I had an oil leak in my BMW 5 series. I called and Francisco got me in the same day. After inspecting the vehicle he gave me a quote the same day and had the repair done by the next day. The service included photos and details of the issues and he even gave me a discount. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs service for their vehicles. Fast, communicative, friendly and reliable service.

This is a great business and the employees are all very nice. Specifically Moshe helped us out, he is extraordinary with his overall service. They helped find the best deal for us, we will come back for sure.

19 Audi A6. Brought my car in for turbo issues. Moshe was great to deal with. He made sure to get the max possible payment out of my extended warranty. My out of pocket cost was only about an eighth of the actual cost. That included my warranty deductible. I did the after hours drop off while I was out of town. A friend of mine dipped it off. Repairs were finished earlier than we initially agreed on after my plans changed. My car is still running great and was given back to me with a wash. Overall would highly recommend this place.

German Motors provided exceptional service for my Mercedes-Benz GL450. Moshe Sherman, the owner, is directly involved with the business. Moshe and his team operate efficiently and are very knowledgeable. A detailed inspection report was provided in a clear and transparent way. The inspection was fair and balanced. German Motors did not suggest unnecessary maintenance to meet quotas or gain revenue, but they suggested reasonable maintenance. They had my best interest in mind as a customer and took my situation and vehicle into consideration. I would highly recommend German Motors! I will definitely be a return customer.

Only place to take your baby. I have been doing with business with German Motors for years. From my Mercedes to my Audi's and never disappointed. Always get an appointment and always helpful. Francisco was new to me this visit, but was Great. Will be back again and again. Especially when I can pay half of what I'd pay at dealership and my car is not there all day

In early March 2025, my 2018 Porsche Macan S began jerking and slipping in 1st gear. To avoid further damage, I stopped driving it immediately. After researching the problem(mostly online forums) I found out the PDK transmission has a common failure issue w/ the mechatronic gasket. Which leads to valve body damage. So I bought the necessary gasket and valve body repair kit. I dont have a lift, so I called around town seeing who would be willing to do the work. Mostly everyone I talked to wanted nothing to do w/ Porsche PDK transmission repairs. But I finally was able to talk to German Motors, and they said they have some mechanics who have dealt w/ PDK issues before. So I set up the appointment, and brought the car and parts to them. Explained what was going on as best I could. Of course though, like most shops, they do their standard diagnostic routine. So I waited until the next business day, and I wasnt happy about the news they gave me @ 1st. They concluded that they didn't recommend doing the repair I was requesting, and instead recommended replacing my entire transmission. A $20k+ job. My car warranty had just expired, so I told them that this repair kit service was my only option. They agreed to do it, but had me sign a "no fault" waiver, because there was no guarantee this would solve the issue. Which was 100% understandable. However, I was very confident this service would solve the problem, based on other online stories I had come across. So I was willing to spend the $ to at least try, before ripping out the entire transmission. Low and behold, I got the call from them the next day telling me my car was driving and shifting like normal again after the test drive. After 3 months of stress, frustration, and being garaged, this fix saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I was finally able to drive it normally again, and I am very grateful that they were not only willing to do the repair, but I also helped them learn how to fix this particular issue w/ other similar PDK transmissions like mine. Because they are shared in many other German vehicle models. Moshe was the guy who handled my service @ their front desk. He was very professional, patient, he listened to all my concerns, and didnt treat me like some idiot who didnt know anything. He even apologized to me for having some doubt about this repair even working. I got to walk back and meet the mechanic who was lucky enough to dissect my valve body, replace the gasket, and button up everything back to specs. Thank you German Motors, you guys are awesome. The picture posted, is the common failure point w/ the mechatronic gasket that lots of others have had the same issue with. Once the material strips away, transmission oil leaks in and starts to damage and/or throw off the normal operating functions of the valve body.

I brought my Audi in for a carbon cleaning service, and shortly after the work was completed I got a check engine light. When I reached out, the shop told me to bring the car back so they could take another look, which I understood to mean they were rechecking the recent service. After bringing it back in, I was then told I needed to pay a $200 diagnostic fee related to a recommendation to replace the intake manifold. That was frustrating because the issue showed up immediately after the original service, and I only returned based on being told they would look at it again. If the follow-up was going to be treated as a separate diagnostic, that should have been clearly explained upfront before I brought the car back. The lack of clarity around that is what didn’t sit right with me. The shop seems knowledgeable with German vehicles, and I don’t doubt the quality of their work overall, but this experience felt poorly communicated and left me disappointed. Because of that, I won’t be returning for future service.

First time customer extremely pleased. I got in with an hour notice, and they got the car (Merc SL500) diagnosed and fixed the software problem while I waited. Actually they told me they were not sure everything was reset properly, but after a driving cycle all the little functions of the computer systems started working as designed. Definitely a return customer!

I have total confidence in the professional service I receive from the front office to the mechanics in the garage. We have all had just the opposite in our past. German Motors is first class!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ German Motors saved me when my 2014 Audi Q7 decided to act up right before smog time. The diesel particulate filter (DPF) went out, and they were able to get the part in quickly so I could pass smog without dragging this out for weeks. It wasn’t a cheap fix (DPF stuff never is), but they still came in noticeably lower than what Audi Henderson quoted me — which I really appreciated. Since the repair, I’ve had zero issues and the check engine light has stayed off. Shoutout to Moshe for keeping me in the loop the whole time — clear communication, no runaround. And the girl at the front desk was an absolute delight. Everyone there was genuinely nice and professional. If you’ve got an Audi and need people who know what they’re doing (and won’t treat you like a number), I’d definitely recommend German Motors.

Was celebrating my marriage in Vegas and my 2009 BMW X5 wouldn’t start. Had to replace the starter and ignition button. I had a breakdown with my Jeep right outside their shop. Even though they are a German auto shop, they brought the Jeep in and got the water pump and thermostat repaired. New to town and tried German Motors for the first time to work on my GLC. Had oil, tranny, and diff fluid replaced. Also had them replace the motor mounts as the vibrations had gotten really bad. Moshe and Jessica took great care of me from a service and communication perspective. We had a slight delay on getting the motor mounts, but I had another car and just left the GLC there. The work performed seems solid. Pricing was fair, and better than the stealership. I'd definitely give them a shot if you're looking for work on your European car and live in that neck of the woods!
