The gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said he would be at our location in 20 to 30 minutes and was right on time. He towed the vehicle to Chevy Henderson and gave me a receipt.The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend him and the company. I did this review back in November and wrote it but didn't post. They are excellent.

I was in town for SEMA and AAPEX and needed my NASCAR show car transported at a last minute notice. They were super friendly and very responsive. Reasonably priced and took so much care and caution. Treated my car as if it were their own. Fantastic family and operation. Highly recommend! They even picked me up and dropped me off where I was staying! Amazing
Needed to tow my car from home to a shop fast friendly and a great driver. The shop is in a very tight parking lot and I had complete confidence in his ability to navigate it.
My Car wouldn't shift into drive, my guy came from work and worked on it for an hour, no good, maybe proxi alignment, computer issues, who knows, didnt have the tools. Chrysler 200 problems, mom and 2 teens stuck- called instant towing, quoted $120 and about 30 minutes. 111 degree day, from the strip to blue diamond area. Instant towing showed up precisely 30 minutes and stuck by their quote. Friendly and air conditioned truck, 100% recommend! Made it super easy for my first time needing a tow. Expecting about $100 for a local tow. Another company I called wanted to charge 200 and then more fees with a 60-90 min wait , and they were located less than 2 miles from where we were stuck. Go with instant towing.

Great experience. I don't have AAA so I called a few places for quotes. They were my second call and their quote was less than half the quote of other towinf companies. Would definitely use them again.

I called three different tow companies and got the runaround, everything from I need to set a time 4 hours from now because they close at a certain time ,to all of our drivers are busy can't get to you for at least two hours , some companies have their phones disconnected or not working at all finally I Talked to Efron at Instant Towing , on the phone, he said 20 minutes he was there in 20 minutes, brought the flatbed ,,not the wheel truck that will screw up the plastic in the front end. On the Phone he gave me the price from pick up to drop off $85 for 8 miles +$5 for creditcard charge, because credit card company charges him five dollars to run the card. "Cash is king if you have it, Efron was nice, polite and professional, I rode with him in the truck to destination he took the car off flatbed and parked it. No problems no damage In the future I will be calling this company,Instant towing, and Efron if he is still there. Plus they are 24hrs. Some companies are not.
This company came to tow my car and drop it off at the tire shop less than 1 mike away from my location. They asked for $65 over the phone with $5 charge for a card transaction. Then the towing person ends up charged me $75 and I expressed my concern. I let it go. Then I go and check my bank account and they charged me $80. Do not use them. Definitely not trustworthy.
He came and rescued me at 10:00 pm out in the middle of nowhere. He was there within an hour, was polite and professional. After getting me out of the ditch he followed me to make sure my car was ok.
I would definitely use them again if I need help.
