I got a cam package from them a few years back and she ran great for 3 years never needed any work. They did a good job with the engine and even tuned it. Only went down cause I ain’t change the oil enough. They’d be my go to for work in Gainesville. They’ve done it plenty of times they don’t miss.

This shop is a rip off they have had my truck for 11months still no no motor they don't respond to text or phone calls and when they do it's just another lie I don't recommend using them Luis tells you that he will work with you then won't I got a quote to rebuild my motor for 5000 then he told me it would be cheaper to replace them told me it would be 10000 how is that cheaper he took2700 from me and a 1000 from my bank and kept my motor and the one I paid for about to sue him for my money back I think his shop is a front for something else

Louis and his awesome team are honest and hardworking guys. I bought my son a car, and unfortunately the motor blew a few miles off the lot. Louis heard the desperation in my voice and helped with replacing the motor at an incredible price. And the motor had a warranty which has come in handy already. I highly recommend victory auto to anyone in the area. Thanks Louis and crew for all your help and for being so kind.

Victory Automotive is deserving of every 5 star review that can be found concerning them. If you're looking for a quality and honest mechanic look no further. None of these positive reviews are written out of flattery by no means, they are written by genuine people with genuinely great experiences with this shop and its employees. Every time I have needed anything, even if it were just to ask a simple question, Pal and Louis both have been eager to answer with honesty and confidence. They are extremely fair priced and they do GREAT work. They treat you like friends and family right off the bat and maintain that standard of relationship. I would say dont waste your time with any other shop, these guys will get it done and some.

I had the check engine and my oil light on. Pal was SO helpful. They did a smoke test and found the leak. I'll definitely be going back to these guys. I feel like I found an honest shop that will do me right! They stayed in touch by text and I'm a very happy customer.

Took my 2011 mini cooper for a new alternator. The quote matched the final bill and I dropped my car off the night before it was ready the next afternoon. This is one of the best automotive repair experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend the shop they are very communicative and up front!

I took my Dodge Avenger here in March 2022 and to this day have never felt more ripped off by a mechanic. My car was overheating and I needed to get back to Utah. $1400 later, and I'm grateful my car made it back, but the problem was a radiator cap all along. This shop charged me to fix one thing after another and misdiagnosed, costing me a ton of money. When I dropped the car off, the shop was closed the next day on a business day. The guy said he was sick. Can you imagine dropping your car off while your out state with an emergency, and then the next day, they won't respond to your call or answer the phone, and the shop is closed? That is really terrible customer service. I know it's been awhile but I wanted to leave this here in case anyone breaks down and calls this shop, they will 100% rip you off, like they did me, if you're not local. Also, make sure you take cash with you or there's a ridiculous card fee.

I can't say enough about how amazing Louis and Victory Automotive Service is. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable mechanic who has always provided me with prompt and excellent service. He stands behind his work and many times goes beyond what is typically expected. I have recommended him to my whole family and to anyone in need of a highly capable and honest mechanic.

Needed exhaust for my 81 El camino and glad I got the right guys to do it. The whole process was great. The product looks and sounds great. The people here are smart and good at what they do, very nice people. Glad I got my business handled with them.

The guys at Victory may be the some of the last of the true Gearheads! They take care of all our family cars and are as capable and concerned with general maintenance as they are with making all my custom jeep dreams come true. They always get us back on the road quickly, have excellent communication and good pricing. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else!

I found Victory Automotive from their highly rated reviews right here on Google and their service was far above what I could’ve expected! As soon as I pulled up, (though hard to find who really runs the place at first)..the techs there immediately stopped what they were doing to tend to me- ask me what my issues were, call the boss, and had my car being checked within 15mins of me walking in. They started working on my car immediately. I was quoted, showed price point for every service charge and part. Louis even immediately made some calls to get me my replacement part $200 cheaper. My car was repaired by the end of following day. The total repair price was out of my budget at the time, as I was switching jobs- and Louis allowed me to make a deposit and pay the remaining amount once I had it the following weeks later. I got to take my car home fixed and without emptied pockets. I cannot recommend them more. They are my entire family’s new repair shop. Thank you again, Victory.

I'm from out of town and wanted a pro to look over a used car prior to purchase. Devin was great - worked me into the schedule, and the service seemed to be legit. Plus they've got a ton of restorations going on so that's pretty cool to check out and the shop dog Taco is right on. Thanks Victory!

Louis and his team know what they are doing. I was quoted 2x more for the work on my truck from Southern Off-road, but Louis took care of the lift kit, wheels and bumpers the first go round. I was so impressed I decided to bring all my vehicles to Victory. I have never been disappointed, he always goes up and beyond for his customers. Thanks guys!

This is a one of a kind find. Automotive repair is always such a hassle. I personally find it difficult to trust anyone with my vehicles. That's why when I started having exhaust issues, I imagined a long, drawn out process where I would be out of lots of money. I googled exhaust repair and this company came up. I read the reviews and showed up to the address. Now, I'm going to be absolutely honest, the business had a lot of cars in different stages of repair, the entrance was a little difficult to maneuver, and the front desk was a little difficult to find. Nonetheless, I ventured forth to find someone to help. I was greeted by the actual exhaust guy, luckily. He was able to help diagnose my current problem and make appropriate recommendations on how to correct the issue. Before I walked off the premises, I made an appointment for the following day. The technician worked on the vehicle the following day as promised. The results were so astounding, I gave the dude a hug. Later, I got to meet the whole crew; the owner was especially kind and knowledgeable. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with an automotive repair company. I got the job done correctly and I got it done at a fair price. If these guys treat everyone the way they treated me, they'll have to buy a bigger property to accommodate all the business they'll be receiving. I will most assuredly see them again for any car issues I have in the future.

I first want to thank Louis and the ENTIRE crew at Victory Automotive. These guys are nothing less than awesome. I don't like people working on my vehicles (period). I was recently hospitalized and couldn't do the things I wasnted to do to my car, so I searched for the best and found the BEST. Victory Automotive treats their clients like family and they get the job done in a timely fashion. Louis told me my car would be ready on "said" day and I got it back a day before that... It was like an early Christmas present. If anyone needs anything done on your vehicle, I highly recommend dropping it off at Victory Automotive. These are the sweetest people I’ve had work on my vehicle. I came in with a P0420 code and they replaced my CAT for a reasonable price and did such a great job. They saved such a headache and I’m so impressed with their kindness and honest hard work. If you’re thinking about taking your car here..... DO IT!!!

Louis was referred to us when we had a issue with our 2006 expedition that has over 160k miles. originally took it to 2 ford dealers when it started misfiring extremely bad. Both places told me that we needed to replace the engine due to the cam tower being bad and not getting oil pressure to the top of the motor of course at the tune of almost 9k dollars. Went by and talked to these guys about what it was doing and they did not think that was the issue, had the vehicle towed over to there shop and after them going through the car found that when ford had replaced one of the coil packs back in the summer they had let one of the wires get pinched under a bolt causing it to rub the insulation off and short. this was back in early march that it was fixed and has ran great ever since. Louis and his team are what we don't have anymore true automotive service technicians that actually dig into finding the cause of the problem not just replace parts that a book tells based on a computer. Since my daughter has had her car serviced here, and they have serviced my ram 1500 plus I have referred them to my friends and even to the roofing company that came out to my house a couple of weeks ago.

My 67 camaro was at another shop that had it for over 2 years before they even touched it. Louis took over the project and basically had to redo half of what the other shop did. They were able to correct all of the issues such as engine and transmission install, power steering , suspension, etc. They are very knowledgeable and have some awesome techs on staff. They can fix your daily driver or your high performance street machine like mine. They have 3 more of My old school hot rods and I have confidence they will be done correctly. Do not hesitate to call Louis and deal with an honest shop with fair pricing!

I am a regular customer of Victory and Louis, with three older cars and NEVER had to negotiate with the shop. Louis has always been straight shooter, he tells me what's wrong with my car, part price, and labor, and gives me 10% off for being a valued customer. He is a very knowledgeable mechanic himself and he has this guy Josh, who seems to know everything about any issue with any car. Louis has a great crew working with him. I have witnessed them take in jobs within minutes of closing, and they don't leave until it is done (it was 9p.m.). The hardest part is to get a hold of him via phone call and have to make time to go to the shop, which is not such a big deal. If that's the only real complaint, then I guess everything else about the shop is at a great standard.

Louis and his team are fantastic. They genuinely care about their clients. I went in there and my car wouldn’t start, and he had to get to the bottom of it. Come to find out the solution was relatively simple, and he got me back on the road in a jiffy. Thank you for outstanding, honest work!

I found this shop on Google and was impressed with the reviews. I'm not from this area. It was a bit hard to find, but I'm glad I did. Seth took one look at my 94 Toyota pickup (love my truck) and he new instantly that the noise was coming from a cracked weld between the manifold and the pipe which leads to the muffler. He showed me the problem and gave me a fair price for the weld which he did as I waited. My truck is back to being quiet as a mouse. It was a small job, no doubt, but thanks for finding the problem right away and not trying to sell me a whole new system. I may need that in the future and I'll come back if I'm passing this way.

I was looking for a reliable exhaust shop in the Gainesville Georgia area and looked on Google. High Road came up with very positive reviews. I can tell you guys this place knows how to take care of your exhaust needs. Worked on my Chevy Camaro doing a cat and muffler delete and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Heard about this shop from a friend at work so I decided to give them a go. I have been a customer for about three months or so and am very happy with my service. The prices are unbeatable and they have been able to take me at the last minute with no problems. As a habit, I always check after my mechanic to make sure things are put back together correctly and for any errors and they have done a very good job. ***UPDATE*** 5-18-2018 Luis called me the day before I picked up my car for a price of $150. I go there first thing in the morning the next day and tries to charge me $190 not once, but twice. If I had not checked the screen to confirm my price for my card he would have gotten away with it. Also the crew left my back seat window down and it has been raining heavily for the past few days. My carpet has a puddle and smells of intoxicating mold considering I trusted them to take care of my baby for a few days. I'm not going back but will send them a car cleaning bill.

Metro Muffler has been a trusted Hall County business for 40 years and counting. As a female especially, it's really refreshing to come across a trustworthy and honest shop dealing with vehicle/muffler repairs. Other shops in town thought they could take me for double what the repair should actually cost, bollocks. Ask for Seth - and Larry is great company while the repair takes place!
