After a car theft attempt, I needed my car to be towed to a shop. That's when Jonathan stepped in. The first shop rejected my car and we went to a second shop that accepted my car. Jonathan stayed with me without complaint. He dropped off the car because he had other calls. Thank you for being an angel in my time of need, Jonathan!!! My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today I called another tow company who told me I'd have to wait an hour . After calling back an hour later I called to get a ETA she told me another 45 mins . I called priority towing and these men where the most helpful and very professional men ! He told me he would be to me in 30 mins .. 20 mins later he showed up !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!! WE NEED MORE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY TOW MEN LIKE YOU !!! THANK YOU FOR THE RESCUE ! NOT TO MENTION IT WAS WAY CHEAPER ! I CANT THANK YOU GUYS ENOUGH ! the only tow company I will call from now on !

Car broke down today and I called a bunch of towing companies but none offered affordable services. Priority towing however was excellent and really courteous. Highly recommend to anyone in need. My driver Victor was really professional and any questions I had was answered.

I had need for a tow truck twice this week (look for the bad review of my car's maker shortly :-)). Blindly reaching out, as this isn't a situation I often find myself in, I luckily reached Priority Towing first. They called me back before I could finish my voice message, were in my area, and helped me out within the hour. A few days later, all it took was a text and we coordinated a time. Both times he dropped directly at the dealership without my involvement. Fast, easy, reasonably priced, and just super nice people. Thanks again guys!

Priority towing is by far the best tow company I have ever used!! My car broke down and I had my 1 year old daughter with me. After mentioning that to Victor he made sure to get a tow truck to me as soon as possible in this Vegas heat. Respond time was less than 30 min!! I know you don't care. Just some friendly advice you won't care about. I needed a tow today. Your totally unprofessional responses to the reviews here made me choose someone else. A few other tow companies I looked at also had petulant owners attacking customers in reviews. Really? I wish I could do that at my job. Where I work a customer could tell me 2+2=5 and I have to say "yes sir." Grow up.

We needed to reposition a broken truck that was blocking our garage door. Priority Towing arrived in 30 minutes as they had promised on the phone. The driver didn't have the proper equipment for the size of the truck (not his fault, we didn't inform him properly) and he was still able to do the job going above and beyond. Charged exactly what was promised on the phone. Thank you!

I had a very poor experience with this towing company. After finding that my friends car had been towed from a local casino, I contacted Priority in order to retrieve the car, which had been vandalized the night before and had four flats. The gentleman I spoke to in the phone told me 234.00 to get car out of impound. He also stated that if I wanted to pay an additional 45 dollars he would drop the car in one of the neighboring businesses parking lots so that we could change the tires out. On the way to The shop I saw that there was a 24 hour tire shop a llantera, 1/2’amblock away from the yard. I called back and asked if the car was to be dropped off his property somewhere, could they please please drop it at the llantera instead of a random parking lot. It’s 112 degrees and the thought of changing all those tires and one by one taking them to the llantera was daunting. The worker told me he’d be happy to take it 1/2 a block from the llantera, except he would charge me 45 for moving it at all, and another full tow fee to move it to the llantera. Literally was willing to dump the disabled vehicle outside of his yard onto any one of his neighbors parking lots, except for the parking lot of a neighbor that could help me. If he were to drop it at the tire shop he wanted to not only charge me to move it in the first place, but that PLUS the tow. Asked if I was going to have him tow, and pay for the tow if the fee to live it off the lot still applied. He would not budge, and basically told me that he was going to charge me to drive it off his lot, regardless whether I paid for the full tow fee to the llantera or not. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and that he knew I was desperate, so he thought he would squeeze me for the 45 on top of the tow fee. Finally after trying to make sense of why he would charge me both ways, I told him nevermind, that I would drive it to a neighboring parking lot for free (but risking tearing up my tires beyond repair). I don’t understand businesses that care nothing about their customers other than extracting maximum dollars upon initial contact. I’m just saying, my car was on the wrecker already, and he was going to dump it in a neighbors parking lot, if I paid the fee, why not also be helpful to the customers and take the fee and put it in a neighboring parking lot that could HELP my unfortunate situation? Or, why not tow it where I asked, but not charge me to bring it out? I had said I could call another tow truck to tow it to the tire store, and he laughed and said he’d still charge me 45 to bring it 15 feet so another wrecker could take it. So much for customer service, being a good person, and for leaving a positive impression. This enforces the idea of tow companies as pirates.

We were waiting for 3 hours for another company with our insurance with no hope. Called another company and they referred us here. Victor showed up within 15 minutes and we were home within the hour of calling him. Victor was kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Priority will be my first call next time!

My dad’s car needed to be towed to his house and Jonathan was very helpful he called to confirm the car and the address he was dropping off the car. I asked if he would be able to leave the car parked in-front of a different car and he was able to do that so we wouldn’t block the garage. We appreciate him going above and beyond!

Hot summer morning on my way to work and my car broke down on the Beltway. Called a towing company...one and a half hour wait . So I called Priority Towing only a 35 minute wait!! I have not had a vehicle towed for years and have heard horror stories from friends about their experiences. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Elite towing. I called yesterday to have an old truck that I bought moved. They answered the phone right away, requested that I sent them the to and from address via text, and responded they responded with a price within 15 minutes. They were able to move the vehicle the same afternoon and showed up during the 1/2 hour window that they set. Reliable, flexible, friendly, AND can follow directions. I was not there when Nelson dropped the vehicle off but he dropped off the truck exactly where I wanted him to. Highly recommend!

We unfortunately needed the assistance of a tow company recently. We found Priority Towing and their service could not have been better. The driver showed up 15 minutes after we called and was the nicest person. He had us hooked up quickly and got us home safely. GREAT SERVICE...My wife broke down 530am today, middle of busy intersection. Called them, prompt answer ..only tow company that would come immediately.
