Bought a brand new Mustang from here on March 3. Salesman was wonderful-1000/10 recommend. Go see Sam for all your vehicle needs…. But the service department is garbage. Absolute garbage. They wouldn’t let me make an appointment for a transmission issue, blew off a seat belt malfunction like it was nothing important and now, my car has been there and HAS. NOT. MOVED. in seven days. They did give me a loaner—but that was like pulling teeth. I had to involve my salesman, and it wasn’t service who got the loaner it was definitely only because of my salesman I got to leave in a vehicle. I paid 46000 for my 40th birthday present and had to return it to Green Ford service for who knows how long. Every time I try to contact them, there’s an excuse— internet is down, computers are down, parts aren’t there yet. Not to mention, the service department folks are rude and very short with their customers. I know exactly how to get repeat business as I work at an automotive repair shop and they way they do things is absolutely unacceptable if they want to keep their customers coming back. Disgusted—that’s what I am.
I had an oil change at my appointment. It didn’t take long. The only thing I wish they would continue to do is change the oil sticker when you have an oil change. I always do my oil change by the mileage on the sticker.
1st time oil change, checked wiper blade on drivers side, checked tire pressure and repaired a tire and whatever is included in the 1st time free service. Everyone was nice and I'm pleased. Will be back, but hopefully only for oil change/service! Love my car!
Great service and communication. Problem was though upon first drive after service the transmission had the same problem as before. Had to bring lt back again.Warranty repair unh
The second time was the charm! Took my Maverick in for regular service (Oil change, Tire rotation, etc.) but needed to some Ford warranty work too. Service Department did a great on the regular service but not so much on the warranty work. When they found out I was not satisfied they contacted me arranged an appointment for me to drop my truck off and gave me a very nice loaner vehicle while they worked on my truck. After a software update my truck is running great. Thanks Mike, Mark everyone else there at Green Ford for getting my problem resolved.
I was not aware that Greene Ford Company offers drop off and delivery services. I tried to register from the website and surprisingly it works. The process is very simple with excellent service. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating.
Very unhelpful and condescending experience with their service guy. Told me my car’s issue was just standard operation, even with me providing proof, and wouldn’t even inspect it. Took it instead to Mall of GA Ford where they took me seriously, confirmed that it was a real and severe issue, and fixed it. Guess someone here does not want more business

Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Dropped the truck off at 8am and the work was completed and the truck delivered to my office before 11am. Wasn’t expecting it ready so soon. Very pleased.
I few months ago we purchased a Bronco Sport and David was our salesman and he was extremely pleasant to work with. The finance guy Jake was a pleasure to work with as well. The price was straight forward and there were no hidden fees. We were in and out with all paper worked signed in about 40 minutes. I highly recommend this dealer!
Needed service for a weak 12v battery in Mach e. Tested and replaced under warranty in prompt manner. Greene Ford provides great support for cars they sell.
Greene Ford Service Department was key in us getting the Maverick in a timely manner. We asked them to add three after sale options and they took care of the work once the parts came in. We live in Athens so Greene Ford lent us a car while Service did the work. The truck was returned to us clean and the options were completed in a professional manner.
Greene Ford took me in after multiple attempts with local dealers to get a brand new truck fixed. Local dealers were all advising a vehicle drop off for 1+ month before it could even be diagnosed! Greene Ford got me in, diagnosed, and fixed within 1 day. Highly recommend these folks!
This is my sixth vehicle that I have purchased at Green Ford. They are a very family oriented business and they take real good care of their customers on the sales floor and in the service center and I appreciate them being a true partner for someone who buys vehicles from them.
I needed to get my oil changed and a recall taken care of. I dropped my car off early this morning around 4:30 am. Later I got a call about my front brakes needed to be replaced. I told them to do it. Hour was ready in a hour. Great service. And my car is running smoothly. Thank you. Great work Greene Ford Service Department! See you next Service appointment.
Worst service department EVER!!! I scheduled a routine oil change and was supposed to have my front bumper replaced from when they damaged it during the freight of its arrival. Besides taking 6 months to finally get the bumper taken care of they failed to do my oil change I was originally scheduled for. I told them when I dropped it off I was here for an oil change and someone was supposed to change the bumper too, and every service guy looked at me like I was some problem because they had to work.
They’re always rude, never show any gratitude and obviously hate they’re jobs. From what I can tell they look like they hate their lives, so don’t waste your time dealing with people who are so miserable they have to try and ruin your day to make them feel a sense of satisfaction. I called up to Bufords Ford service department right after and they showed me respect, and were thankful for my business.
Greene Ford doesn’t want your business, they just want to sit they’re and play on the computer all day and be rude when you ask for help. So take the time and waste the gas to go to Akins Ford or Mall of Georgia Ford because at least they will treat you right.
I only gave them one star because I had to give a star to be able to give a review, I've been going here for three years now and the service has gotten worse and worse and worse. Took my truck in for an oil change they told me I needed rear brakes and the rotors turned. I was told quote of $250 when I went to pick my truck up my bill was over $400. He says yeah $250 and then I said $100 in labor, no he didn't. Needless to say I will never go back here again.
