I had a great experience with this tow truck company. He is honestly the best — showed up quickly, was very professional, and his pricing was very affordable compared to others I called. He treated my car like it was his own and made sure everything was handled carefully and safely. It’s hard to find people who actually care about your vehicle, but he definitely does. My truck went down on the way home from work and I immediately searched up towing around me and Orlando’s Towing was the first that popped up , called him up told him the situation I was in and where I was located and he asked to send address to drop off to get a quote and he is very reasonable with his pricing ! He also communicated with me how far he was as well so that’s very appreciated.
Orlando was awesome! He was quick to reply and to get to me. I called a lot of towing places and he was the only one to respond with decent prices and was very respectful. Orlando was prompt, polite, and much less expensive than i had been quoted earlier in the day by the guy that never showed up. I wasn’t able to follow him to the drop off point but i gave him the address and he was kind enough to send pictures (via text) of the car in front of the shop and where he left the key upon off loading. I hope i never have to call again but i have his number saved in my contacts because I will 100% recommend Orlando’s Towing!
Had a vehicle to be towed same day roughly 40 miles with a mid-evening pick-up time (7:00). Called and spoke with Orlando himself and scheduled at mid-morning. Great phone etiquette and easily accommodating. Explained my situation and vehicle as picked up and delivered in a very timely manner. His rates are extremely reasonable compared to other services I had previously quoted. Vehicle was delivered with no damage and he was very professional throughout the entire process.
