Worse junk yard ever. DONT BELIEVE REVIEWS & STARS. THEYLL ASK CUSTOMERS TO RATE 5STARS AND GIVE A POSTIVE RECIEW. It’s been about a month, and i’m still waiting on an Engine Assembly. I keep calling just to be told they working on it, until i showed up and wanted to see for myself. They keep giving the run around. Just to find out they messed up the whole order & it never left VEGAS. THE SALES AGENT DJ AGENT NEVER UPDATED ME OR CALLED OR TEXTED BACK. NO UPDATES, NO EMAILS, NO VOICEMAIL, NO CALL.

Shannon and Gabe are the best!! They are always so helpful when I come in to buy parts. I come so frequently I don’t go anywhere else. Thanks guys!!

Everything about this place is decent EXCEPT the shorter gentleman with glasses who mans the desk in the lobby entrance. He’s so rude, so condescending that he ruins and brings down the whole place, he should absolutely not be the first point of contact for customers. Today I arrived two minutes before 5pm. He already had the door locked and saw me when I knocked lightly -threw his hands up, even though he recognized me right away as this was my 5th trip to get the part that I needed.. It would’ve been only number 3 but the last two times I was there he put his hand up in my face and told me to sit and wait like I was his kid, and both of those times he had me waiting for 30 plus minutes by the time he felt like allowing me to speak to explain why I was there it was 5 he said nope can’t help you- closed. Tomorrow will be trip number 6, And my last time visiting this location as long as he’s employed at the front desk.

Although Shannon didn’t have the parts to my car, he was patient and kind to go over and beyond to get me the help that I needed!

I've purchased several transmissions with ,unexpectedly, low miles. No issues to report. Additionally, I have recommended B&R to friends who have obtained engines, transmissions and assorted small parts. All have great things to say about their experiences with B&R.

Ordered a 4.3L v6 from them. They seem very nice and give you options before they try to sell you something. Motor comes in a few days, will update when I get my engine. I feel pretty good about my purchase from them so far.

I had a nice experience, I ordered my part on Wednesday , available on Friday picked it up Saturday, it was a bit of a wait but good experience

I will never go back to this place. The phone orders and the actual place have no communication with each other. I ordered the rim on the phone and was sent a link to pay for it. When I called to check when the rim would arrive, I was told the next day. I got to the store the next day and no rim was available and the cashier was very rude. Thankfully I got my money back, but I will never return to a place where it is so hard to get good customer service.

We use B&R quite a bit and every experience I have with Jeremy is 5-star service. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Best parts man around!

If you are there in by 4:30pm, don't expect to be served because the workers in the yard will leave 4:55pm they turn off the fork lift and walk away in the last 10 min so don't bother going there, just consider the last 30 min is their preparation to leave.

Didn't end up selling my car, but I spoke to them about it. They said the best they could do was $50 because it was a crusher car. They recommended another place to me that was willing to give me a bit more. Great customer service, you can tell they're honest and actually care

The people at b&r go the extra mile! My 98 mustang GT convertible was backed into and I needed the door replaced. Being in Iowa there were no rust-free doors! The insurance company said, we're just going to have to repair the rust! My answer was no! I'll find one. My first call was here because I've purchased stuff from them when I was living in Vegas. They found me a white convertible door in mint condition without a door ding!!! Took three pallets and boxed it all up and sent it back here to the body shop. Granted freight was not cheap! but! I wasn't just working on any vehicle. My car is only been caught out in the rain once and has never seen snow! When I first called out and told them of my situation. They said, it was not a problem at all and put my mind to ease!

Only place in town that had the rim I was looking for. Nice staff and fast /knowledgeable on parts. Pretty big selection as the cars I usually get parts for (2011 chrysler 200 convertible and 99 bmw 323ci convertible e36) are very hard to find parts at pic a part and dis dat

B&r worse than before No cash refund they close on saturdays Sometimes the managers are not there to give you your refund. Damaged parts without warranty Out of state orders take almost 1 week

Had what I wanted low cost and have extra warranty such l which is a great deal

Need a part go here, they have access to almost whatever you need. Just call give them year, make and model some patience for them to find the part and in 72 hours you will have your part as requested. 5 stars 🌟 in my book.

Great helpers, quality parts, very reasonable. B & R allowed me to change out a motor and rebuild it for the price it would cost to replace a timing chain & a valve adjustment to a Honda Odyssey van. 575 for the motor out the door 🤣

The lady at the front office was great. They seem to have everything that I was looking for however because it's not open to the public I wasn't able to see what I was buying exactly

I have no clue have they have a 4 star rating, but don’t believe the ratings. They are great when trying to get your money, very attentive. Go above and beyond for you but once it comes to getting your part it’s whole different story. Here’s my experience. Bought a Wrx transmission Nov. 16. Was told it would be available Nov. 23 at the Las Vegas location. Call Wednesday in the afternoon, have my calls transferred to different locations out of state. No one can help. Until a man named Barry in the Oregon location is able to get information about my transmission. It was still in the Henderson location here in Nevada. I ended up not being able to pick it up that Wednesday. Next day is thanksgiving so they’re closed. Now today being Friday, Nov 25th. Call first thing in the morning, no one from Nevada locations pick up, same issue I’m getting transferred to different location outside of the state. Finally, I’m tired of no one being able to help so I go to the Las Vegas location which was the location I was told it would be delivered to earlier that Wednesday at the end of the day. So I come into the location and no one can find anything about my transmission. I’m waiting around for 30 mins just to be told that it’s still in the Henderson location. Mind you I’m a busy person, I work 7 days a week and I had to take a day off just to deal with this nonsense. It’s crazy to me how willing they are to sell parts but have no clue to where those parts are when they’re here. It’s upsetting and annoying, I very rarely write views but I just needed everyone to see how they do business. If you have all the free time in the world to wait on parts and them being unprofessional. By all means go with them but if you need it at a timely manner. Go somewhere else.

B&R IS A PLACE OF SERVICE I RECOMEND TO EVERYONE, I BOUGHT A TRANSMISSION FROM THEM AND MITCH WAS THE GUY WHO SOLD ME THE TRANMISSION AND THEY GAVE ME 90 DAYS WARRANTY WHEN MY TRANS WENT WRONG THEY WERE REALLY GOOD ON THEIR WORD OF WARRANTY I CALLED MITCH AND RIGHT AWAY HE GOT ME ANOTHER ONE WITHING A FEW DAYS THANKS ALOT MITCH "THANKS B&R"

I don’t really know any junkyards in Vegas like that so my buddy recommends me to go to any B&R they have in Vegas so I go to this one. At first I’m a little skeptical because it’s a whole new place to me but it turned out to be a really professional environment with amazing saleswoman/man they took very good care of me which I’m big on, they also showed me exactly where to find my part which was a big help cause I honestly would’ve never found it myself. I’ll definitely be coming back here again for sure I already know the next part I’m coming to get!
