I had an amazing experience with Junk King thanks to Alex and Steven. From the very beginning, Alex made the process incredibly easy. He handled the booking and was extremely communicative, helpful, and patient while assisting me. His customer service was truly unmatched. It even took me a little while to send over the information he needed, but he still worked with me and accommodated my request within the 36-hour timeframe I needed.
When it came time for the pickup, Steven was just as great. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They handled all of my junk — including several large items — in less than 35 minutes. The entire experience was completely hassle-free, which I really appreciated.
I’m very happy with the service and will absolutely be using Junk King again in the future. It was a pleasure working with them, and if you need junk removal, I highly recommend Alex and Steven!

I had an absolutely five-star experience this morning with this junk removal team! I’ve been trying to get an old refrigerator hauled away for two years, after hiring multiple other companies that either canceled or never showed up.
Today was a completely different experience. They were right on time, called 10 minutes ahead, and removed the refrigerator quickly and efficiently. They were extremely mindful and careful while navigating the driveway, making sure not to bump into any of our vehicles.
They were highly professional, had a clean, polished appearance, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

These guys were great! They came out and removed a couch and a chair for us that were upstairs. Our stairs are u-shaped and awkward, but they did a great job of getting big bulky furniture out of the house without hitting the walls. They were in and out super quick and were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. Made cleaning out my house. In a time where I needed someone to take over when I was unable to do it myself. Great at making sure you get the best deal when it comes to getting rid of your junk.

This is an exceptional junk removal company! Excellent customer service from the woman who booked my free estimate to the two guys who removed my very heavy queen adjustable base from the second floor of my home. The men who came out to help me remove my old mattress and dresser were extremely professional, prompt, and nice overall. In fact I just feel bad I forgot their names again - either way this service is well priced, easy, and thorough. Highly recommend!

I had a shed full of “junk” I have been holding on to. I decided to call junk King and the lady who answered the phone was so polite and wonderful. She said that the gentleman would be here between 11 and one at 12:30. They arrived. They called me twice just to make sure that I understood that they were on their way they did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I will use them again and again
This team was FAST! They were polite good guys that immediately made sure they were doing the work since my shoulder is injured. They called twice to make sure they were finding my place, and were very patient when the gate code didn’t work and they had to wait. Good business.
Amazing company!!! Was able to make a quick appointment and the price the gal quoted me over the phone was the price Kevin, the mover, told me. Kevin and his partner Sergio were awesome!! I mainly spoke with Kevin and the whole process only took 15 min. They took a desk and a bookcase. They were careful and quick. Super professional and nice. Even got a quote for my couch. Amazing service. I'm so happy I went with this company. Definitely going to use them again!
Oh! One more thing. I really liked the fact that they were here at the beginning of the window I was given and they gave me a call when they were 15 min out.

I just wanted to give another review.
This time I had a sofa, coffee table, and end table removed and Alex and the guy he worked with were incredible. I am so impressed from start to finish.
They called 45 minutes before my scheduled window and wanted to see if they could come early and gave me an estimated time of when they would arrive. So we did that.
Then the determination to get my sofa out was incredible! I mean they put a lot of thought into it and you could tell that they have a lot of experience with this.
My old couch was a pillow couch, hence the challenge.
Anyway they were super nice and professional.
Also, they were super quick.
Again so happy I went with this company.

The people that work for this company are very kind and helpful. They provided a really great deal for us and service as well. We originally hired another company but they refused to take some of our stuff due to a bed bug problem. I reached out to junk king and told I told them about our problem and they offered to wrap and take the infested junk. If I ever need to hire a junk removal service again, I will hire junk king.
Kevin and Alex were so awesome and professional. They quickly came in and gave me a reasonable quote, they came prepared, were ready to work. They worked hard and quickly, cleaned up after, and left the house looking great! I would definitely recommend using them and hire them again!
Junk King is great. They confirmed the next-day appointment, called beforehand, understood the assignment, and were pretty good with fitting what we had into one load!
We were impressed. Now we have plenty of room to make a nice chill spot for us adults.
They charge by the truckload. It seemed a bit costly as it ran us more than a few hundred -- and that was a full truckload. For the convenience of not having to lift a finger or waiting in line for disposal the service is quite priceless. I trust them to get rid of my junk safely.
