Easy to use, best price offered out of their competition, transaction time was super fast to complete and best part was no hassle. I've used this company three times over the years to take unwanted vehicles off my hand. Hopefully my new car lasts and I won't have to use them again, but if I do this is the best company to use.
Everything went smoothly. Got quote by phone, sent copy of title, and the next day they called me. I don’t know how it would have been if I needed an immediate pick up but I had chosen to schedule for a few days later in the morning and they came out 1st thing. I probably could have sold my truck for more but the transmission was dead and I needed something quick so it worked.
My company has sold CoPart atleast 30 vehicles over the years. While I feel we get fair prices there are a few consistencies that I would like to see change.
1. While on hold the volume of the music is far two loud with the same two songs playing. Don’t mind the songs as they are classic, but the volume for phone speaker is to much.
2. When dealing with the agents, it is frustrating that they do not listen, or read the information shared with them and ask questions that they have already had answered. Example I sent pictures with year, make, model, vin, current address of vehicle, company name and the agent asks all these questions not as a verification but as a first time question.
3. When being passed from agent to agent in the process see number two. It elongates the process on the phone and is frustrating.
I didn't like what they had to offer I got a quote for $303.00 than they kept taking off money after I had a quote. Just say if they have to
charge they charge you after I told them I can have it jumped. Than the girl doesn't speak English good. It was hard to understand so I hung up on her. What a joke
My experience with c4c began at 7 am and concluded before 9am the same morning. I had a 98' jeep grand cherokee that was in need of a complete overhaul at 250,000 miles. They made me an above average offer sight unseen and 2 hours later I had a check for that amount! The process was seemless from start to finish. I highly recommend "CashforCars Las Vegas".

terrible customer servcie. Tried to have them pick up my motocycle through CoPART their affliate company....what a joke. couldnt get me scheduled directly over the phone, had to call in to schedule for a friday. Driver then calls me at 8am on WEDNESDAY pick up. I tell him im only available friday. So today ( Friday) comes and i call in at 10am to make sure im still on the schedule and they say someone will call me. 3pm rolls around and NO CALLS. I contact them again and they say they arent coming today now and if we can reschedule for Monday. These people are a joke. Wasted more time and energy getting ready for them this week to pick up than it was worth...
They made an offer online for my car with high miles, and they honored offer, 5 hours later I had my check in hand and car was gone. Very easy and quick process, thanks.
We had an excellent experience with Kashish. Our 2011 Chevy Express was beyond repair and we needed to have it removed from our warehouse. Kashish arranged for the pickup, we agreed upon a price and everything was smooth! The vehicle was not running which was not a problem. They were able to tow it away as promised. They were great , and so was 57 storage. The people in the office and their que system is another story. The gentleman I spoke to was completely unprofessional. I wish I could upload the texts he sent me.he called and I told him I already found someone to pick it up. He then asked me what they were paying and when I explained to him he said ok and hung up. Then proceeded to text me calling me names and everything else. And then continued after I told him to stop. Definitely 100% do not recommend only gave them a 1 bc I had no lower choice. Iol I don't care what u think you know if u have a business be respectful! Especially if u want people to do business with u and recommend u.

Nightmarish and painful. Expect to be transfer multiple times and have them relook up the same Information. You will lose a lot if time waiting for them to figure out the one thing they supposedly specialize in.
I spent half of a work day trying to sell them a vehicle that was in a lot and had to wait another day to try again, while my vehicle continued to rack up storage fees.
They will give you the lowest possible amount for your car. My first offer (2002 Mercedes C320) was $375.00 which they quickly dropped to $100.00 saying it was a mistake.
Prepare to be frustrated repeating numbers and spelling your address multiple times. After numerous transfers, I reached a person with dogs barking in the background the whole time.

They did not offer me a fair price for my car but because of the hefty storage fees they charged and the liens they put on my title after my car was wrecked and totaled through no fault of my own, I was forced to basically give the car to them to cover the fees. Then I had to wait over 4 hours at the office to complete the transaction. When I called to find out how much longer I would have to wait, because they make you wait outside in the hot sun, the women that answered the phone were rude and did not care about my frustration with the process.

When the tow arrived, everything was handled quickly and easily. After demonstrating that the vehicle was operational and in good condition, there was no problem with receiving the amount offered online and getting the vehicle loaded up. It was all over with no fuss. They did get docked a star for not showing up when scheduled. The pickup was supposed to be on a Wednesday between 1 and 5 PM, but they pushed it back a day and did not bother to notify me. I had to take an extra half-day off of work, and that was irritating. But once they got to me, everything was handled perfectly. I recommend doing business with them with the caveat that you need to have extensive flexibility with your daily schedule.
Omar the customer service agent would not even take the car information without the name on the title. The name has nothing to do with selling a car, after asking a couple of questions about the year of the car he then just hung up the phone. When I called back and asked for a supervisor the person who answered said they were independent contractors and their was no supervisor and when I pressed him to talk to a supervisor he the hung up on me. Nice bunch of guys clueless of what they are doing. Shame on you for treating potential customers like that.
