When things go wrong on the road, you find out quickly who actually shows up and who goes far beyond what’s expected.
I had a catastrophic vehicle failure while traveling alone, far from home. My rental through Alamo left me with a two-day delay and no immediate solution, which would have stranded me hours away from where I needed to be. Through roadside assistance with Allstate, I was connected to Las Vegas Towing, and that’s where everything changed.
Danielle stepped in and took full ownership of the situation and said "let me see what i can do on my end". She stayed on the phone for hours coordinating a solution that wasn’t even required of her. Since they already had a scheduled pickup coming from my direction, Danielle made arrangements to bring a replacement vehicle to me on the way to come and pick up the original tow. That level of foresight for customer service, priority and initiative is very rare during these days.
Eric, the driver, waited nearly two hours for the replacement vehicle, then drove three hours to deliver it to me, and then another three hours back. Throughout it all, he remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind. He even apologized for the wait, when in reality, I couldn’t have been more grateful.
As a woman traveling alone, with personal challenges and health concerns, this experience meant more than just logistics I was stranded in 102 degree hest for hours, no battery peft on my cell pjone and was headed to my hotel to pick up my oxygen machine. This was more than peace of mind, it was safety, and humanity in action.
I truly believe I was connected to the right people at the right time.
Because of Danielle and Eric, I was able to rest that night knowing I could get home safely.

This morning started out bad, went out to go to work at 6AM and the wife's new car said NOPE and wouldnt start or do anything Called and explained what happened, I needed to get this car picked up and drive my wife to work before I had to be in the office The dispatcher was calm and understanding, the driver came in under 30 minutes and the price was more than fair
