I had a great experience at USA Auto Service #5. Sal gave amazing advice and clearly knows what he’s doing. He took the time to explain things and made me feel confident about the service I was getting. Liana at the service counter was also very pleasant to talk with and made the whole process smooth from the start. Michelle was great as well—friendly, professional, and helpful. It’s rare to find a team that combines knowledge with genuinely good customer service, but this location does it well. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for honest advice and quality service.

Came in for a plate check because Vegas drivers are horrible! Management was awesome, he checked the damage for me and did it free of charge. I drive an electric vehicle and they handled it well! I’ll be back for my wheel alignment soon!

Wow what a complete 180 this new manager Tomas is awesome great service and really knows his stuff highly recommended he actually made my day and my car is really running great

These guys are great, and customer service is wonderful. I went in to get a quick oil change but quickly realized I needed a flush and not just an oil change. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who helped me but he was very nice and patient with me. They were easy to work with and I absolutely will be returning for more services.

I received excellent service today from my mechanic Thomas, and the entire crew at Usa Auto Service today. 5 stars!! I highly reccomend them.

I want to share my experience with USA Auto, where I unexpectedly found great car repair service. I initially stopped by just to look up another shop, but then a friendly guy named Christian came out to help. At first, I was a bit skeptical about talking to him since I had another place in mind, but something about the interaction felt right—maybe it was fate. I decided to let him help, and it was the best decision I could have made. The team is genuinely professional and honest. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and thoroughly checked my car, explaining everything that was wrong before I left. Their step-by-step breakdown helped me understand the issues clearly. I can confidently say that USA Auto is now my go-to car repair shop for life!

Won't go back, these guys put a hard sell for extra work. They are like Midas and Brakes Only shops. I don't need an upsale for a smog certificate. Very disappointing.

Wanna get screwed? Come on down. Don't say you weren't warned. If you go there you get what you deserve, that's what you get. Why would they put my car up in the air to try to sell me $750 fictional repair when all I wanted was a smog check? I didn't do it, they failed my smog, but it passed right down the road. Also something missing from inside my car, nobody knows anything about it. Always read reviews before doing business with anyone! If you give them a good review you get a free oil change.

Went for a smog, the tech sal asked for a good review before service. So, i had written a super review for this shop #5. I am 100 percent taking it back! After the smog failed with too many issues to list, he recommended a 90 dollar diagnostic. Did it. He told me my transmission needed replaced among other problems, my truck was not visibly leaking transmission fluid, but it was when he had me stand under my truck. Wanted me to leave my truck overnight for transmission service and or full replacement. I refused financing as he highly recommended and other work. I paid my bill of $93, (maybe the smog was "free" ? If so, thanks!) I drove my truck about 2 blocks and it stalled, then it stalled again. It sputtered, stuttered and stalled, took 3 times to get it going again. SAL is good at up selling service, Too bad, so sad, my friends will help me correct the new issues I hope. It's so damn hard to find a technician to keep a modest car going. So frustrating. Please be cautious going here, or take a knowledgeable car person with you.

Absolute nightmare, came in at 9am leaving after 1pm for a smog and I was offered a "FREE" tire rotation, which I accepted, but instead they dismantled the entire tire area...oh yeah they found something to fix, surprised? NO there is no such thing of $20 smog anymore. $500 later because they charge 3.5% for using a card to pay them...make that make sense and to add insult to injury I'm asked after the transaction goes through to present ID because of the amount being charged is over $400. The transaction went through what in the heck? Very unprofessional from every standpoint l feel extremely taken advantage of...I should have declined service but of course they use scare tactics. They wanted an additional 2K for something else but definitely declined(fool me once). And the kicker, after all that I went to the DMV just to find out the smog hadn't even been performed. I had to return all the way back for them to do the Smog Check USA AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

The manager and staff our very good to trust on any issues found in your vehicle very professional and kind I recommend this place for everyone with any car problems thank you Sal for taking good care of my family vehicles !

Just had my Ford truck repaired at this shop. I wish i could give it more stars . Very fast very good & I will definitely go back when I need any work done. Trust me I know when things are right this shop you can trust the mechanics. Thank you so much

SCAMMERS - BEWARE SAL is shop manager and tries to scam.. not today!! Brought an SUV and a truck for less than $40 oil change and free tire rotation. SUV air, cabin, all filters changed within 3 mths, they have nerve to tell me that filter is dirty/needs replacement, but filter was white as can be and clean. They claimed also oil was so so dirty, that it needs an oil flush, I don't bite for what they try and UPCHARGE, I'm there for simple oil change. On truck, they try an add $$ because they have to remove my skid plate(s) to get to filter, which dealership or other shops never complain or fandangle once vehicle is on lift. Take in a 3rd car, small SUV, they tell me $24 oil change. I grab tire key from car quickly, I return and all of a sudden, they ran my VIN and my car takes special oil. It's w40 she kept saying which weight 30, 40 price etc minimal but she claimed now it cost $80, but day before my truck V8 takes more oil quarts was $45. BEWARE BEWARE, they are scammers to the tee, I understand their job is to try and get some maintenance items done but look at how they tried to trick me as a dude that knows cars and refuse to change oil since it will cost same as me buying from store and doing it myself. Ladies, get 2nd even 3rd options don't trust any of these people word or advice. Also did review to get free oil change they advertise that's why I took my small SUV, everyday vehicle. Front desk yesterday said next day is good and show proof. Today different front desk claims, must be 3 months so when 3 months they scam you that it should have been withing 1st week. Other shops do this and they even do it same day. Don't trust this SHOP!!

Service was quick and at a reasonable price. They also rotated my tied for free which was awesome. I recommend everyone to check them out!

They are not good . They will charge you for the work they did not do. Mechanic said he will fill up coolant and power steering oil and he charged me extra for that when i get home i noticed he did not even put it any thing . And he put very less oil in to my car . Never go to this place.

Do not go here. They are incredibly dishonest and will do everything they can to take advantage of you. If you still think you want to go here, then take photos of every part of your vehicle beforehand. They scratched our vehicle. They scratched all up on down the sides. Most likely intentional because they got pissy our insurance got tired of dealing with them and told us we needed to go to a different mechanic. These nasty dishonest mechanics then lied to our faces about “checking security footage”. That’s right, our vehicle magically got covered in deep scratches with no evidence in sight. Petty, dishonest thieves that need to be closed down permanently.

These people deserve zero stars! They are shady and completely destroyed my car! The same thing they did to Xavier in the reviews they did to me trying to put an air compressor in my car. The first deception was telling me that my credit inquiry would be a soft inquiry, knowing very well that won’t be. Their inspection showed nothing wrong with my car prior to putting in the air conditioning and then The air conditioning never worked. I’ve been in court with them ever since. A simple oil change turned into a nightmare! They never completed the service and tormented me while I was there! When I took them an inspection from another national company to complete what they started, I was told by the manager to lose their name and address and never return there again. They Destroyed the mounts on my car and put my life in danger. Beware don’t ever go to this place! I’m suing them and the bank that finances them in court! I can go into a bunch of other stuff about their past, but I’m refraining prior to court proceeding and going public. A public record search will give you details as well as a search for the BBB which I did not do. I’m a disabled veteran and only chose them because of the red white and blue USA auto sign. Big mistake. All of this is affecting my credit rating and cost me way more as well as my peace of mind. They refused to take responsibility and continue to do this to other people.

Best service eveeeer!!! They also provide me a full inspection of the car and free tires rotations when I do my oil change, Sal the employee he showed me a few details in my car and I was able to fix it before was to late Like I say the best service eveeer!!

I don’t know at what point , new ownership took over , but it’s the worst place I’ve taken my car for an oil change , I took it into get oil change and the pointed out to get new brake pads new drums for brakes , I said no only oil change , I took car home drive it for two weeks oil was leaking. I took it back to get problem fixed at that time they pointed out my steering that needed fixing , I said no , I took my car home and to work , my oil is still leaking, it never leaked before . I’m going to file a complaint with better business bureau. These so called mechanics are doing something shady . Now I need to take my car to a real mechanic

Went in for a smog check, which took only about 10 minutes. Had the most stress free and non pressure service. Sal, the manager has the best costumer service. I would recommend this location for your smog check. They really do have great customer service.

I went to this shop for convenience cause it was stated as an ac repair shop I went I was told I could change my ac compressor it could possibly fix issue It worked for a day then I went back in I was told that I needed to get an ac condenser thought everything would be fine after that not even a week or so later my ac stopped working and had to go back in I was told it was due to my back up camera blowing a fuse wich is after market so I say unplug it then withinin me turning my car off and getting in it next morning my ac doesn’t work again I go back and they said it’s blowing a fuse I asked if they unplugged part they say yes but it keeps blowing out so I spent over 1500+ dollars on ac I can’t use. Then I went in again to check the issue after every time they checked it my belt would squeak after. they started stating other issue that had nothing to do with my ac like my water pump I had a warranty on from different shop and they said my water pump is fine so after that trust kind of went out of window they said would repair fuse box if I bought it they would replace for free but after every time I went there for repairs another thing broke. So after $1579 dollars I have no ac . I have special needs son that I drive to multiple therapy’s he can handle the heat .

Love these guys Josh and Sol are so nice and efficient made my life much easier by handling everything from rentals to car warranty and service have used them often thanks to these guys I feel safe

SCAMMERS CUT THE BOOT ON MY AXLE during an oil change. I took my vehicle to trusted AAMCO on Valley View to have the axle replaced. The mechanic & expert witness verified the boot was cut. I have pictures & video before & after the repair verifying the vandalism took place in the USA Auto garage. I also have the axel as proof. I am taking this to court so this doesn’t happen to you.

This shop is extremely shady and unprofessional. I will NEVER bring my vehicles here again. They installed the wrong filter in my car, causing all the oil to drain out. I had to pay out of pocket to redo the oil change elsewhere, costing me even more money. The so-called manager (the guy with green eyes) is a complete liar—BEWARE! He tried to tell me that both of my vehicles needed their fluids drained, which was clearly a scam. He pushes unnecessary services and pressures customers into signing off on mechanical work they don’t actually need. Do not trust this business!
