I am writing to express my concern about the way I was treated when I requested assistance in Spanish. I was surprised by the response I received, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
A customer should not be treated poorly simply for asking for help in their preferred language. Good customer service should be provided respectfully to everyone, regardless of the language they speak.
I believe that offering proper service means making customers feel supported and respected, and language should not be a reason for negative treatment.
I hope this situation can be addressed so that future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Looked high and low until I found these guys! The second I walked in it was extremely welcoming, and growing up around mechanics and private shops you don't find friendliness like that often. No questions asked Brad and the guys did what they needed to do and had it finished by the time I got off of work! Anytime I need anything else like this done I'm coming here.
I've known Brad back when he was at Reed Nelms and you want find a better man to do business with are have machine shop work done he's super knowledgeable about what he's doing and very reasonable on price
They are always friendly and helpful. We sublet through them and recommend them. They seem to be very knowledgeable. It is a local company, and not a large corporation.
2020 UPDATE
We are still using them three years later on a regular basis. They do great work with a good turn around. Definitely still recommend them!
I called around and read reviews I saw one negative review I’m a mechanic and knew they’ll keep their good reputation turning down hack work and building quality products even at risk of a bad review that should be removed. I had a good feeling about going to Brads machine shop they were very informative and got my parts done in a hurry and correctly then answered my questions and they wouldn’t take a tip and they said it was their job to help people great guys qualify work I highly recommend!
Needed my exhaust manifold flange resurfaced. Brad was able to handle it immediately and did an excellent job. Highly recommend. Awesome price as well. Will be going back for any other work I need done.
These guys helped me with measuring valve shims, they were very helpful and use some high grade tools. Guy I talked too was really knowledgeable and there prices are very fair! Highly recommend to anyone!
