Britten battisti is not a listener he is script focused. Getting info before yoy come in means nothing he will start over even after you have talked to tech. Prior . it has been a couple days now so i checked work cause i was hearing noise i didnt here before noticed they hadn't replaced steering fluid luckily i had some but to charge as much as they do you would think they would be top notch but they are as bad as going to shade tree mechanics.
