I was in a pinch with my Silverado unexpectedly needing work before going out of town. I took the truck to another dealership who let it sit all day in their parking lot and never got it into the shop. However, they did not communicate that they would not be able to work on the truck. That was a lost day in a very tight window of time. I called the Hardy Chevy dealership in Gainesville (GA), explained my situation and they were extremely helpful. They worked me in & got the work done just in the nick of time. Kerry, Chase, and the technician were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great company to deal with. I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years. The service department is more than competent to handle any job professionally..Only suggestion I would suggest would be is to have service advisors return voice-mail.

I spoke with James in sales, and unfortunately it was one of the worst sales experiences I’ve ever had. His attitude was very unpleasant, and instead of assisting a serious buyer, he pushed me away. This type of interaction reflects poorly on Hardy Chevrolet, and it’s not the level of service I expected when ready to make a purchase.

Rambo at Hardy Chevrolet was amazing! He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Rambo took the time to answer all of our questions, never pressured us, and truly went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our new vehicle. I was searching for a GMC Terrain, specific color combo, with leather seats, and fwd (hard to find). The only one I was able to find, however, with leather, lower mileage and a decent start listing price, was at Hardy. I called and was transferred to Rey, who answered all my initial questions and was and is wonderful to work with. Not only was he quick to respond to text/email, he went above and beyond to send me close up pictures of small scratches and a small indention on the front (that you can't even see unless you know it's there) on the used vehicle. Going off trust by their website and the info Rey provided, taking a chance with no deposit and the vehicle being sold, I wanted to make a deal before actually viewing the vehicle to make sure our numbers aligned. Rey was able to get me a steal of a deal including the trade in on my very preloved high mileage Terrain. (I still love you Mulan 😆.) There were no bogus or hidden fees. Upon inspection of the vehicle, my trust paid off. A couple of things that weren't listed online (and Rey wouldn't have known) was the passanger back seat pocket had been ripped out on one side, but we can easily fix that, no problem, especially for the deal I received and the spare tire and jack were missing, and yet again, Rey (and his guys) went above and beyond to get us the set. I recommend requesting Rey for any new or used car you want to purchase. He is currently on the look out for a specific truck that my daddy is looking for. I don't want to leave out his sidekick Jody in finance. For reasons of things in young past and trying to improve my credit, I knew financing would be difficult, but Jody and Rey were willing to see what they could do. We just decided to pay in full, so I can't speak for all of the finance side of it. Jody took the extra time to see if I was able to transfer my specialized tag to my new car and he was able to do so. He explained what every paper I signed was and what is was used for. I'm not sure the gentleman's name who helped set up the free trail on-star, but if Rey sees this, he can let him know he was great too, and the car detail guy. My car looks and smells amazing! If I ever had to purchase another car and Hardy had what I was looking for (although, Maleficent, my new Terrain, is going to last forever) I would only use Rey for purchasing a vehicle. (Also, not Hardy related, but if you need insurance to drive off the lot and don't know who to use, GM has insurance now and they saved me a heck of a lot of money with the same full coverage I had on my other car.) Y'all stay safe, blessed, and have the happiest of holiday's coming up!

I recently contacted your dealership to schedule recall repairs for my truck, and unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any dealership service department. After receiving notice that my truck had three recalls, I called to schedule an appointment. The first woman I spoke with did not provide her name and informed me that I would have to leave my truck for three days. I was surprised, as that has never been my experience at other dealerships. I asked whether a rental or loaner vehicle could be provided, and she said this dealership does not offer that. When I mentioned that other dealerships often provide rentals even for something as simple as an oil change, she simply repeated her question about whether I wanted to schedule an appointment. I told her I’d need to call back since I rely on my truck for work. Later that day, I called again. A man answered without introducing himself, saying, “Thanks for calling. How can I help you?” When I asked for his name, he refused several times before finally saying his name was Rambo. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and he claimed he was the supervisor — which turned out to be untrue. While I was explaining my situation, he suddenly transferred me to Katie, who was the only person that was professional and helpful. Thanks to her, I was finally able to schedule my appointment. However, when I arrived to pick up my truck, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. After this entire experience, I can honestly say I will not be returning to this dealership for any future service, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Astounded how this dealership operates. My family purchased 3 NEW vehicles at the same exact time here at Hardy just one year earlier. The salesman at the time told me there was ZERO discounts he could apply when purchasing three vehicles even though that’s a pretty large purchase BUT he did say if we were to get a 4th he could work with me on something. The audacity… We were involved in a crash (that wasn’t our fault) just a few months ago and that new vehicle was totaled out. It was my mothers vehicle. Now we are in search of a new vehicle (same make and model) and we have been seeing what our options were. My mother, who is the sweetest person in the world went up there to get some quotes and they threw her the most absurd prices and “deals” that prompted me to even write this review. Not to get into finance but TWO other dealerships offered a final price approximately $6k cheaper and actually tried to help us. This dealership was looking to make a buck off of a loyal family that entrusted them for our big purchase last year and thought we could trust them just one year later on a cheap vehicle, the cheapest on the market really. Nope. I was unfortunately busy during her interaction as I usually look over anything for her because I’m very well aware that salesman (sharks) try to take advantage of her whenever they can. It makes me sick that just one year ago we purchased 3 vehicles new off their lot and to not go above and beyond for us just one year later ON THAT 4TH VEHICLE is disgusting. This is how lifetime customers are lost. Do yourself a HUGE favor and take your money elsewhere because as soon as you walk through those doors at Hardy, all they see is a dollar sign, not a friendly customer. There are plenty of other local dealerships that will provide you with better options and not try and take advantage of your 61 year old mother so they can line their pockets.

I'm writing to express my appreciation for the recent service on my truck. I brought it in for issues with jerking during gear changes and with the Auto Stop feature. My service advisor, Chase, was outstanding—honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The price was fair and the repair was completed in a timely manner. I also want to give special recognition to the technician, Steve, who did a great job ensuring the issues were fully resolved. Thank you for the reliable service.

Sometimes the buying experience is just too easy!! Last month, I decided to buy a new truck. My brother in law bought orla at another dealership but we couldn’t get any good response from him (despite having bought vehicles from him before) I texted Josh Nicholson on a Monday around 9, told him what I wanted, and I was test driving my 2 Josh made this the smoothest purchase ever!

The Service Dept and Jerry Roberts are top notch! I was on a weekend getaway with my toddler in tow when my car became disabled. After a tow to Hardy Chevrolet, they diagnosed and replaced the defective part in under 2 hours! Unheard of on a Friday afternoon as well. Professional, courteous and reliable service! Jordan Prado was the contact at Hardy Chevrolet who took the time to read my email inquiry and within 15 minutes of my sending the questions he wrote back with answers. I realize that his quick response most likely happened as he was not occupied at that moment with a client at the time, but the important point, to me, was he responded. Shortly after that, we were talking on the phone (I called him), and the solution to find the right car for me began to take shape. I was going to buy a Blazer EV RS RWD with red and black/dark gray interior and adrenalinere paint with the tow hitch package. After a couple of quick conversations, we had something on paper, and I provided a deposit to confirm I was serious about completing a transaction. Fortunately for all parties involved, I knew exactly what i wanted making it much easier for the Hardy Chevrolet team to focus their work on getting that product in hand. After a bit of time trying to "dealer trade" for an existing unit in Chevrolet's system, that proved fruitless so they put together a factory order (which doesn't happen quickly, just so you know; that is not in the dealer's control). The special order got accepted and confirmed after about 2 1/2 weeks; (manufacturing logistics commonly is the factor of delay in that part of the process). Roughly about 8 weeks later, the finished car was delivered to Hardy Chevrolet's lot from the factory. Hardy's team completed their inspection of the car, removed all the packing coverage materials, and confirmed all the systems and software was up to date. This car does exactly what I purchased it to do and we all know purchasing a car is stressful. Jordan, along with the Hardy Chevrolet team working behind him made this process as smooth as possible (we all know all high cost purchases are stressful but when the dealership communicates with the client, the process is much smoother). I can only speak regarding my experience but I suspect this was yet another of many well managed transactions in the portfolio of services from the Hardy Chevrolet operation. I would hope that my story will help others trying to acquire reliable transportation from a well established and proven business find their solution with Jordan and the Hardy Chevrolet crew.

Excellent experience! Called Erik Leija on a truck they had advertised online. He verified availability and was able to provide a “sight-unseen” estimate on my trade. Made the 2-hour drive to Gainesville and he had the truck out of cleanup, gassed up, and ready! While I had my own financing lined up with USAA before I arrived, Erik was able to get me a better rate with GM. They gave me the advertised internet price, a better rate, Veteran Rebate through GM ($500), Veteran Discounted Doc Fee (-$425), and had us back on the road within an hour or so of arriving. Honestly, one of the best car-buying experiences of my life. He also arranged to have the assist step bars delivered to Hardy in Dallas (closer to me) and they are installing them this coming week! GREAT JOB, ERIK AND CREW!!!

The customer service here is incredible! We were car shopping and interested in a specific vehicle. It was the best experience we had from a dealership and we visited multiple. They were upfront about the pricing, sent videos of the interior and exterior of the truck we were interested in all before we even went to see it. They don’t tell you a price to get you in the door and have all of these hidden extras that aren’t advertised like other companies. And that was like a breath of fresh air. We ultimately ended up going a different direction with what we wanted in a vehicle but really appreciated the transparency from everyone there. I will refer people to them and likely go in the future if we end up back in the market for another vehicle.

I gotten into an auto wreck while back where dear hit the left side of my truck.He had some hell damage along with a few other minor things that all needed to be addressed. I use my state farm stuff and chose this dealership to fix this truck. Take a while.Guess if how many times they've had this truck and it's supposedly been repainted.I don't think so not correctly 2 times now they want me to take it somewhere else for rework. It's already cost.The Body Shop manager his job.Do the right thing before this runch your whole business. I offer me really?What the truck is worth from my private reseller?Not no trade in value.I've got too much money.Tied up in this truck to just give it away.

This dealership is the most honest and helpful one I have ever been to by far!!! I had the pleasure of doing business with them a few times, and they never disappointed! Big thanks to Clay, Marie, and Mitch in sales for being amazing people!!!! These three folks are by far top-notch employees who really work with you on your specific needs while going above and beyond to make you happy with your purchase. Guys, really , give them some praise and appreciation because, as a customer, I see they are outstanding team players who really give the dealership a good look!!!! Awesome work guys! Took a little time but the work was flawless. No more issues with truck and alleviated all my mechanical.concerns. I previously went to Hayes in Oakwood on two occasions for body work. While they return your vehicle promptly, the first time they left fog light covers cracked, check engine light on because my AGS was damaged and they said it had nothing to do with accident when it was directly caused by the accident(cost $900 for me to fix at another dealership) and when I put gas in my vehicle I have to hold the trigger at pump because it wouldn't self pump on its.owm when you set the trigger lock. My tailgate wouldn't lock and my back up camera only worked sporadically. This was when my vehicle was less than a year old so I know the condition they returned it wasn't right. The second time they did shabby paint job on the body work and I could see bubbling. Hardy is far superior in quality of work and accountability. They will receive all my business and recommendations from now on

Happy, thrilled, pleased beyond words....well, almost...because I had to compose these words to represent my TOTAL satisfaction with Hardy getting me into a 2023 Corvette Stingray coupe 2LT. When contemplating such a significant purchase (a 70th birthday present to myself) I had inquired at about 10 dealerships. Every one of them - OTHER THAN HARDY - was adding the dreaded "market adjustment" (a/k/a markup) ranging from $5000 to $20,000 over MSRP. I was lucky to be given the name of Tony Crane, who was/is as courteous, focused, professional and knowledgeable of a salesman as you will ever find. Hyperbole? Maybe so but earned. From first meeting (Feb 2022) Tony guided me through the process of building and ordering. Then he had to put up with me bugging him due to my adolescent impatience. Tony always said, "contact me as much as you want...that's my job." Long story short I was informed that my Corvette was custom built on April 3, 2023. The vehicle was delivered to Hardy on April 14. Everything was in order - specific options confirmed, hassle-free buying process...and Tony and his team (major kudos to Mark, Larry and all) took the time to familiarize me with this rocket ship on four wheels. Yes, the process took more than a year, but if anything was worth waiting for it was my Corvette. And all of this was made possible with the absolute professionalism, courtesy - and a lot of patience - shown by all at Hardy, I enthusiastically recommend Hardy unconditionally.

I received an "instant cash offer" while checking the Kelley Blue Book value of my 2014 Ford Focus Sedan. The offer was $7,335. I was accurate about the cars attributes and it's condition. Within a few minutes I received a call from Hardy Chevrolet. They wanted me to bring the car in for an appraisal and I did. The used car rep circled the car looking for a flaw or scratch. He found one scratch and made a point of it. I said it is a used car with 80,000 miles. He asked for the key to test drive it. Upon returning he asked"what is that hesitation starting off and I said there is no hesitation since I have been driving it. He said he could only offer me $5,000. It made me angry that he manufactured a mechanical problem that did not exist. I declined the offer and left.
