TRUCK DRIVER review for pickup. not a bad place getting loaded after hitting dock.shipping was very helpful when I called for instructions. Will have to get sb traffic on valley view blvd stopped.loader does that,and looks dangerous. Hint,come nb on valley view for best set up to back in.some parking in area until they call.only one dock,TIGHT.would advise calling first if shppr is loading.

We UNFORTUNATELY relied on this company for oil pickup and maintenance. They took our money but didn’t service the grease trap properly and caused an overflowing so bad that the City fined us!
Even when we requested oil pickup, we were assured they’d come the same day. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! and we were told they would come that day, but still NO PICKUP!!!
After several days of the same promise with NO PICKUP, OUR CONTAINERS BECOME FULL!!!!
RenuOil DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!! NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!!!!!!

I came to this location a few times with
Appointments. And everything went great. The staff is friendly no complains.
The guybat the dock is always happy with a positive actitud.
Before you had to back up thru the little street. NOW YOU HAVE TO BACK UP THRU VALLEY VIEW facing NORTH.
If you do south you'll have to do a blindside.

I was recently assigned to be responsible for contacting them and scheduling used cooking oil pick up for our restaurant. Our grease trap and cooking oil were all done by them, however we had to find another company for our grease trap after they only colllected fee but didn’t provide service for a while and grease got out, the city came helped to clean it and gave us a huge fine on that.
Long story short, we needed a cooking oil pickup about 4 days ago. we contacted them they said that they would come on the same day. The containers were still full the next day. I thought maybe they were busy, so we gave them another day, but still no pickup. Called them again and got the same response we got the first time we called “will get it done today”. The next day which is today, the containers are still full of oil.
We don’t really know if this is because we are a small restaurant and don’t have much oil for them to pickup, so they don’t want to come. Or they just have too many contracts with big casinos so they don’t have time to care about us. I’m done with them and will never use them again. And if one day I am responsible for the same duty for big properties, I will definitely do my best to help the company get rid of this trouble.
A very nice place to visit for business publicly speaking...I'm truck driver who thrives on networking relationships and I was blown away by thier professionalism...#Plus I gotta get a Horse lol
