They have a lot.of car to choose from and at least you.could still find things you need and they hive you a map so you don't get lost and you can find what your looking for so convenient
Needed a car parts took it out myself go to the register and they want to charge me the same price as a new one don't waste your time big disappointment
Whoever there at the customer service needs to be replaced and fix there attitude disrespectful and literally cut you off and hangs up the phone hope you get the same disrespect treated from you just how you do when you talking on the phone
This place is a necessary evil. Doubled the ebterence fee without add clerks to check out website is prob 70 percent accurate. Used to be an amazing spot but now my main junk yard is "dis dat auto" it's about 2 miles away, free to enter, never long lines
Prices are to expensive!! They wanted to charge me $99 for 2 old rear lights , 2 broken car interior handles, 2 plastic trim pieces.. and 2 window frame gaskets… they act like they are AutoZone with these prices!! I just ordered everything I needed from Amazon for HALF AND NEW… what a joke..
Good place to find used motor spare parts, if you know how to select and remove the parts. You need to bring your own tools. There are plenty of good parts even like new. Not only parts, even you can find good engines and transmissions.
I just had the worse experience with Nevada-pic-apart LLC.. I called the office yesterday afternoon and spoke to a lady about a wrecked car I had sitting and was told that they will NOT pick my vehicle up and take it to them and that I’d have to pay for the tow. So I did.. come the next morning my vehicle was picked up and was refused to be dropped off due to “not having a ticket”. I called the company again and was told that yes the vehicle can be dropped with the title and everything will be ok. They still refused my vehicle and I had to pay the tow truck driver again to get it dropped back off were it was picked up from. I lost a lot of money due to their lies and I will be working something out to get my money back to me.
used to be good, now they squeeze you for every dollar. get the warranty (?) in case the part doesn't fit or you're stuck with it, even if it's a simple swap for the right one that you know is there. "it's policy"... yep, the policy is get every last dime from everybody you can- the "f you" policy
I had a terrible experience at Pick A Part LLC. The selection was poor, and the staff wasn’t helpful. After finally finding what I needed, the price was outrageously high—way more than expected for used parts. It felt like a ripoff, and I wouldn’t go back. Amazon or EBay will out beat them.
Before telling the price, you will be evaluated and then they will tell you the price. A used thing is worth more than a new one, the choice of cars is large, the service and maintenance flies into the abyss. The owners of this establishment need to pay attention to the work of the staff...
I wanted to buy two power windows for my 2003 Honda Civic. I found what I needed, went to the store, and was quoted $103 for two. On eBay, a new one costs $29. When you tell them that, they say that's the price. I would not advise anyone I know to deal with them.
I was very surprised by the prices of a 2-piece window lifter for a 2003 Honda Civic - $100, you guys are taking the prices off the ceiling, despite the fact that I removed them myself, you can order new ones on Amazon with delivery and warranty for 80. Here is a very strange estimate of spare parts for some it can be very cheap, but for others the price is exorbitant. In general, if you need a standard part that can be found on the Internet, do not waste your time here.
Your establishment says that all Pockets will be checked but you can't check someone's Pockets when they leave if you never checked them while I was paying my $2 to get into your establishment I lost a parts of my brand new trimmer I got the yesterday because you asked for me to empty out my pockets while I was leaving 👎👎👎👎
Alright. Except for the fact that they don’t follow their own pricing policies at this location.
Example 1) went in and purchased an interior window seal. No warranty. $7. When I got home I realized it was the wrong one, so I went back and found the correct window seal. This time cost me $3.
Example 2) I went in and got 2 rear trailing arms for a Honda civic. According to their website trailing arms should cost $12.94. Wound up costing me $22 a piece and were billed as “bracket.”
Example 3) went and got a complete set of taillights for my Honda civic. 4 total lenses. Wound up costing me $77 bucks. I told the dude I could buy a brand new set for that. He shrugs and says the price is the price. Without trying to help me in anyway. I’m sure there is a way to make my purchase cost a little less than brand new?
I won’t be coming back to this location after the experience I had today. I drive out there to the tune of 15 miles one way, I found what I thought was the part I needed. A front knuckle for a civic, get home and compare some numbers and find out that it isn’t the part I need so I drive back out there, find the knuckle I need, but I can’t get the old crusty rotor off, so the dude helping me says it’s going to be $40 for JUST THE ROTOR. A USED, CRUSTY AND RUSTY ROTOR. I’m sorry but you can find brand new rotors for half that. And what are you going to do with the rotor that I finally got off with the help of a gentleman who had his impact screw driver with him? Throw it in the scrap bin and sell it for weight? Why couldn’t you just let me walk out with the .50 cents of steel after buying a $44 piece that it attaches to? After 60 miles of driving back and forth today, and all of my other experiences out there, I can confidently say that the people in the windows get paid by commission. Avoid the Latin gentleman with the mole on his lip, as he LOVES to price gouge and has been the one who *I* felt overcharged by on each of the three examples I listed above.
Also the 100% price increase for entry?
I am going to start trying my luck at the Henderson location.
They used to be kind of shady a few years back ! However now they are much more helpfull, freindly and much more professional. They must have changed owners or managers about two years ago. It's like nite and day now very much appreciate the changes. Great job ,"Br
Cheaper than what they quoted over the phone! And honestly a lot cleaner than I expected. They had so many vehicles and a lot of helpful employees, just bring your own tools to be safe but I will definitely be returning! Also Jaime/Frosty was super helpful and I couldn’t have gotten this rim off a tire without him.
Diana and her team provided excellent service!!
Bring your own tools and search for your vehicle belt coming out. Also check Henderson property. $1 entry fee
I suggest you use cash here and not your card. They hire incompetent people at the cashiers and they double charge you. Then get upset at you because it’s your fault that they double charged you. Also when they issue you a refund it takes one week to refund you your money back. But they took it out right away. This place is a joke I will take my business to dis n dat auto wrecking from now on.
Never been to one and didn't know what to really expect. This place and employees were frickin awesome!! Friendly and very helpful. Didn't catch his name, but the one guy looked up what I needed, gave me a print out and made sure I knew where in the yard to go. First car I came to, looked in trunk and found a brand new rim and fullsize tire, (I was simply looking for a donut). Heck, even the customers are friendly!! One guy helped me compare it to what I needed cause seemed to good to be true. Got in line to pay, ton of people there and the guy who checked me in spotted me, recalling what I went looking for, grabbed a measurement tool to check lug was 5-12 to match Jetta. Can't say enough about how great this place is. Time to work on my 2004 Expedition I haven't wanted to let go of. Know where I am going for parts!!! Cheers!!
I LOVE this place! I ended up spending the WHOLE DAY there. There's a TON of cars, I dare say they have one of everything you'll find on the road today. It only costs a dollar to get in, bring your own tools, find your vehicle and have at it. The prices are really good too. I got over $1,500.00 with of practically brand new parts for $211.00. AWESOME!!!!
The yard is amazing, super clean , the concrete floor is spotless no oil leaks or coolant into the floor, hundreds of vehicles and trucks to choose, employees are polite and helpful, compared these yard to California LQK corporation yards in California are nasty the cars contaminated the ground with oil leaks and fluids, I’m impressed by Nevada pick a part , don’t forget to bring your tools, you find everything oem parts, engines , transmissions, sensors, interior parts seats panels, body parts fenders, hoods, bumpers, doors, wheels and tires, please don’t forget to like my review
Thanks
There are a lot of cars here, but I couldn't even find a spare rim and tire for my car. Would have been a good price had they had one. Only 20 to 35 dollars for a rim and tire. This place is actually really good if you have junk cars that you want to get rid of. They offer you a good amount of money for your junk cars. And they even come with a tow truck and take it for you. They are very convenient. And the tire truck driver was very nice and helpful. Great customer service!
After searching the internet for a pair of Trunk lid springs for my car, my choices were pay $69. for the original or $29. each for similar springs.
I found the Originals, though used they were in excellent condition. The cost? $4. for the pair and one dollar to enter the yard.
I Thank you guys at Pick a part
Great service, unbeatable price." Remember folks, this is a Junk Yard, don't expect Tile flooring and an Escort to show you around. If you're willing to get your hands dirty to pay a fraction of regular prices this is the place.
Fantastic selection of automobiles! The best looking junkyard I have ever been in. All pavement and concrete so you don't have to get in the dirt. Great prices on used parts and with a friendly and courteous staff!
I love this place, been there many times over the years. Great stop for a car enthusiast, builder, or DIY guy. For example: the whole Bose stereo system from Mercedes Benz SUV cost me just over $60. That includes four speakers, subwoofer, and the amplifier. The same used system sells on eBay for almost $200, It will be nice addition to my '59 Chevy truck when finished. Another great thing is that you can look online what cars or trucks they currently have there, and how much would certain part cost before you go. I only wish they had more older, or classic cars cars.
