Just spoke with Timothy out at the Corvallis location! Man you guys are exceptional customer service! Timothy was great very knowledgeable friendly and got my parts I needed very quickly even sent me pics to make sure it's what I needed! Thanks again Timothy and everyone at B & R auto wrecking!! Top notch! Not to mention great warranties you won't get from the other guys. Used you for years when anyone I know has a problem I know you guys can handle it !!
I have used B&R several times for used parts. Chase H. has always been helpful. Things don't always go perfectly, but he always does anything he can within reason to make it right. Great customer service! Thanks Chase
Absolute shit show of an operation. Ordered a fender, paid right there over the phone and was told Friday for it. Guy text me to let me know they would have to damage the fender to remove it but says he’s got the one coming from California for me. Never heard anything, couldn’t get ahold of a single person etc.
walk in the store, guy looks it up and says yeah sorry, we are going to have to cancel for whatever reason he told me. Communication is the biggest thing to anyone. Here I have been sitting for 5 days waiting for this fender to get my truck to paint.
Will not recommend nor will I ever shop here for parts again.
If I could give it no stars I would. I was in mesquite Nevada visiting my parents when I thought that I would save myself some shipping and cruise down to Las Vegas and look for a dash piece for my car. The website told me they had the piece in stock, tried calling the location but got put on hold for about a half an hour before I gave up. It says you can walk in and get service if you're in person. So I did just that, the guy at the front counter told me I was at the end of 100 person line, but I was the only one there. Why you would advertise that you could come and get your part and then discourage folks from coming in once you have the person there. Drove 140 miles for nothing, not sure how this place stays in business.

WE paid for a rear axel our business is in Salt lake city Utah ,we where told that the part would be ready in 1 hour after we made payment. WE made the payment in full and sent our driver down to Las Vegas to pick up the part because it was urgent , I driver showed up and there was never a part available because a staff member made a mistake (Matt) We drove over 450 miles to pick up this part .. They refunded our money but took no accountability for their mistake we asked for reimbursement of our cost of fuel they declined and because of this lack of accountability we will never do business with this place again Trust is everything and we do not Trust your organization we have been in this business for 40 years .We have never experienced the lack of communication and poor customer service .. They flat out could care less about accountability ..

We bought a replacement door for our truck from BNR auto, we worked with Ryan out of Oregon, who was really nice, knowledgeable, and full of information. We picked it up in Las Vegas and Shannon at the front was just great, by the way they have a really beautiful gray cat, named Smokey!
We were in and out in 10 minutes!

B&R wrecking has literally everything you need for a great price, I needed a window due to someone else breaking it and my dealership wanted to charge me 800$ just for the window and labor and I nearly had a heart attack. I was recommended to B&R by a friend and I’m overly excited about the pricing they gave me 158$ for my window that was surprisingly already tinted so I didn’t have to worry about having a semi fish bowl window. So that was a plus. Also the clerk was super nice and super helpful along with his special assistant. The cutest cat I’ve ever seen. He was so adorable so sweet. Absolutely loved him. If you need any affordable parts B&R is definitely the place to go.
Amber at BNR auto wrecking is a A plus sales representative...she's polite...see take take to make sure you get the correct part by asking the extra questions....correct price...when you call for an update...she'll say let me chk and I call you back....most of all she answer her phone...thks
Absolute worst to deal with & absolutely lie right to your face. Since this location doesn't allow you to enter the yard to even just look at a part, you buy sight unseen and in full. Purchased a Toyota Venza hood, paid in full, told to return next day to pick up( since customers can't obtain the part themselves), receive a call from Gabe not even 12 hours later stating that " Oops, We don't know what we are going and SOLD you the item that was verified on site, only to find out it's Not here". Then told $ would be returned within 12-24 hours. It wasn't, it took almost a week to get back my $ that instantly came out of bank to purchase a promised item. Do NOT deal with this location , EVER !!! Shady, Deceitful and Lie directly to your face. The Henderson location is way better, & you can physically pick your own parts from yard.
I purchased an engine assembly for a scion xb from b&r, the salesperson was Lino. He told me the engine had 62k miles so i went ahead and purchased it. A week later the engine arrives, except it was a completely different engine for a different car and a different year. the engine was from the 80s. I called as soon as it happened and he tells me that apparantly the scion they had, had been previously engine swapped and no one caught it. Then he sends me a picture through text of the car b&r took the engine out of and it was not a scion xB. So my best guess is Lino thought he could sell some random engine that could possiblly fit. But clearly he doesnt know anything about cars. Lino then told me there was only one other option but it had 3 times more milage for the same price. I called back to ask for a refund and Lino said "okay youll see it on the acount" and hung up immediately before i could say anything. He made a huge mistake and then proceeds to be rude about it. Lino is very unprofessional, rude, and doesnt know anything about cars. Its a shame B&R hired someone like Lino, he only set us back. We are an automotive shop and now what are we going to tell our customer? We waited a week for this wrong engine.
Dont order from Lino from oregon. B&R you must hire someone competent, someone who isnt just selling in order to get commission. We cant keep doing doing business with b&r if the sales reps are like Lino from oregon.

A friend recommended this place to me when I needed to get used parts and I haven’t looked back. Ever since, Gabe is always welcoming and so funny! Shannon is great at helping me find exactly what I need. Those two are the best.
Worse junk yard ever. DONT BELIEVE REVIEWS & STARS. THEYLL ASK CUSTOMERS TO RATE 5STARS AND GIVE A POSTIVE RECIEW. It’s been about a month, and i’m still waiting on an Engine Assembly. I keep calling just to be told they working on it, until i showed up and wanted to see for myself. They keep giving the run around. Just to find out they messed up the whole order & it never left VEGAS. THE SALES AGENT DJ AGENT NEVER UPDATED ME OR CALLED OR TEXTED BACK. NO UPDATES, NO EMAILS, NO VOICEMAIL, NO CALL.
Everything about this place is decent EXCEPT the shorter gentleman with glasses who mans the desk in the lobby entrance. He’s so rude, so condescending that he ruins and brings down the whole place, he should absolutely not be the first point of contact for customers. Today I arrived two minutes before 5pm. He already had the door locked and saw me when I knocked lightly -threw his hands up, even though he recognized me right away as this was my 5th trip to get the part that I needed.. It would’ve been only number 3 but the last two times I was there he put his hand up in my face and told me to sit and wait like I was his kid, and both of those times he had me waiting for 30 plus minutes by the time he felt like allowing me to speak to explain why I was there it was 5 he said nope can’t help you- closed. Tomorrow will be trip number 6, And my last time visiting this location as long as he’s employed at the front desk.
I've purchased several transmissions with ,unexpectedly, low miles. No issues to report. Additionally, I have recommended B&R to friends who have obtained engines, transmissions and assorted small parts. All have great things to say about their experiences with B&R.
Ordered a 4.3L v6 from them. They seem very nice and give you options before they try to sell you something. Motor comes in a few days, will update when I get my engine. I feel pretty good about my purchase from them so far.
Only place in town that had the rim I was looking for. Nice staff and fast /knowledgeable on parts. Pretty big selection as the cars I usually get parts for (2011 chrysler 200 convertible and 99 bmw 323ci convertible e36) are very hard to find parts at pic a part and dis dat
Didn't end up selling my car, but I spoke to them about it. They said the best they could do was $50 because it was a crusher car. They recommended another place to me that was willing to give me a bit more. Great customer service, you can tell they're honest and actually care
I will never go back to this place. The phone orders and the actual place have no communication with each other. I ordered the rim on the phone and was sent a link to pay for it. When I called to check when the rim would arrive, I was told the next day. I got to the store the next day and no rim was available and the cashier was very rude. Thankfully I got my money back, but I will never return to a place where it is so hard to get good customer service.
The people at b&r go the extra mile! My 98 mustang GT convertible was backed into and I needed the door replaced. Being in Iowa there were no rust-free doors! The insurance company said, we're just going to have to repair the rust! My answer was no! I'll find one. My first call was here because I've purchased stuff from them when I was living in Vegas. They found me a white convertible door in mint condition without a door ding!!! Took three pallets and boxed it all up and sent it back here to the body shop. Granted freight was not cheap! but! I wasn't just working on any vehicle. My car is only been caught out in the rain once and has never seen snow!
When I first called out and told them of my situation. They said, it was not a problem at all and put my mind to ease!
