The way they conduct business is not only deceiving but completly unprofessional. Do not recommend using this location for any kind of repairs , unless you have thousands of dollars to throw away on repairs that either cause additional problems and not being able to discuss anything with the technician only can speak with the advisor..which leaves you questioning if the repairs were even done correctly . Again do not use this location charging me 5k dollars for repairs which only created an issue now with the abs module that is not available for replacement.

I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. My salesman Ryan Kelley was patient with me and he explained all the features to me. I couldn't of had a better experience. I highly recommend him and your dealership. I will be telling all my family and friends to ask for Ryan Kelley.

I purchased a new Dodge Ram today and it was the best and easiest experience I've ever had buying a truck for my company. Davis Smith made the process easy from start to finish and delivered the truck to my office. I probably spent no more than an hour on paperwork and negotiation. I would highly recommend this dealership and plan to work with them on vehicle purchases in the future.

Clinton was amazing. He wasn’t pushy, or anything like the stereotypical “used car salesman”. He honest and genuine with my needs at the forefront of the transaction not his commission. We purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan and Clinton had his techs check the trucks fluid levels as requested before we took the truck home and that would have been difficult at any other dealership. Ms. Bonnie, was professional and quick with the finance process and didn’t push stuff we didn’t want. I will be going back to Hayes Dealership for my next vehicles for sure. If Clinton is there I will shop for cars there.

I drove 1.5 hours to get to this dealership, and it was worth it. Ryan and Shane are amazing people. Ryan went above and beyond to help me. This was the first of three dealerships that I stopped at on my hunt for a used vehicle, and the respect and friendliness that I was shown from Ryan and Shane is the exact reason that I ended up back at this dealership two days later and walked away with a brand new 2026 Ram 2500. I would feel comfortable sending my wife and her mother here without me to purchase a car, because I know they would be treated fairly and respectfully. I bought three vehicles from the Dodge dealer in the town that I live in, but when I went back to look for a truck this time, the dealership was under new ownership, and they acted as if I was not worth their time. The joke was on them. I had money and great credit. They also lost a lifetime customer, but Hayes of Gainesville gained a lifetime customer. I paint cars for a living so I asked Ryan if he could get me a few pictures and send them to me because we all know what we see on the internet is not always what you are getting. Lol Instead he pulled the truck out, rinsed it off and took some video showing me how it looked in the sun on one side and shade on the other. This was important because this particular red (Molten Red Pearl) has 2 different colored red pearls in it so the sun really pops when it hits it. Then he took a video of the inside explaining all the options that this truck came with. He even remembered the little details like what kind of phone I have (that is important for connecting to the audio system) and he remembered about the dual climate control, which most married couples appreciate I am sure. Lol That is the kind of pride, workmanship, and respect these people have for their customers. I also have to give a shout out to Bonnie in the financial department, as she made the paperwork end of it a breeze and she was fantastic to work with. I am proud to say I bought my truck from Hayes of Gainesville and I am a customer for life. I have told everyone I know about the experience I had. So thank you to all of the Hayes family

After a misunderstanding about some initial terms, we came to an agreement and the transaction was relatively smooth and satisfactory for both parties. My wife and I are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased and the staff that played a part in selling it was superb. The dealership is run well and is trustworthy in our opinion - a good group of people.

Brattney was a great salesperson. She took the time to ask the questions about what I was looking for, and the price I needed to pay. Very attentive to what I had to say, detail oriented, and worked hard to make sure I was happy and got the deal I needed. She was a true professional! Bonnie in finance and the sales manager Shane were great as well. I’d recommend her and Hayes CDJR all day and everyday to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The experience I had purchasing a new Ram truck from Alexis Jimenez at Hayes CDJR in Gainesville was the best experience ever in purchasing a car from a dealership. He played zero games, no sticking me in an office as two people try to juggle you into a higher price. They laid out the exact price of everything on the table, none of this " what do you want your payment to be ". The finance guy was just as amazing, great job at explaining everything. The entire dealership experience was a 10 out of 10. I'd like to say thanks to everyone involved.

I bought a used Jeep from Enrique at this location. Enrique was knowledgeable and professional from even before I arrived. I didn’t feel the usual sales pressure tactics that make car buying more stressful. All of the staff I engaged with were friendly and engaging.

I took my 2023 Dodge Charger Daytona to Hayes in Gainesville for some body repair on the right side of the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the work they did was absolutely incredible. I couldn't tell that there had ever been any problem. The work they did was to perfection!! Also, the receptionist, Lori, is one of the kindest people I have ever dealt with. She made it so easy for me to get my vehicle repaired, from getting a rental car, to helping me to make sure that my insurance claim was all in order. I am so appreciative of her help. Great experience with everything!!!

I had an excellent experience recently with Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM with a recent purchase of a new vehicle. I worked with Bowen. Righr away, he was very responsive when I began my inquiry and after outlining the parameters of my search and what I was looking to accomplish, I made the hour commute to visit. Bowen and the team were very transparent the whole way through and efficient. I am very happy with the service I received. I will return the next time I'm in the market.

I did find some issues I didn’t catch at the dealership which were resolved reasonably and quickly. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Honest Opinion: Not the greatest or most amazing dealer. I think they definitely need to work on improving how they handle recent issues that come up when you buy a car that has less than a week and already starts showing problems. Even if it’s a used car, I still believe the dealer should take some level of responsibility to ensure they are selling a vehicle in good condition. I personally feel that the immediate attention a client receives when reporting a problem is extremely important, and in my case, I did not receive the prompt attention my situation required. When I reported my problem, they didn’t call me a single time to check if the issue was fixed or to suggest bringing the car back to the dealership. It wasn’t until I insisted—after taking the car to three different places—that they finally told me to bring it in. That’s just not fair at all. It’s not good service, and it’s definitely not fair to the customer. I’m not trying to leave a bad review, but they know my experience was very frustrating. Although I appreciate the salesperson, Rich, for being kind and supporting, the dealership overall needs to improve the way they respond to these types of concerns and how they accommodate clients based on what they are truly looking for. It shouldn’t just be about making a sale—it's also about listening to the customer from the beginning. In the end, when something goes wrong, the dealership may lose less than 5%, but the customer loses their money, their peace of mind, and their sleep. Anyways, thank you for at least doing something about the issue I had with the first car I bought.

One of the fastest experiences I’ve had at a dealership. My car salesman Bowen was so knowledgeable and understood the exactly what me and my family needed and provided various options for us. We were so pleased with his excellent customer service and attentiveness to our needs. I didn’t ever feel pressured to close on our purchase and he made the transaction go so smoothly! I will recommend my friends and family to go see him every time I know of someone shopping for a new vehicle. We love our car!! Thank you Hayes and Bowen!

We brought our vehicle to this dealership for a specific issue and ended up paying nearly $3,000, only to have the original problem remain completely unresolved. Not only did the service department fail to address the reason we came in, but our vehicle was returned to us with new issues that were not present beforehand, including a damaged headlight that was fully functional when we dropped it off. This level of carelessness is unacceptable for any service center, let alone one representing a major dealership. Despite holding our car for three full days, the service team ultimately admitted that they never completed the full diagnostic, which was supposed to be the foundation of the entire repair process. The fact that they charged us thousands of dollars without even finishing the diagnostic reflects a serious lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect for customers’ time and money. On top of that, we were billed for “miscellaneous fees” that no one on the service team could explain. We had to insist that these unexplained charges be removed. This lack of transparency raises significant concerns about their billing practices and overall trustworthiness. Based on our experience, we strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to look elsewhere. Do not bring your vehicle to this service department under any circumstances. If the service team cannot be trusted with basic diagnostics, repairs, or honest billing, it is difficult to believe that the sales team operates with any greater level of integrity. For your own peace of mind, quality of service, and financial protection, we recommend purchasing your vehicle and obtaining all maintenance from a dealership or service center that demonstrates honesty, transparency, and competence—qualities this location has repeatedly failed to show. We will not be returning, and we encourage others to avoid this dealership entirely.

Love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! The Hayes Family dealership took great care of us. Our salesperson, Caleb was so very CHILL!! He made our purchase experience pleasant and most importantly informed. He made all the new vehicle technology a breeze. Thank you, CALEB! I loved my Chrysler 300 every mile for 9 years. But the New Jeep is a great choice for us from Hayes in Gainesville. Our association with Hayes Dealership dates back to the early 1990's. The purchase of this beautiful new Jeep Cherokee Limited is our 9th purchase. Our grown children have gone on to make Hayes their choice for their personal vehicles.

I recently brought my Jeep Gladiator into Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram after the dreaded rear differential lock light came on. Dropped it off Monday afternoon, it was diagnosed by Tuesday morning, and I had it back fully repaired by Wednesday morning. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. My service advisor, Josh, kept me updated the entire time and made sure I knew what was going on with the repair. The best part? The issue was covered under Jeep’s powertrain warranty. Quick turnaround, great communication, and no surprises. Overall a really solid experience. Thanks to Josh and the team for getting me back on the road so quickly!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Just traded in a 2017 Ram Big Horn for a NEW 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel! When we first walked in, we were greeted with a few very friendly gentlemen. We primarily worked with Steven Kinney and Chad Harrison; as well as Ruben Jimenez for the financing. Not to mention Dusty Hayes, who was wonderful! Everyone we spoke with was so friendly, not pushy whatsoever, and REALLY worked hard to make us extremely happy and to get us what WE wanted (for vehicle and for financing). This was a big deal for me because they really listened to what WE wanted in a vehicle and what #s WE were needing to be at. This is the best dealership of people I have ever worked with when buying/trading. I would highly suggest anyone to check this place out. They will do what they can to try to get you exactly what u are looking for, within reason... As long as u, as the buyer, also goes in with an open mind and being reasonable in what you would accept as well. Side note: our previous 2017 Ram Big Horn we traded in that we bought 7 years ago…. We had bought that from the HAYES dealership in Lawrenceville. And we had just about the same experience previously. These people have been amazing at both locations in about a 7 year span! We will 100% do any future business with the Hayes’ dealerships! LOVE OUR NEW TRUCK! 😍

We totaled my car and were upside down because of miles since I travel for work. But I still needed a comfortable and reliable car that I could afford. Tracy heard our story had cars picked out for me to drive when i arrived...she was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle and we found the PERFECT car!
