Reviews are overwhelmingly positive; Stevens We Buy Cars Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV delivers professional, honest service with clear communication, fair offers honored at pickup, cash paid, and fast, on‑time towing. The phone process is simple, scheduling is easy (often next day), and wait times are short. Staff friendliness and reliability stand out. Complaints are scarce—one mention of no Sunday towing, followed by prompt follow‑up. Little to no data on inventory, yard organization, or parts-finding, as this is a car‑buying service. Overall: 99/100.
This company made it fast and easy to sell my old vehicle. They came and picked it up, when they said they would and were constantly in communication with me. It was amazing. Thank you for your assistance.
Very good company to deal with ! Everything was done within the time line that was quoted to me. It was simple , fast, and they paid cash! Very cool and highly recommended. Thank you!
Positive experience, took me about 15 minutes on the phone, set up an appointment the next day for pick up on the early end of the hour time table given for the driver.
What I like the most is how fast they came and got the car everything was was good no problems and the driver was very friendly & helpful I am very happy ?
I spoke with a gentleman named ray and he made the process as easy and seamless as possible. I got the exact type of customer service that I was expecting and deserved. Thank you all so much for your help, I really thought I was out of options when it came to selling my car but thankfully I found Stevens!
Quick easy and professional guys here. Gave me a real price on the car I was selling them and they were quick at responding. Tried selling the same car to peddle for a week before and I would call and just get hung up on. These guys were all the way professional and quick
From the moment I put my details in the website I was contacted and every question I had answered. Such a happy staff and willing to help. I called on a Sunday and unfortunately the towing company was closed but again great customer service. I was immediately contacted and told they would reach out Monday morning. They did the next morning and wheezly continued to reach out and check on the tow and that I got paid. Everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied with my service. I will recommend to everyone
Very friendly and helpful company. It was very simple as well, they asked for a picture of the title and picked up my car the following day and paid me in cash. Super quick and easy.
