Alex is amazing; she had my Michelin
tires ready to be put on as soon as I walked in the door. I found out that there are different “low to high” grade of all tire brands including Michelin. The price was competitive and the service was excellent. Also, had oil changed and really liked the inspection being shared with me. I highly recommend L.A. Automotive for all your automotive service needs.
Great experience here, family owned and work with their customers. went in for an oil change and ended up also needing a tire patch because I ran over a nail on the way. Highly recommended great service and great pricing.
As a district facilities engineer covering a territory comprised of 3 states, I heavily relied on the efficiency of my truck. After 80,000 miles the transmission failed ,and LA automotive did an excellent job rebuilding it. When I replaced my truck at 589,000 miles the transmission was still in great shape. L.A. has worked on all of my vehicles for years and has always done an exceptional job. My new truck has turned over 100,000 miles and LA is currently doing my oil change and regular maintenance inspection with their new digital inspection system. I highly recommend them for all of your auto service needs.
L.A. Automotive Inc. is the place to go for all your car troubles. They are honest, kind and very reasonably priced. They were quick with my inspection for a possible transmission leak and explained to me the problem and cost in simple terms. They reassured me that it would be taken care of if I decided to do so but did not pressure me into anything. Inspection was also reasonably affordable. 10/10 would recommend!
Great Place! Took my vehicle because my lights started to flicker at night. They heard my concern and got me a diagnostic. After I approved the repairs the got them done that same day! Every one is so amiable. Highly recommend!

LC and his guys did a great job with my car. The online inspection report was phenomenal and I got to see in great detail what his team checked and what they found with photos and all. He did all the maintenance I asked for, within the timeline I asked, and he charged me significantly less than I expected. He certainly did not try to push unnecessary maintenance like I've experienced elsewhere. Service was exceptional. I will be back!
Worked with me and me figuring out my insurance with a lot of patience. Fixed it as fast as they could, could have been a bit better with letting me know how long everything would take, but they didn't know everything wrong with my car at first.
All the staff were really nice.
I came here to get my brakes done and I ended up with such an amazing service. I thought it was just my brakes but L.C Teasley and his team explained to me that I needed to replace my rear rotors and they gave me an excellent price to fix it. They fixed it quickly and effectively and even checked out the lights that were on my dashboard that I haven’t paid attention to and noticed I was a few quarts low on my oil and hooked me up. I love it here and I will definitely be coming back for all my car maintenance from now on.
Took my car to be checked out the receptionist said it'll be110-150 to put it on the machine. Called her and she said it had not been put on the machine yet but once it was she'll call me and let me know what's going on. That didn't happen, she called me back and said your car is fixed. You need to get a proper battery for your car and that he had taped something up. I paid 200.00 this was at 12pm and at 2pm it was doing the same thing. Took it back he said some codes came up today that didn't come up yesterday and that no one had told him about them, mind you this is the owner. He refused to fix it nor give my money back because he said he fixed what I said was wrong with it.

Expects (you) tell them what exactly is wrong with the car and they are the so called mechanics.
Will allegedly work on your car without even talking it over with you first. Then over charge you for absolutely nothing. Your car will still be broken even worse than when you brought it in. Then they will refuse to refund you!
All of the staff including the owner are very disrespectful.
One of the mechanics even used profanity at me & threatened me.
I couldn't believe it.
Owner L C is extremely petty puts his personal emotions above business.
You can not reason with him at all he absolutely does not understand business.
Please do not ever take your car here.

The BEST Automotive center in Georgia. I live in Atlanta and L.A. Automotive is the only place I trust with my vehicles. The team is kind, courteous, very accomidating, and PROMPT! Service is always excellent and all my vehicles are running impeccably!
Give you a quote did not complete work and doubled price. Was told I would receive a call back in 30 minutes had to call them the next day. Transmission work is yet to be seen on the result. Not happy could have made decent money have 3 vehicles that could have been serviced here.
Came in with a cracked exhaust pipe and sensor issues. LC was shorthanded but got me in right away and took care of the work himself. I was good to go in no time. My exhaust sounds awesome. Excellent work!
I could not be happier with the service I got with LC and the guys at L.A. Automotive! I had a couple of issues with my 2000 Chevy Impala that other repair shops had either failed to solve, or had wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix. I was considering buying another vehicle. But LC took care of both problems for a price I couldn't turn down, and I had my car back the same day! The Impala is running and driving like new, and the AC is ice cold! I hope I don't have any other problems with my car, but if I do, I'm absolutely going back to L.A. Automotive! Thank God for you guys!
Absolutely wonderful. I was traveling through and my car needed work ASAP (it was also the 4th of July week). Not only are they super reliable and honest but made sure I'd have my car back before the weekend! So grateful!
Took my 99 ram 1500 4x4 to La Automotive and they went above and beyond for it. It shifts like a new truck. LC the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll meet and he’s honest with you. He doesn’t do guess work. He knows what he’s doing. I’d recommend him to anyone. This is one of the best auto shops around and his prices are hard to beat. He’ll take care of you and have your car back to you in a timely manner. Like I said he exceeded my expectations.
Have gone here for years now and have never went anywhere else. LC is a great, caring, and understanding guy who only wants to put out the best work. Always gives reasonable prices and is not the salesman type. Love these guys and highly recommend them
Very friendly place. The drive is just past Williams which google takes you to . Had an oil change and transmission service highly recommend. This is like your hole in the wall restaurant it's off the beaten path but well worth the trip!
The Owner ('LC') is very knowledgeable of many many types of vehicles, and I have been very satisfied with the service, pricing and quality of work provided by LA Automotive over the years. I trust him 100%.

I have had several jobs completed by the team and each one has been done expertly and at a price that did not break the bank. LA Automotive has worked on complex issues with my Mercedes, CL 500, BMW 325I and Honda Civic and also given on the spot advice even when I did come in for service. The owner and his team is honest and understanding of good people economic conditions. You should try them and you will love them.
