3 times I’ve had to get my car towed and the first few times I tried calling other places and no answer , but this place has always answered me and prices under $200 My range has been from $120-180 and there has been some long distances across the city. I can respect a reliable source, and now I will call them first - I suggest calling these guys - they have done me well 3/3.

This is the worse company ever its INSANE and whoever has a contract with them through any roadside assistant CANCEL IT ! They never came and communication is horrible !!!!! No body called whistled yoodled NOTHING and everytime I called it was 30 mins waited almost 2hrs to get a tow my car was suppose to be at the dealership at 7 AM i cancel the tow tell me as im typing this right now a tow man calls me at 9 AM !!!!! saying im here to tow yo car uhmm sir that has been canceled and my car still hasn't made it to the dealership thus has never happened with any other company through road side but THEM 777 TOWING LLC !!!! 3 THUMBS DOWN

Incredible service and fast too. Only waiting for about 15-20 minutes and Juan showed up. SO friendly, SO professional. Made a super stressful situation feel a lot calmer. And wasn’t price gouged either, appreciate getting a fair price for the service!

Mohammed was awesome! I reached out through my AAA membership and he took care of us right away. We got a flat last night and he arrived much sooner than we were told was estimated. Great not to have to wait long at all. Upon arrival he was able to move the car without the flat falling off. Got it home for us and we couldn't be more appreciative of the help we received. Thank you!

I am actually very amazed! Usually towing places are very disrespectful, this is the best one I have ever had take my car and feel I could trust. They even called me after asking how the driver performed. Thanks so much for the respect!!

My driver, Terrell, is the best. He took care of me from start to finish. 777 was contracted through AAA to tow my wrecked car to my mechanic. Terrell was courteous, friendly and took great care. Thank you, Terrell!!

Do not do business with this company! I sold a car, which they towed and took possession of because the engine had blown. Signed the title over to them and was paid. More than a year later I get a certified letter stating my (previously owned) car was in an accident and abandoned! So they apparently fixed the car, drove it under MY title, wrecked and abandoned it. Luckily, I have the paperwork from the sale & am now filing a police report. They won’t answer questions and gave me the run around!

I was on a small day trip and my motorcycle died, I used AAA to get a tow. The first company rejected the job after delaying 30 minutes but then 777 picked it up. Eric was able to come out and was very timely and polite. He explained to me how and where he wanted to strap the bike down to make for a safe ride without damaging the motorcycle. On the ride along we had good conversation and I got home in time for dinner. These guys turned a bad day into a decent one and Eric was great!

Scam artist.. Had a accident so called AAA and they send 777 towing, AAA stated as long as being towed to a shop it was covered. The tow truck driver said cash only and AAA would not cover. Spent $360 for the tow in cash and AAA called me back the next day and stated they would of covered it. I received no receipt from 777 or anything as well... I thinking of making a complaint to the state of Nevada on this as this is unacceptable.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received on 10/30/25 through AAA’s partnership with 777 Towing. The service technician, Jason, was extremely condescending, unprofessional, extremely rude and dismissive from the start of the interaction. Instead of offering assistance or clear communication, his attitude made an already stressful situation much worse. Instead of focusing on helping with my vehicle issue, he spent time telling me that he “knew what was wrong” with my car because he works at a mechanic shop—yet made no effort to actually assist me. What made things even more uncomfortable was when he asked if I was selling one of my other cars, which was completely inappropriate and unrelated to the service call. His attitude and behavior reflected very poorly on both 777 Towing and AAA. I chose AAA because I expected dependable and courteous service, but this experience fell far below those standards. AAA should really reconsider their partnering with companies that allow such unprofessional conduct from their service personnel. if this is the level of professionalism being provided to members.

Had a set appointment for my car to get picked up they delayed me for a hour the first time. Driver got here said he couldn’t tow my car had to get a different truck, when they were informed on the vehicles condition already! The second tow truck came was the same truck looked like different guy he didn’t even get out the truck looked at my car n didn’t say anything so I asked are you going to tow the car or what? You looking at it and not saying shit. Then proceeds to say no I’m not taking your car and speeds off! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY !!!

My driver Courtney was the BEST!! He was very polite and professional. We laughed at almost everything, he made my horrible day much better!! Thank you so much !! I highly recommend to anyone this towing company. Fast and reliable

!!! Warning !!! Be aware! Worst service and dispatch possible! They'll keep you waiting on the side of the road with 0 communication for hours! Especially if it's roadside assistance through your insurance. Other higher paid tows will be their main priority, insurance roadside is definitely their least priority. If you see 777 towing or hear their services offered quickly request a different provider. Worst service I've ever encountered in my life.

Waited 2 hours for the tow guy to show up and then when he finally did he's rude and condescending. Didn't believe me that nobody at BMW would help me after hours and that all the locksmiths I called couldn't make a BMW key fob either. They could only unlock it He then made a big deal about unlocking it himself and how he was "doing you a favor since you didn't pay to unlock it". Something about it being necessary with the wheels He then couldn't unlock it so he attached these wheelies. So why even go on about that? Antagonizing customers who have been waiting double the time promised and just had their key stolen is not a winning move On the way back I was frustrated and the guy got super pissed and wanted to kick me out of the car on the freeway. I called 911 and he finished taking me home I also tried calling company and the only thing the person on the phone at 777 Towing told me is "I'm sorry about that". They kept repeating it as the tow truck driver was yelling at me beligerently

Dont use this towing company especially if u locked your keys in the car. Progressive sent them out and there driver didnt know what in the world he was doing . Upon trying to unlock my car they damaged/ scratched my whole door. Called them 3 consecutive time to see how to resolve the problem. Not till almost a month later i speak to there non professional “manager” and just says that the owner said hes not paying for it. And before i could even get a reason why she hung up. Didnt even want to hear what i had to say. And still no refund on my payment that i made to them. They are just all around unprofessional and take no accountability for what they do.

Just watched one of their drivers dump a vehicle in the driveway at the tire shop I was visiting blocking traffic in two directions with his tow truck and his client's vehicle. He was asked several times to move it and ignored the employees who tried to reason with him. Being this inconsiderate for the general public I would definitely try to avoid this company at all costs.

You were in the fast lane and drifting into other lanes. You were being passed on the right. You are an UNSAFE driver. Shame on you. Zero stars.

The ETA was 90-120 min. The initial phone contact was okay. Deshaune the tow driver got 777 the points. He was great! Very helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. He made the wait worth it. He provided excellent service.

Levon, a professional and comforting tow truck driver, ensured my safety from the speeding car by the freeway and escorted me to the passenger side of his truck. He took care of my car, listened to my concerns, and followed my requests. He made a phone call and drove me home safely, dropping off my car at a safe location. I felt blessed to have him as my rescuer.

I requested a tow at 11:30am. I was told it would be a 90-120min eta. 120min passed, I called to get a status and they told me it would be another hour. An hour goes by, and I call back to see where the driver is. I’m put on hold for 10 minutes for them to tell me it will be an additional 45 minutes. Long story short I waited from 11:30am-4:15pm stuck on a busy freeway, for a 10min drive to a tire shop! Horrible service, unprofessional front desk lady!!!!!!!

A positive experience with this company. Although it took little over 3 hours to pick up my car in a busy night with some challenges, they managed to do their best from the begging to the end. I was assigned to this company by CARMAX after being cancelled by another towing company. Once they received my request they kept me informed about the estimate time of arrival. Tracy was very informative and polite over the phone. Hassan was the truck driver, very knowledgeable and quick. He kept me informed until my car was dropped in CARMAX. He even sent me a picture of my car parked in front of the service entrance in CARMAX. Thanks for assisting during this stressful situation. I would definitely recommend this company.

I rented a Tesla through Hertz. apparently the used different tow companies for their roadside assistant program. I got a flat this morning and Hertz contacted these people to come out to tow my car. They took forever to come out, originally they said it was going to be 1 hour but they ended up showing up three to four hours later. The Driver was very rude, for not reason at all. I couldn’t believe the way he was talking to me, at one point I asked him if this was his tow company because I couldn’t believe how he was talking to a customer. I believe the name of the driver is Hasm, I might not have the right spelling for his name but his truck license plate is 900 U15

If I could offer any advice, your better off pushing your car than letting one of 777 Towing's drivers touch it My Evo broke down and I needed a flatbed to tow it. AAA contracted 777 to do the tow for me. Upon unloading the vehicle, the driver decided it "needed momentum" to offload so rather than safely winch it off of the flatbed, he let it roll off the bed freely, allowing the brakes to slow its decent. Despite getting onto the flatbed damage free, the lovely driver managed to scrape my front bumper, pulling it off its clips, breaking the mounting points in the fender wells, bending my fenders inwards, as well as popping the weather stripping off of the windshield because of how the fender warped. 777 is refusing to take accountability for their drivers inexperience and mistreatment of my vehicle. I'm going back and forth with AAA at the moment to get the issue rectified.

Warning to anyone looking for towing-LOOK ELSEWHERE If I could give a lower review I would. This company is horrible! If you have any other choice please take it!! We had to use 777 Towing through AAA unfortunately and have a list of complaints. Starting with the very small issue of them being late with the excuse of not being able to find our car (it was in the middle of the road and the car is bright blue!). Secondly, they caused extensive damage to the front of our car when they insisted on leaving the car on our driveway. The driver/technician even admitted fault and even texted us later in the day that his boss would contact us. He also even took before and after pictures of the event however ever since the occurrence they are dismissive and will either hang up on you or put you on indefinite hold as to avoid the situation. We are now going on 2 months since the towing incident and still are unable to get a hold of anyone. Their most recent excuse is that their employee is out of the country.... The one and only response we have received through text was to make a claim with our insurance rather than them take any amount of liability. They have absolutely no customer service and no accountability. The amount of integrity it takes to run this business apparently is 0. We would greatly appreciate the acknowledgement of them being at fault and perhaps even contact from the business which has yet to happen...
