Placing a sticky piece of paper to a vehicle window that is not yours is technically vandalism. It's vandalism because by trying to take it off; you need a sharp razor blade. There is no disclaimer or message on the sticky paper indicating a correct way to take it off. If one cuts themselves and goes to the hospital; Ashley can be sued for vandalism and hurting the person who owns the vehicle if they cut themselves trying to "scrape" off their paper orange sticker, then Ashley towing is 100% responsible for bodily damages to that person trying to take off their vandalizing orange sticker that is not printed, designed, created in a way that is "easy" to take off. You literally need the sharpest tool, a "razor blade" to take off their vandalizing orange stickers. Pictures have been taken of the vandalism they did to my wife's car. Putting in a police report next week.

This place likes to scam people and they are very rude. They tried to tow me in front of my house with the flashers on, car running, and I was unloading it so the doors were open. My husband had some choice words for him and he was aggressive, we got in and moved it before he could get the tow truck there. Very unprofessional.
I had an issue with Ashley Towing on April 23rd, 2025. I caught the driver trying to tow the car I am boring out of my parking spot. My spot is 109. He said it was leaking. It is not. He said he took pictures. I said how can you take pictures if there is nothing on the ground? He proceeded to get on the ground, rub his hands under the car and wipe it on the ground. I said again, how can you tell it is leaking and there is nothing on the pavement?
He said well there is moisture on the hose under the car. He said he had pictures. I said so you went under the car and took pictures of the hose? I asked again how can you tell it is leaking if the pavement is dry and there is nothing on the ground? He said that the last violation (from over a month ago) is still good for 6 months. (It does not say that on the violation) I refused to let him leave with the vehicle. Said he would take it off the truck for $350. I said go to hell. He called the police.
When the police arrived, they checked the parking spot, and they checked under the vehicle, and they agreed with me. There was nothing on the ground, and he was in the wrong. There are no new or fresh stains in the parking space, and while he had it up on the tow truck the whole time, nothing was leaking. They had him take the vehicle off his truck and leave. I didn’t get his name and I didn’t ask for a report. The tow driver said that the stickers that they put on are valid for 6 months. The officers said that is not true. Sent pictures and incident to HOA of my complex. They came back on May 8 and took the car in the middle of the night and and when I called, the guy who answered said it was leaking. I said there is nothing on the ground. he said there is moisture on the hose under the car. I have contacted the BBB, Consumer Affairs, the NICB and the NTA about this tow company. My HOA said they are trying to get rid of them.
Worst towing company ever. They basically just steal. They towed my vehicles from my own driveway twice this week at our new property. The Tow truck driver was just hitting his weed vape while hooking up my vehicle Even after I showed them the paperwork for our new house This is blatant harassment.
They keep putting tow notices on my vehicle even though I'm a property owner. Called multiple times to get their tow truck drivers to stop harassing me but apparently "we have a contract and we can do whatever we want on the property" is their excuse. 0/10 I don't have the energy to deal with this, STOP HARASSING PEOPLE
Literally watched a big balding guy tow a suv , and park on the side up the street & try to get into the car through the drivers window. When he noticed he was being watched he stopped and acted to write down the plates and left alone trying to get inside. The drove off.
Came and took a car and lied and said they put a sticker on it and the car was in my possession. Will be contacting our family lawyer.. and clerk 8 was disrespectful and not trying to give any manager names or numbers just the number to Ashley’s towing. One thing to tow a car .. but to tow a car and lie and we have all the proof of when the car was dropped off. I go for their auctions. Good place to try to get a decent car from. Purchased a handful of cars over the years with no problems. Auctions every 2 weeks on Friday. Can preview on Thursdays or on Instagram.

If I could choose zero stars I would. I went in with a pretty good attitude because I figured they get a lot of unhappy people and I understand that they’re just doing their job. But there’s no need to be rude.
They called me stupid and threatened me with violence for asking about why I got towed. Complete predatory towing - obviously. I've also heard about them stealing cars. A simple look at the reviews confirms it. If you get the bald headed heavily overweight man at the front, beware of his fragile ego. They tried to make me leave and not get my car after already running my card.

Tell me how your company can leave a sticker on a car then the person goes and takes care of both issues that you left the sticker for in the first place...then an entire month goes by so of course he's thinking yeah I took care of it and I'm good. They left me alone and they see that I took care of it ..and then here you come swoop the car a month later cause you “assume“ that something is leaking from that car cause there's stains under it that's been from multiple other cars that park there... Even when that person has proof that they went to a mechanic and had it fixed has a receipt and has current registration and all the paperwork for it since the day after the sticker was placed a month ago !!! This is some shady ass grimy ass shit just pathetic I'm will do all I can in my power and spend however long and however many days to have your business shut down!!! calling Better Business Bureau. horrible company has towed my truck from in front of my garage 3 times at 4AM just to charge me $500 I would be parked in my apartments designated parking if 5 different people weren't storing their vehicles in the spaces. Real scum here.

They towed my car from a private residence where AS A GUEST, HOA states I'm allowed three consecutive nights parked in their community without a parking pass.
This crooked ass towing company stickers me one week, I move since I was only there one day, then come back the following week, no sticker, on night 2, tow my car.
This is my mother in law's so I'm naturally there almost every weekend with our daughter visiting.
It was a base price of $350 (Nevada's capped rate) + mileage.
In total, $420 to remove my car from impound that wasn't even there 24 hours in their possession.
On a car that was LEGALLY parked.

I will be suing and taking legal action. This company is crooked and should be reported to the Business Bureau as I will be doing!!
Ashley's towed 2 of my cars off a property I had permission to park they wouldn't listen to me, my son is in the hospital fighting for his life he needs a heart transplant, now I have know way to go with him when he Flys to San Diego for the heart transplant, he's going to be there alone now because that's the only car we had, I have the pink slip for the truck, they told me he has to sign it 8ver to me now how is that going to happen when he can barely keep his eyes open and he has stuff on his hands and he cant sign it over to me, I can't get back to the truck to see if there's any damage because I think the people that called and had it towed stripped the truckits pretty sad these people are going to get away with this because I can't get to the proof of what they did so I'm out a car my son has to go get a heart transplant and he's going to be alone, my son was so upset when this happened, Ashley's towing isn't any better than the people that did that to my son's truck, I was heart broken when this happened, the worst part of this whole story is my son will be alone when he's getting his heart transplant, I can't believe everyone is going to get away with what they did, ive done everything I can do now I'm very low on cash because of taking lyft and Uber back and forth to the hospital, I wish I could make them pay me for all the pain and suffering me and my son have been thru and for the hundreds of dollars I've had to pay to lyft and uber to get me back and forth from the hospital to home, I go 2xs a day it really hurts to have this happen my son shouldn't have to be alone at a time like this it sucks, and to all and anyone that reads this watch out for Anytime auto the guy and his girlfriend use the business to strip cars if I could mention names I would but anyone can find Anytime auto just Google it you'll find there names thank you Ashley's towing for the great job you do hurting people like me and my son, this is the most heartless thing that has ever happened to me I hope you take pride in hurting people in the position me and my son are in have a great day

Man, Ashley’s Towing is straight trash. They took forever to come get my car, had me wait out in the cold, and then acted like I was bothering them when they finally showed up. The driver was mad rude, like I owed him something, and they tried to charge me WAY too much for a simple tow. Ain’t nobody got time for this. Don’t waste your money or your time with these clowns. Never again. Also they steal cars, and tow for no reason. Towing cars for an oil leak? The company’s owner must have an oil leak in their brain.
tried to tow my car due to "flat tire" while parked and registered with my hoa. there was no flat tire and i drove it to work just fine scummy company tried to do the same with my other car that also had no issues its a brand new car!!! they didnt put a violation on my initial vehicle and when i told the tow driver off he argued with me until i just got in my car and drove away. this company engages in illegal and dishonorable operations do not patronize this garbage company that only hires dolts to do the job.
This company keeps coming into the community I live in and putting tow stickers on my vehicle when I'm on the approved list to park there. This is the 3rd time they have done it in a month. The stickers are difficult to remove but I'm sure they could care less about anything based off their reviews.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. Drivers are extremely confrontational, don’t bother listening to facts. Dispatch is extremely useless. Had no problem towing my classic car from my assigned spot, yet I call to get a car removed from my assigned spot and say they can’t because there is no unit number marked on the space floor. Regardless of trying to show them my lease agreement that clearly states my unit is allows that specific spot. Epitome of horrible customer service.
Pretty shady towing company that needs regulated better they go through apartment complexes in the middle of the night putting on their horrible towing stickers that don't come off of your car and ruin the paint. I've seen them put towing stickers on handicap cars saying they aren't parked straight enough???? It's literally a handicapped person trying to get in and out of their car like what are you talking about. Our car registration was expired a week and they tried to tow it coming at 3:00 a.m. unfortunately leaving bad reviews don't really matter as they have agreements with the apartment complexes. If anyone has had a bad experience like this I would follow up with your apartment complex they should not be giving this company permission to take cars when you pay for your parking spot . Mostly I'm just really pissed that they're sticker damage to my car.
They harass residents of apartments for no reason and put in violation stickers on registered cars that are parked in a gated community. Unprofessional and rude customer service personnel who refused to properly communicate with the apartment management to help resolve any issues. It looks like they just try to make a buck when they can and are a very shady towing company. Beware of this company if they patrol your property or area as they may issue a violation notice at 2am in the morning in the name of enforcing rules, then deny wrong-doing just to make quick money. If possible, would give them negative stars.
They run a pretty good auction it's inside the warehouse to have bleachers for you to sit down it's actually a cool atmosphere and the auctioneer will tell you that the car overheats doesn't have a key it has this issue or another issue I think that's pretty cool........
I got my car towed twice in one month by these guys after going to their business and asking why they told my vehicle they were so rude and obnoxious I had to report them to my hoa. I'm going to be filing an investigation with the better Business bureau and the transportation department. They don't let you talk to them at all they lie about why they told your vehicle I have to record them where they contradict themselves a few times so that's very helpful to me. I really hope that someone reach this message and takes action that way I'm going to take action
I have never had such a bad experience in my life as the one I have had with this company. You cannot leave the dirty car in the parking lot because the car is no longer useful or is in storage. What is the problem if it has insurance and license plates? I think that with that I am not breaking the law because for a car to be useless the DMV will not even give you a license plate. With this I want to let you understand that even to have a business you have to have ethics, respect and morals, things that you do not have to operate a business, I hope that the people they hire start to have more work ethics and stop screwing around just because the car is dirty in the parking lot where I live and has been assigned for me. May mercy and happiness begin to reign in hearts so empty and foolish because even to take an action you have to know how to think.the worst experience ever places like this should be shut down for good.
Very weird, pathetic and predatory company. They tow cars with moving permits, they creep into complexes and put stickers on the cars late at night then come back 2 day later, at night when people are sleep, to tow your car. Just a bunch of losers. They even put a sticker on the car of someone who is part of our complex’s HOA lol so hopefully they’ll be looking into switching from them soon. When you rightfully call to ask why you were towed, request information or get help they’re very rude and condescending and will laugh at you. They’ve been throwing stickers around like crazy for the last few weeks. Guess they really need that Christmas money. Good luck Vegas residents.
I don't know what people are talking about, this place was super friendly, quick and easy. I understand how people can be upset with a tow yard but from my personal experience, especially after my initial dread, I was pleasantly surprised. They were super helpful and friendly from the office girl to the gentleman who showed me to my vehicle. Despite the frustration initially, I was thankful the process to get my car back was pretty much painless.
They legally stole my car, now they pimping making me making me give them my keys and title plus $169. I just got my car back from the mechanic and was going to sell it but they swooped by and jacked my car before I could even sell it. 👎👎 lost respect to people who work in the towing business going after vulnerable people whoever works for tow companies are horrible people.
