Although we didn't meet Tory, with whom I had spoken on the phone throughout the process, she was very kind and guided us well. Chris was outstanding, and my husband and I are very grateful.   I went into Charlie Cheap Car, told them my budget and needs and right away they had come up with multiple options. Once we chose the car we liked, they had paperwork ready within a few hours. Once approved for a loan, the paperwork took 20 minutes and we were out the door with our beautiful car! The whole process took 24 hours and was so smooth and easy and we got a great price and deal. She asked me a few details about the car and I sent pictures. They came and picked it up the same day. All I had to do was sign the title and they did the rest.

  The engine on my 2016 Kia Sorento had seized due to a recall that I was never notified about. I got a lot of different stories from Kia and Carmax but ultimately, neither one would cover the repair. So sadly now, it is a junk car. I didn’t really have any experience in selling junk cars. I had a lot of companies offering me 500 or even 1000 dollars for it. Telling me I should be grateful to get that. I know despite the engine condition, it is worth more simply scraping it out and I’d imagine the company is going to repair and resell it. I needed to offset some of the expenses, having to pay off the loan early to get the title to even sell it in the first place. Fortunately we only had to come up with 3 payments. It could have been a lot worse, but it has been an awful situation. I was so thrilled to find Vegas Cash For Cars. Not only was Tory compassionate and asked questions about the situation, she was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and offered a lot more than anyone else. I hope I don’t ever go through that again but if I do, they will be my first call and I would recommend them to anyone else facing such a dilemma.

  He was good on his offer and it was 100% great customer service. Definitely would consider him on buying a used vehicle in the future. In this case I sold my 17 year old car that gave me the best through out the years with no complaints. It was a great car unfortunately it was time to let her go. So big ups to Charlie cheap cars.

The employee who helped me was named Sam. He was honest and walked me through what some of the best options for me and my vehicle situation would be. No tricks or gimmicks, just genuine help.   I worked with Nathan and Tory and was in a really tough spot. Needed to get a new car for my brother because he couldn't wait for repairs to be done on his.
