Asia Auto is an absolutely fabulous automotive repair business. I have been using them for years. They are extremely honest in their evaluations and will not replace parts or perform services unless it is a necessity. Their shop is meticulously clean and their work is always excellent. Their rates are fair, and in my experience, below the dealership. The quality of their work is an accurate reflection of the high quality of who they are as people.
My neighbor recommended Asia Auto Repair and I’m so glad to have them for all my repairs .. they have fixed my daughters Mitsubishi,…granddaughters Toyota and my Rav 4 .. they always do a good job.. I have never had to take any of the work they’ve done on any of the vehicles that I’ve taken for repair and the prices are reasonable,. They check the vehicle out and give you call or text and give the cost of the repair before they start the repair

I took my car there so figure out why it was overheating. A pressure test was done and I had a blown head gasket, and my car was burning lots of oil. An engine rebuild was recommended and I went with it because the mechanics know what they’re doing! They were extremely professional with letting me know all the issues with my car before starting anything. They got the job done in less than 24 hours! (After they got the parts).
My car runs amazing now. Of course it was pricy but that comes with engine work..

It took them five days only to do the diagnostic on my Honda and even more ridiculous when you pay with debit or credit card they charge $20 extra, and to make it even worse, they did not give me warranty for that job that took them 8 days

They fixed up my 2003 Honda Accord and the price was definitely cheaper than anywhere else in the area. I had zero problems with them, they were nice explaining what each item does they were fixing, and they were done very quick.

I was given a price under 1000 then next day went to pick up car and had an extra few hundred added to it.
also claimed my warranty for a new motor just to pick apart the pieces needed from it.
I do not recommend very shady people. Prices change from guy to guy. They don't keep you up dated on your car. After a couple of days after the diagnosis more issues magically show up when my car was supposed to be ready.
We have been coming here for almost 4 years. They are very professional and so kind to us, always taking our cars in and fixing them quickly and constantly in communication with us on what is wrong and how much the service will cost.

Pre-purchase Inspection. They are extremely knowledgeable about potential issues with any asian car by year make and model. The thorough inspection included driving and putting up on the lift. They found a basic suspension issue and provided a service quote that I used to negotiate the purchase price. They were friendly and honest. I will trust them for future work.
Good Customer Service just over charging for Labor. Paid $603 for Brakes & $120 to clean A/C Air filter. Not sure whether that's a reasonable Price or not but it's too expensive. Cleaned my Whole Bank Account out Checking & Savings. I was flat Broke. Couldn't afford gas or food. In case someone wants to help me recover. My cashapp is $Ameneh1988
I've been taking my Honda's to them for as long as they've been open for business. After moving from Gainesville, they are 40 miles away but I still take my car to them for everything but tires and oil changes. They're honest with you about what your car needs and don't try to push unnecessary repairs. Twice over the years I have taken my car to a Honda dealership who gave me a laundry list of needed repairs, went to Asia Auto and found out only my original complaint needed to be addressed. Good work and typically 30-40% below the dealership price.
Like most auto shops, their business is built around ripping people off - it's their bread and butter. And they don't care if you're jobless in the middle of a pandemic. I've been ripped off twice by them.
I brought my MR2 to Asia auto for a clutch replacement and a one other minor thing. The clutch install was great, but one thing they messed up terribly and could’ve killed me 100%. The only reason I’m able to tell the story is because I do the minor work myself. To change the clutch, one has to drop the subframe. I have a lift at my house and was about to change my rear ball joints and I pulled my rear tires off and holy effff!!! The shop forgot to button back my rear strut bolts! When I say forgot, the bolts were so loose that I was able to unscrew all of them by hand! Not just one bolt either, 5 bolts! All 4 strut bolts and one rear outer tie rod bushing bolt... that is completely unacceptable! I’m very unhappy and very upset and it was by luck that I found that those bolts were loose. I drive the car hard in the mountains so I’m so lucky that I did a once over on the suspension. They’re supposed to be a professional shop but missed something very critical. So even tho they installed the clutch correctly, the negligence is unacceptable!
Absolutely flawless work. I'm 25 and this is the first review I've ever left, because this shop deserves it. Took my 94 Toyota Corolla in for a valve cover gasket change after someone else messed it up. Had oil running into my timing so when I took it for a valve cover gasket change, I get a call 2 hours later informing me what all needed to be done and I was given the quote. I told him to go ahead and do it. I can't express enough how incredibly fast and well done the work was. I dropped it off at 3 PM on Thursday and I was able to pick it up at 1pm the next day. They had unexpected problems like that, then had to order the parts, then had go get the car fixed. AND IT WAS STILL DONE IN 22 HOURS. I've worked at dealerships and let me tell you, I'm ONLY taking my car to Asia Auto. Besides changing my oil, I'm taking them my car. They genuinely care about their work and it shows. I highly recommend anyone who needs work done to take it to them. Oh yeah and lastly, they came in UNDER the quote they gave me. All in all, couldn't have had a better experience getting my car fixed.
I didn't even got service, I call 12-13-2018 around 2:30 pm, someone answer the phone. I ask how much will cost to replace the O rings of the power steering reservoir on a Acura MDX 2005. He proceeded to try to answer my question, after hr mumble a little here and there he told me that it will be around $180 to $200 , because the hoses are a DIFFICULT to take out. I went to the Japanese Auto Repair, same job warranty for a year $60.

These folks do a great job. They are honest and provide you with your best options or alternatives. They just don't replace to repair and they will rebuild or replace components if possible. You should visit this shop or make a call before you go to any Honda or Infiniti dealership and I believe they can service other makes as well. They are a full service shop from AC repair to Brakes they can do it.
We took my husbands 97 Honda Civic to this shop because it was over heating..they ran a pressure test and told us the head gasket was blown and it would cost $1053 to fix. So my husband told them not to worry about it, so we paid them the $105 for doing the test and he went and picked up his car and brought it home. He was outside looking around under the hood and squeezed the main radiator hose and heard something so with a little further investigation found a small cut in the heater hose. So he went to advance and bought a $12 hose and it hasn't over heated since. Pretty disappointing that Asia auto was going to charge $1053 for a head gasket and that wasn't even the problem, much rather pay $12 for the real issue. Definitely DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone
Don't recommend this place at all. They've had my father's 98 civic there for about 4 months now. They charged him almost 500.00 to "fix" an issue that was never fixed. Instead they left the car in worse shape. They removed the whole alarm system insisting that it was interfering with the car when it never has. They car is still currently at their shop they never call to give their customers and update or anything. My dad has not got a call not even once from them. Pretty bad customer service, an all around disappointing experience with this shop, DO NOT RECOMMEND
I asked some colleagues about a good local repair shop. Three Honda owners told me that this shop was the best. When I visited the shop, I observed that they had some expensive test equipment and large professional tool boxes. The shop floor was well organized and clean. The owners provided a customer waiting room with a wide screen TV and comfortable seats. I brought in my wife's car to change out the fully functional, but worn, timing belt to insure that the vehicle remained reliable. The vehicle had no symptoms of any malfunction, but had over 60,000 miles on the timing belt. The cost was about average for other independent repair shops, but this shop seemed to be more professional than some others. It appears to me that the owners of the shop are concerned about customer satisfaction.
