Made an appt. and was greeted at the door by a polite and knowledgeable staff member. Was told the plan. When diagnosis made, given est. time to completion which was pretty accurate. Young, very polite mechanic assisted me and my rolator to the car. I was off. If getting a car serviced is ever a pleasant experience, this was it.
Top notch service. Tires came in ahead of schedule and they were able to get me in many days sooner than anticipated. Had a bay waiting for me. It was pretty much concierge tire service for a better price than anywhere else gave. I won't go anywhere else in the future.

They have great employees here for a busy place! I just had a screw imbedded in the tire but they did it by removing, using a patch and balancing - all for free! Even for a luxury vehicle when the dealer wasn’t going to do it.
They were so accommodating to get the tire fixed in about 30 mins without an appointment in the middle of the day! The shop team was efficient too. Kudos to their great team!

Take most of our company vehicles here for tires and they seem to always on top of their game. Always approach to vehicle professional, check you in, etc. None of the front guys has ever been rude or pressing. Their customer waiting seats are hella comfortable. Good stuff.

I have been going to this Discount Tire location on Shallowford Rd in Gainesville GA for about 10 years. They just continue to be more professional every year. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. I live in Cresswind.
I Bought 2 new tires there 7 years ago and one of the tires had a slow leak and would go down to 20psi in a week. I recently bot 2 new tires there and after a day or two low tire pressure alert showed up. I checked all 4 tires and they were at 32 psi. so I think they messed up one or more of the tire sensors. Otherwise they are ok. and especially Efren the associate who helped me.
Yesterday we picked up a bolt in our tire and went to Discount Tire for repair. Unfortunately, the location of the puncture was located on a portion of the tire that cannot be repaired and would require replacement. Isidro H. was not able to get the replacement tire until today. As our GLC came from the factory with run flat tires, there was no spare. Isidro was kind enough to have a like size tire installed so we could drive home and return for the replacement tire. Our overall experience with Direct Tire was excellent, as usual and this is why we continue to do business with this Direct Tire store. Thanks guys!
I’ve been a customer of Discount Tire for maybe 20 years now. I’ve taken my vehicles to many of their locations in the region. This company is consistently good all around. Many times they have gone above and beyond for me.

Thank you so much discount tire for always being great, we made the horrible mistake of going to Hayes Chrysler Dodge in Alto, Ga and thank god for discount tire. We had an ungodly horrible experience at Hayes, super unprofessional and just the overall incompetence of the mechanics in the service department was enough for us, we said time to go to discount tire (which the dude actually made a negative comment towards them which shows how horrible Hayes service is). Discount tire took us in immediately, we explained the situation and how horrible we had been treated, and discount tire took care us just like family. You have for life customers, thank you guys so much!

Ramon and the Discount Tire team went above and beyond for this high-maintenance customer.
About four months ago, I could only afford to buy two new Michelin Pilot All-Season tires for the front wheels. Today, I returned to replace the rear tires and get a rotation. My scheduled appointment took less than 45 minutes, and I was back on the highway heading home in no time.
However, I quickly realized something was wrong—my car was driving really rough at speeds over 50 mph. Turns out, my rear wheels were so bent that when they rotated those tires to the front, it affected the ride quality.
I called them immediately and returned to the shop. Without hesitation, they did me a huge favor: they switched the tires back and rebalanced all four wheels. What a difference! The ride is now tolerable—at least until I can repair or replace those bent wheels.
Even more impressive, this isn’t the first time they’ve gone out of their way for me. That’s why I continue to drive 30 minutes to this location instead of going to one closer to home.

Stephen and his team were great. I came in this morning needing a tire replaced and they got me in and out within 30 minutes. He explained what options were available and didn’t make me feel pressured to get more than I needed. Will definitely be back for all my tire needs.
Best tire place around! They were so so much cheaper for a new good tire than anyone around. Really nice customer oriented sales/ rep team. They were honest and service was fast. I normally do not write reviews but such a good experience I definitely feel they deserve credit.
The staff are very professional and friendly. I trust Discount Tire for quality products, competitive prices, and professional service. I actually had made an appointment for the next day through their website, and they called and asked if today would work for me, so, I was able to get my new tires a day earlier, which actually worked better for my schedule. They got me in and out in a very short time.
They use to be good but now not so. I’ve got bad sloppy work twice in the same month from the same tech! Grease on wheels, car, interior. Bad balance. Valve cover caps not screwed on tight, touch them & they fell off. Poor work quality.

Best tire shop around! The guys here are always fantastic! Ramon is helpful for sure and so are the rest of the guys, they’re busy sometimes for sure but that means they’re doing something right! They installed my new motegi racing wheels! Love them!!
Great service, support and friendly staff. I looked around to find a certain set of rims and tires for my Jeep and the staff at Discount Tire was able to order the exact items in and have them installed in less than a week. My new go to place for rim and tires.
Excellent service here. It was obviously busy, they had cars in every bay and the crew and staff there had such a hustle on. The clerical staff were very prompt to deal with customers and polite about it too. While they were dealing with customers in front of me and I was waiting to be seen I was greeted and acknowledged. Then when I was being dealt with, the gentleman, Nate, was extremely proficient, professional and polite. Wasn’t trying to push any sale or deal on me, was helpful and honest whenever I asked questions and had plenty of genuine banter with substance whilst we completed our transaction. Car was taken in and done in probably about a half hour. Superb 👍🏻 Oh yeah and their prices and offers are on par 👌🏻
