The Tow Truck Company JunkYard in Las Vegas (NV)

I have no idea why the business leaves responses to reviews saying “please contact us directly for any problems,” I’ve tried contacting them on 3 separate occasions. I genuinely hope these people go out of business. They are scammers and con artists. If you don’t claim your vehicle within a certain amount of time, they own it and auction it off. These people get their money off of theft. They steal your cars. Let’s call it what it is and let’s act like it, because that is their business model. They are running a for-profit towing company and do not care about anything besides their bread. They do not care about towing people’s cars at apartment complexes. They towed about 100 cars at my complex and never ever did anything to rectify it.

Had my car towed this morning. Parked in the wrong spot. But this company at least did the correct thing when towing my car and used dollies because it's all wheel drive. And there was no damage. So kudos to them. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of the expensive fee to get my car back.

These people are making a killing! Shady and don't need to have any proof to gladly tow your car after “someone’s” calling stating that spot belongs to them! I know I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with this 5 star company! I wish more people would post there interactions with them. Not only do they have just one sign posted that I had to search for, they have to hide in a trailer and open a little window from fear of all their happy customers who they give great customer service too!

Very unprofessional! People in hear don’t have any respect for customers whatsoever. My vehicle was tow for my property with no noticed. After being towed & paying there fee, I come to inspect my vehicle and realize that it has a scratch in the back. Now I understand if my vehicle was older but my vehicle is a 2024 recent purchase. So I immediately let them know . A male and a female go to the back and start talking and laughing about a scratch of my vehicle. Felt so disrespectful. No manager or owner to speak with. Just was told to fill out a damage form. So it was so quick and easy for them to tow my vehicle but can be efficient on fixing their drivers mistake. And going over some of the reviews looks like I’m not the first one . Rating speak for its self .

They lied and stole the car I just bought 2 days prior. Then they did all they could to keep raising that price it was up to 1000. In the time I said I'm on my way with the cash . They raised it another 100$ I couldn't afford to even register the car I couldn't get from the tow yard. How this is FN legit is beyond me we saw you towing another car at night with your lights off. If it ain't shady why do that. Tow Truck Co. Ok...... 2 words God & Karma

It was an unfortunate accident that put me in the position to be referred to The Tow Truck Company by 2 other companies, but I am incredibly blessed that I found them! They made a very bad situation so much better for me! They have amazing, experienced and seasoned drivers. It took other companies 2 trucks to do what one awesome driver with a beautiful truck from The Tow Truck Company did for me. Reviews Speak For it’s Self! It’s a scam what they are doing. I left a review and was left a comment saying to reach out to them so the issue can get resolved. BS! I’ve reach out back and nothing was resolved. They scratched my car, and going thru some other reviews looks like I haven’t been the only one. People just be careful from unprofessional “owner/driver that don’t know how to keep up to standards.

One of the realities of life is that if you own anything with a motor and wheels, sooner or later you'll need assistance from a tow truck company. We recently moved to the Henderson area and transferred our AAA to the Nevada branch. While planning some transmission service for our older but much loved Chevy Tahoe (2000 model with over 230k miles) we contacted AAA but they do not schedule ahead of time. No problem - we'll call on the day of service. On "tow day", we called back to AAA and they dispatched William from The Tow Truck Company. William met us at our garage and we went over his plan to move her out of the garage and onto the flatbed. William is a young man but moved like a pro and had her on the truck in no time. We knew this was the guy to handle our "little old lady". William made it to the repair garage (Tilley's Automotive - another great find for us) and had already discussed delivery with Mr. Tilley by the time we got there. In no time, William had her off the truck and ready for the Technicians. You never know who's coming to your aid when you request towing assistance. We can testify that William was at our home in no time, was very courteous and treated our Tahoe like it was his own. Many THANKS to William and The Tow Truck Company Team. Watched an a few episodes of this tow company doing its thing in Vegas. The last episode showed a driver that was pissed that haven’t being paid to work the auctions TTC has every week. So the company makes all the money and pays the drivers nothing to work for the few hours. These drivers only get paid if they are towing cars. The owner stated at the beginning of the episode that the company is worth 10 million. Kinda messed up that they are millionaires and taking advantage of the little guy.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. They lie and scam people out of there money. They totally broke into my car to move my handy cap card just so they could tow it. You could totally see where they jimmied my door and window to get into it.

About 3 weeks ago I got towed by this service for PPI (private property impound) I live in a HOA and I was currently moving. So like any person moving i had my car outside since I've got to bring stuff in and out of it. I was parked right outside my driveway with my garage still open (they confirmed my garage was open in their drivers pics of the tow) and I got towed by this company. After about 2 hours of trying to figure out where my car was. I went right to the lot to go pick it up, turns out they have an overnight (Outside of 9~5) fee of $50 extra, so my already outrageous rate of $332 was jumped to $382, unless i waited till morning to pick it up. Las Vegas has a flat rate of $75 for PPI towing. So idk how the rate got so high and they don't make it clear at all. On Auto Return website they didn't even put the address correctly, they were a street over. And when I got there they changed the reason as to why I was towed. Terrible company that holds vehicles for ransom, and charges way more than the service is remotely worth. My home is within 2 miles away from their lot. Nevada needs review the laws on towing or something cause these rates completely gouge people.

This company make their employees work in auction with no payment. Making thousands of dollars to keep the company "open" and still make money out of the drivers and people they take the cars from. What a shame and miss treatment of the people that make money for them. Bragging that their company worth $10 million but won't pay their employees for their job. Disgusting people!!!

This was my first visit to an auction in the US, it was really interesting to watch. There were some good cars, some of them sold for a really low price.

I waited at the airport for hours after I had already cleared and informed them of my situation only for them to call me and say they would not tow. Zero Stars if possible don't waste your time

Great company Company and definitely reliable. I broke down 2 and a 1/2 hours from Vegas And they literally came right away. Breaking down in the middle of the desert is no fun, but at least when you know someone is on the way to come get you, that's one of the best feelings And the world because you're so vulnerable at that point. Thank you, Dana and Mike for running such an amazing company And especially training your drivers To deliver such Exceptional customer service 24/7. I would recommend this company all day long

Woke up this morning and the car wouldn’t start. Called insurance first and they quoted me their “contracted rate”. Called The Tow Truck Company right after it was $20 less and they were able to get to me quicker. Excellent dispatch setup.

Before you go just know your gonna deal with rude people! Shout out to Brenda/Bridgett ——- the old big white lady with scraggly hair and glasses! How old are we? I felt like I was dealing with a kid and she’s older then me. Then the big Spanish girl that was helping sucked too! Why you guys hate your job so much your messing are lives up not yours. Be happy and helpful not rude we all have jobs or go find another one. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Plus the place and location where it’s near is horrible. Also keep in mind it’s not paved it rocks and dirt all over to walk to the business and where the cars are at. Please make sure to check your car and make sure nothing was taken and they didn’t mess up your vehicle when they towed it.

Wow! These guys, Joe and Darryl, are phenomenal!! My car died on a dark, scary, nothing out there road. After calling my insurance and other tow companies, who didn't help, I called The Tow Truck Company. I'm so thankful that Joe answered. He was exceptional on the phone, he asked if I was safe and let me know what he'll send a driver. Darryl, the tow truck driver, arrived. At 4am, Darryl was smiling, he was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the area and patient with me. Once my car was at the tow yard, Joe checked it out and fixed it for me. Joe and Darryl, you are my heroes! Thanks a million.

When I picked up my car it had curb rash on half my wheel with red paint all over. However I didn’t notice that until I got home, and when I went back and talked to the manager they took no responsibility and said the way they towed my car it would be impossible for them to damage that wheel and that I already left the lot before noticing the damage. The manager tried shifting the blame back to me, saying that I did it and might’ve not noticed, but given how deep the scratch was, I would’ve definitely have heard and felt it. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all means

Preditory Tow company, don't ever call them. They are also very disrespectful to foreigners. They scam toes to film footage and post online. They prey on the foreign 18-wheeler drivers parked at the Orleans Hotel. They try to tow the trucks illegally.

The night before my wedding. Ran inside to grab keys for another car - came out and towed my car 100 feet. Then refused to undo it unless I paid $140. I’ve never met such a heartless company.

I called AAA and needed a tow from Vegas to California, no one wanted to take the call. I waited 6 hours and then I got a call from these guys and they came through. Their driver Elijah was professional and courteous . He put my car on the flatbed and we were quickly on the road and arrived at my destination earlier than I anticipated. Thank you Elijah

These company is scammer to make quick bucks, I kept my car at night in front of my garage- it was not blocking the driveway not even blocking anyone. But they towed and told me that I was blocking the garage door- which is my garage. I was charged 330 dollars for no reason- they should be sued for not providing logical explanation. Be aware of the these scammers!

This type of business makes it hard to get good reviews, but Nick and Leeann are very professional, and they helped us through a difficult, complex car reclaiming situation. Bridgett here is a skilled, caring, excellent staff member. Kaytlyn was also helpful. If you approach this team with respect and remember to treat them as you want to be treated, you will be pleased to find out that they can be very fun.

I don’t know if it’s them or the HOA where I live. My handicapped parents came to visit me. There is no parking in front of our houses. My parents arrived at 7:22 (time stamped on two camera cams) we brought my HANDICAPPED mother into the house and got her settled. It takes a few minutes. We go to get her medical supplies and walker, and the van was gone, 5 minutes later. It was EXACTLY 5 minutes later (once again time stamped). The tower took pictures of the van and towed it away without letting us know. No warning, nothing. The wheelchair and walker were in plain sight, no tinting. It took me two hours to figure out who towed the van. After getting a neighbors camera footage I was able to get a number on the truck. I call and it’s the Reno branch number and had no idea what I was talking about. The person was very nasty. How was I supposed to know that the number on the tow truck was the wrong number?!?! I was able to find out the correct place. They charged my parents $300 to get the van back. When this issue was brought up, they asked if there was a handicapped badge displayed. WHY would we do that for just dropping someone off?? I don’t think this is my HOA, I think these vultures were looking for a quick buck. They are heartless and disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you’re going to tow a car, fine. But you should leave information. If my parents were there for an extended period of time? Ok. But there are plenty of people here that leave their cars for hours. Us? 5 minutes? Terrible

Went out of town for one day, I come back and my car has a violation notice for it supposedly being “stored on property or inoperable”. I drive my car every day unless I have to go out of town for work! My car has proper tags, no flat tires, runs just fine. I should be able to park my car in my residence properly and not have to worry about coming back and it being gone for nonsense! This is ridiculous, they are targeting vehicles to boost their revenue. I called and spoke to a rep who was helpful but whoever their “tagger” is needs to do better!
