Absolutely horrible people, terrible company. They like to go around taking cars that are parked legally!! Collage kids don’t have money to be dealing with having their cars towed for no reason. Hope this company gets what it deserves.
The customer service is extremely unprofessional I went there before to check on my friend's vehicle as a interpretator. Super disrespectful to the point where fist the cups were happening and they were spitting on my car recorded the whole situation went to the better Business bureau and put report these places should not exist
Make sure you pay the towing fee with a strong credit card, so you can dispute the charge and get the money back afterwards.
They don't allow you to pay with Amex, but other banks have good credit card too. I successfully disputed the charges and got my money back, what a waste of time.
This company is so great tow truck driver Steve was amazing and so kind and very dependable and fast. He got me and my truck home quick and safe... Thanks appreciate it..
I'm sorry but using spotters and predatory towing is trifling ...it may be legal but its immoral and unethical... taking advantage of places where there's a lack of parking and then over charging people to get their cars out of the tow yard pretty much charging any price y'all please and no I don't wanna hear that y'all don't do it because YEA YALL DO . don't bother responding . And all of these people are not lying on y'all in these reviews not at all 🤷
Went to shop in Ross made the unfortunate mistake to walk across the street to check on parking at another lot before I went shopping in Ross store. Saw there was proper parking, so went back across street to do my shopping at Ross and they towed my rental car while I was shopping. Definitely filed a complaint with the proper authorities. Got my receipt for both shopping and tow charge. Went back to Ross and found out that there are people who sit in cars and wait to call tow service ASAP. Major scam!
I am responding again for Sabrina... Get in contact with the Nevada Transportation Authority and make a complaint. I have been in the process of getting some answers since 3/7/25. The transport authority will email you and keep you posted on their progress. I hope for my sake and many others that this is something remedied. What they're doing to people is not right. So sorry!

I had a very frustrating experience with this towing company and believe I have been scammed. Their practices feel unfair and questionable. My car was towed, and when I inquired about it, I was told that property management had called them but property management said they had nothing to do with the situation and it was their first time hearing about it. When I asked for evidence from the towing company, the manager refused to give me any documentation I’m legally entitled to. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and my concerns were ignored. I hope the Nevada Towing Authority looks into their practices. I would not recommend this company!!!
I’m leaving a follow-up review because All in Towing is now trying to present a professional front in response to my original comments. If no one called to request a tow, that indicates the truck was actively patrolling privately owned property, which raises concerns. When I went in person to request documentation and evidence regarding the tow, the employee at the front desk told me, “I can’t give you that. My manager won’t allow it.” I followed up with a phone call about an hour later, only to have the manager respond with, “Do your eyes not work?” DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Wer auf ehrliche Weise kein Geld verdienen kann, versucht es halt auf diese Weise. 372 USD für 2km. Man wollte mir vor Ort leider auch nicht zeigen, wie dieser Preis zustande kommt. Leider schlechte Werbung für Las Vegas.

They towed my truck from my own house with current registration and legally parked and then are charging my 400 dollars to pick it up, what utter horse crap.
Edit, your service is bad because you scratched my truck and the Subaru for the couple in front of me in line and I won’t call theft and extortion professional. Enjoy your well deserved 1 start.
