My sister’s car broke down and instead of taking it to the dealership they took it there for impoundment so she’d have to pay them. And then when she did pay, they were still reluctant to release it. They’re a scam!
Crooked. Liars. They don't want to release your vehicle so they can get more storage. They tell you to send over all this paperwork and then won't release the vehicle anyway. Should be investigated by the state.
Absolute CROOKS! Impossible to get any information from them. Their Ewing Bros other address isn't even marked as a business on the map. They steal from vehicles and take advantage of every penny they can squeeze out of you. A true shame that they work with the county. What a total racket! NEVER use this company for ANYTHING. They will take you for everything you have and ask for a nickel on the way out.
Horrible company!! … all I know is cops have to be getting a kickback from this company.. vehicle was stolen and it took them almost a month to send a notice saying that it was even recovered.. by then I couldn’t afford to get it back. And there was nothing they would do… They are thieves..

Horrible customer service can bealive they have this place open and running with that office service the hispanic lady has a terrible terrible attitude . They see you need the service and they just take there time . We all understand its a towing lot but please have some customer service or change jobs if you are not satified .
Staff is inattentive and slow. They work without a sense or urgency. They treat their employees like dirt and pay them poorly yet expect them to take on multiple jobs
They steal. My car got towed to their lot on A street. I was there within an hour. They stole out of my car. The guy with dreads was the first one to blame his coworkers. Stating they must have done it.

I’m an out of state Law Enforcement officer, my bike was involved in an accident in Las Vegas. They wouldn’t release information needed to have the insurance pick it up or for Harley Davidson.
After talking to one rude female on the phone on 12/17/2024 and advised them that the bike is to be released to the insurance they refused to release it on 12/18/2024. I had to call again and talked to a male that was as rude as the person the day before.
I ran a big tow company in California for 14 years before becoming Law Enforcement and if anyone treated the customer the way these people did they would have been fired on the spot. I will be talking to a attorney about this company trying to keep my bike hostage so they can scam more money.

my car was in a accident and got towed to this place and unfortunately my wallet was left in the car when I got my things back and my wallet back my money inside was missing!! I had $200 that was supposed to be used for my son’s first Christmas. My car is totaled and my money is missing and they act like they don’t know nothing.
The Las Vegas Police department had my motorhome impounded because we were peacefully using our first amendment this tow truck company was called to impound my vehicle we were arrested for using our first amendment then when we retrieve our motorhome find out that they did so much damage to the front suspension do the bumper and to the front frame they ripped my antenna off my motorhome every single covered had been ransacked are Bluetooth portable large speakers are electric power tools computers and camcorder a small Shop-Vac these people literally ransacked and took everything of value I would not trust this Ewing tow company for absolutely anything find a better quality of people they are doing this as a shark mentality to visitors that they believe don't have time or money to fight the system to get their belongings back
I purchased cars with them back in July . We are 9 days away from December and I still haven’t received any of my tittles. I highly do not recommend. Cant register cars without the tittles
North Las Vegas PD called Ewing Bros Towing to transport our recovered vehicle that had been stolen nine days prior. This was our first time to navigate vehicle theft, and these folks were extremely kind and accommodating to us and our insurance company. The yard was also very secure, which provided an added layer of peace while our vehicle was being held/ assessed for damages prior to being moved for repair. We are so grateful for Osa’s tlc and professionalism. She was an absolute angel!
Great customer service at the front desk, I know its not fun paying these fees for your car but I honestly liked the way they helped me with the mobile notary and made things easier on me to get my car out even when it was under my spouse name. Very professional 👏
Make sure you find out all the specifics BEFORE you show up to purchase any cars from their auction. This is a giant hassell. However my family owns the land this property sits on so I have to give them 4 stars.
I’ve dealt with tow yards in multiple states and have never had such a smooth experience getting a car out. Debby and Justine were very helpful and also friendly (not my usual experience with other yards). Although I hope to never need their services again, I can say without a doubt this is the best tow yard I’ve ever dealt with.
Car was stored here after an accident. They sent my car with another towing company to a collision center without the key and now are unable to find a key. So I am being forced to have my car re-keyed at my own expense and no manager has returned my phone call despite it being promised.
How disappointing and worse they have a contract with Las Vegas Metro and the city. My vehicle was held here for unregistered and insured vehicle and was expected to go to auction This last weekend. I paid all fees at least 8 hours before the scheduled auction I was told to return at 7am to pick up my car. The car was pulled forward and I watched as the employee let all the air out of the tires as I recorded this activity. When I asked we’re my license plate was, I was informed the vehicle had already been sold and it was returned to the DMV. Regarding putting air in my tires. They said that it was $200 for air. To get a tow to my home since they removed the plate almost insuring I would be pulled over by Metro that tow was going to cost another $700. What a foul business practice. Not surprised. No hope for humanity!!!
I got my Harley towed because I didn't handle my business and so my bike has been sitting at Ewing Bros. I just called and spoke with Denise in the lien department and she and the owner, or department head I'm not sure exactly but they showed me mercy and grace and are only charging me a fraction of what the lien was and are going to give me my bike back! Thank you thank you! She was so nice on the phone as well. I'm so grateful! Thank you so much.
Lets all give a round of applause for the heffers sitting in the office. These unsightly heffers tried to charge me $600 for a vehicle that will not even move. Some bozo crashed into my parked car while I was at work, and this is what I show up to.
A terrible time for us, saying goodbye to our car :( Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the lady and gentlemen that helped us but they were beyond amazing! Very professional and kind, they even let us borrow screwdrivers to take our plates off :) It was a short wait for the car to be retrieved to the lot for us to get our belongings. Everyone there was courteous and helpful and efficient, we really appreciate you. Thank you for making a difficult time go easier :)
I don't deny that they have too much work, but they are a little unprofessional. They didn't tow my truck, and they need a bigger truck to tow their truck and connect it to mine. I know that I can understand some problems, but if I damage my interface, Say it's not their responsibility, let me solve it myself.I just developed and three other trachea are broken. I'm going to call the theory.

The staff at Ewing Bros Towing were very kind and understanding, considering the circumstances of my vehicle being stolen then wrecked and brought to the towing yard. They allowed me to have my vehicle pulled to their auto body shop.
My stereo and my 200 dollar pair of Oakleys was stolen out of my car while in their possession. I was told Henry was going to contact me regarding the matter and so far they havn't made any effort to contact me. The lady who answered when I called to let them know about it off the bat implied that "maybe it was another towing company". The driver told me Henry was there. The office told me he wasn't there. They told me they were going to review the camera footage but I'm worried they will just delete the footage. I wouldn't think this but they havnt reached out at all. Everytime I call they just tell me he's not there and that he will call me back. My glasses were in the glove box along with everything that is now on my seat.
Ewing Brothers Towing rescued our 35ft converted bus from the top of a hill in Lovell Canyon. They gave us a good price, great service, and excellent advice on getting her started again - worked like a charm~! A shout out to drivers Keith and Richard and Carissa on dispatch. Business is designed purposefully to provide maximum pain to the customer. I wasn't able to get my stuff out of my vehicle even though I had three police report with my vehicle info and home address, my driver's license with the same address, my insurance card, and my previous years registration. Only a current title or registration will do. You are allowed "one visit" to your vehicle. I suppose if you need more than that you have to get a lawyer to arrange a visitation agreement. I assume these guys have a kickback agreement with Las Vegas Metro so they have plenty of business and don't need to care about customer service. There's a reason for all the signage people......
Motorcycle got impounded . Went to get it and it had been stripped to the frame . They stated they don't know what happened and agreed and acknowledged the bike came to them complete and undamaged. They were trying to get $1400 from me to retrieve the frame of my bike
With the kind of luck I have, I've witnessed first-hand the capabilities of many tow truck companies. This job was especially difficult, and Ewing Brothers pulled it off with professionalism and style. Our tow was a 28ft Airstream motor home, wedged in between a house, a gate, and a property wall, made more challenging by a hedgerow, another fence and a neighbor's vehicle. It was impossible to get the tow truck straight-lined to the Airstream, and required the driver to pull, winch, re-pick, reposition, wiggle, bring his mirrors in to not hit a streetlight, watch 3 point guards and, in general, have his head on a swivel. The fact he didn't call in air support with a helicopter lift was impressive. The driver was very responsive to nervous owners (me and the wife, plus the owners of the wall, gate & neighbor's vehicle), and took the time necessary to extract our motor home without damage. Brett, our towing expert, brought cribbing, cabling, rigging and tools, and the knowledge to use all options available on his tow rig to perform precision maneuvers with only inches of clearance. I can not express enough our gratitude to Brett for his help and professionalism with our baby. Ewing Brothers' truck was clean and well-maintained, the attitude of their staff was excellent from dispatcher to driver, and the results were fantastic.
