AMAZING SERVICE!!! I hate to admit it, but I’ve become way too familiar with towing companies over the years… lockouts, blowouts, overheating, even getting hopelessly stuck in a parking garage once. So normally when I hear, “We’ll be there in an hour,” I take it with a grain of salt.
But ALTC absolutely delivered. From the second I sent out a bid request, they were the fastest to respond, had the best pricing, and kept me updated the entire time with screenshots of their location and accurate ETAs. That level of communication alone already set them apart.
Honestly, I was originally waiting on a quote from another company I’d used before and liked, but ALTC earned my trust without being pushy or overbearing. I decided to give them a shot, and I’m genuinely glad I did.
By the time I’m writing this, I’m literally riding in the cab, only a few minutes from my destination — and the crazy part is I only started searching for a tow less than an hour ago. That almost never happens.
