge high dollar release fees so the owner won't get the car out and they will send the car to auction! I want someone to contact me about my car damage!!!!!!
They towed my car want to charge an arm and leg to get it out more messed up is my car and ent to auction with all my documents as in id credit cards ect and wen I talked to tha stupid woman she said she never talked to me I want my stuff or this company will be sued
This has happened now twice to my friends they come over to visit and bam a car towed and they have to pay almost 400.00 absolutely ridiculous and the lady I spoke with over the phone. Said she won't give us a refund or waive the fees even though the car was taken out of my driveway don't trust anywhere that has this towing service ever.
Worst place ever!!! Customer service is terrible. They ignore phone calls. They give incorrect information on where the car is located. Very rude!!!
Edit: they indeed intentionally ignored my phone calls. I had to use a completely different phone to call to try to call!!! Worst experience ever and unnecessary driving.
If I could give zero stars I would. This storage space and JLS Towing company operate off of illegal business practices. My car was illegally towed from my reserved parking spot at my apartment complex. The lady behind the glass was incredibly rude to me unprovoked over the phone and in person. You would think these companies would do their due diligence before just stealing someone’s car. Oh well, I’ll file a complaint and see these people in court. Hopefully Sure Storage and JLS go bankrupt for fraud.
I’m am gandmom of 11 and my daughter been living in her apartment for 11years and I have not seen any tow truck but came outside and my car is gone. I had to pay $400 dollars to get my car back. That’s really sad.😮🤔😤😢☹️😞
My son's truck was towed from the apartment after he had already registered it online, which should be illegal. They towed it at 12:05 on 4-26-24. When my son went to get his truck from this place, he went to get in his truck, and He had happened to notice that multiple things were missing and damaged.
Don't trust these people. they towed my car illegally while I had valid registration with my apartment front office. They also never answer their phones. Ive been living at this apartment complex for 5 years without a problem, and suddenly they sniped my car out of nowhere when we changed towing companies. Evil. Evil. Evil.
I’ll be fair, I hate that I made the mistake of getting a car towed, and I have multiple cars but only have a parking sticker for one and this weekend didn’t sign up for parking for my fiat (non daily) and was towed Monday morning so had to have a friend drive me to work and brother take me to pick up. Anyway while I had all the thoughts of anger and frustration walking in I realized it’s just not worth it. There was a friendly employee that helped me pay and fill out the paperwork and I was able to get my car back in 10 minutes. And there wasn’t any damage. So I’m just thankful it wasn’t stolen and grateful I can leave learning a lesson.
While no one likes being towed let alone in the middle of the night I have to say the lady working was super nice and so helpful. My mom’s car was towed from my apartment and we realized it at 1:30am. The girl working helped calm my panicked state. I don’t know if they see this or not but by chance you do, to the girl working today 1/3/23 at 2:00 in the morning, you have no idea how much your kindness and helpfulness means to my mom and I! Thank you so much!
Very rude for no reason. My car got towed last night and I called this morning to get information. I was trying to get her to confirm if the registration is in my dad's name or my uncle's name so I can know who needs to pick up the car, but she wanted to be rude, so I got rude back, and she hung up, and would not answer as I called back. Then my boyfriend called later and it took forever to get an answer. She clearly hates her job and is miserable, but doesn't have the guts to go live life how she wants, so now she wants to take it out on people who just want to get information about their belongings.
This was my first tow experience and the worst experience by far. I wasn’t even upset about the vehicle being towed. However, the disrespect I received when I called to inquire about my vehicle was insane, surprising, and shocking. I was not given much information besides a phone number to inquire about my vehicle. The dispatcher that answered was very short with me and disrespectful. Each time I tried to ask a question about my vehicle, she hung up in my face. When I called back, she did not answer, to the point where I had to get someone else to call on my behalf. When I asked for her information to file a complaint, she refused to tell me her name and when I came to pick up my vehicle she lied and stated she was not the woman on the phone. I know this was a lie because I drove 12 minutes down the street, no way you switched shifts in 12 minutes. Do better! Disrespectful employees reflect negatively on your business as a whole. That dispatcher needs to be fired immediately!!! But I guess I shouldn’t expect much from employees when the owner is replying rudely, snidely, and condescending to customer’s Google reviews. Apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree...
Waited outside for 30 minutes just to be let in to get my friends car. We called 817/457/2462 over 20 times and got no answer!!!! His car was towed from his own apartment complex that he’s lived in for OVER a year and the car isn’t new!!! We watched the tow truck drive at least 4 cars in and not once did anyone acknowledge the fact that 4 customers we waiting outside at 10:15 pm!!! This facility is unprofessional, has poor quality, and very rude!!! They deserve to be shut down!!!

DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT AT THIS COMPLEX! My daughter went to stay the night with her friends that live here and her car was towed for no reason whatsoever! $300 down the drain because every single car that spends any time here must be registered. The stupidest thing I've ever heard of! Straight up ghetto! Tribecca Point I'm not sure what business I can take from you but I'll do whatever I can to make my more than $300 back for this! They have two trucks from Sure Storage 5401 Wilbarger Ft. Worth, TX 76119 just waiting around the corner. Other people had their car parked at another complex for 5 minutes and they got towed. This complex is definitely in cahoots with the towing company to make extra $.
