I'm new to biking and hate getting ripped off, so I've had to go to several shops to find one that didn't try to rip me off because I don't say the right thing. Eric hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for at the best price I'd found, answered all my questions, and was seriously hilarious. Great experience

I simply requested an out the door price via email (an option clearly offered on their website) and instead received a rude email, because I didn’t provide my phone number to discuss pricing over the phone. It was such an inconvenience for them to simply type me (a potential customer) up a price via email and go from there. To be honest, it probably took the employee longer to type the rude response I received. For reference, I work in a noisy environment- which is shocking for some people apparently- and talking on the phone was not an option at the time. Sounds like a great way to treat a potential customer in a customer service industry. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Makes me wonder how many potential serious buyers this particular employee has cost the company. Please be advised- Do not attempt to utilize the email option on their website. Apparently, it is an inconvenience and hits a nerve with the sales associates.

Wether you drve by or pull in the exterior front lot is filled with popular 4 wheeled offroad vehicles. The motorcycles are dislayed in the inside showroom plus there is a parts & repair dept too. Good selection of cruisers to sport bikes with a few retro designs to catch your eye. Very friendly staff to assist you. Several major brands to choose from! Relaxed atmosphere viewing with full service capability.

THANK GOD WE HAVE A TRUE OPTION FOR POWERSPORTS INSTEAD OF THE CHAIN STORES WITH A BUNCH OF NPC’s SCATTERED AROUND A BUILDING. The only thing Mountain Motorsports is good at is scribbling with Sharpies on price tags and lining up twenty of the EXACT SAME UNIT outside to look like they’re somebody 🤣 I swear I’ll follow Niles (most chill sales dude ever) to whatever store recruits him, but I’m so thankful he landed at Gainesville Motorsports! I was just dropping my street bike off in service with KC and two minutes in he had me all squared away with my RO and then we started talking dirt bikes. KC would have been a stellar salesman but the fact that he was in Service and had NOTHING to gain (from me making a purchase) except knowing he was able to impart cool dirt surfer knowledge nuggets on a fellow rider. Once I saw Niles’ familiar, friendly face on the showroom floor after he was who helped me navigate the 🤮 chain store , I KNEW the universe had come full circle! I don’t think I stopped laughing or smiling through the entire process. And by “process,” I mean the five minutes it took to decide my CC’s + the two seconds it took to tell me the price difference + the ten minutes it took for me to ask my million questions then we simply sat down at his desk and after five mins max (the time it took me to scribble a credit app) he had me in Tylers office handling the financials. KC brings the vibes, Niles brings the fun and Tyler brings…well, he’s in finance so he’s boring (respectfully of course 😂) BUT he has cool scar stories; ask him about the one on his face before you hear the one about his hand. Be sure to make the rounds while you’re there because you’ll love everyone! Even had a little Maltese puppy princess in a tutu barring her eyes at everyone for pets. This dealership is tried and true and family to the core. There’s not a chain store in the world that can put Gainesville Motorsports out! Quality over quantity ALL day!

Stopped in this location earlier today to purchase some riding gear and it was like nobody was working… people were there but not a single person was interested in helping make a sale. If you are in need of a bike or gear I highly suggest you go somewhere else where they actually want to help you and make a sale.

Called to speak with a Saleman about a Bike. Made an offer of what I could afford and even told the guy no worries if he cant make it happen. He was extremely rude and told me I gave him an unreasonable offer. Its one thing to not accept my offer its another thing to be offensive and get mad at my offer. Then proceed to hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional.. Got the price I was looking for down the road a bit. Guess it wasn't such a crazy offer after all..

We stopped by today because our Jetski wouldn't start and were helped immediately by KC and Joey. We left and within 30 mins we got a call saying we could pick up our Jetski because it was done. It was spark plugs which was a blessing still shocked we were done in under an hour with a same day appointment. Can't recommend them enough and they have a new loyal customer.

I initially had a poor interaction with one of the sales reps that left me with a bad impression. However, management saw my initial review and called me in less than 24 hours. Anthony was very apologetic and didn’t make any excuses. He definitely went above and beyond to make things right with me. I’d definitely give this place a call if you’re looking for a place that wants to take care of its customers.

Had to replace a set of tire, won't talk about the sticker shock of that but will safe I was very impressed with the service department. I put about 2k miles a month on my bone so glad to of found somewhere close that is also reliable.

Eric McKenna was such a kind gentle man to me, I was very nervous about completing the deal, he assured me it was gonna be great, we talked about how Big the number seemed at first, but his soothing voice made me comfortable with all he was offering me, I told him let's do it, and he slid the deal right in there, after he turned me over to Tyler and he was finished so quickly with me I didn't even sweat, then as Eric rode my big green monster all they way to my truck and even helped with the load I knew it was meant to be.

We came here today March 6, 2025.,. We were looking at the four wheeler/can-am/ outside for about 30 minutes. None of those four wheelers or can-am have price tag. It sucks…. Instead, we search for mountain motorsports … In mountain motorsports, they all their four wheelers ATVs dirt bikes, you name it everything has price tag.,.. in here by my new 2025

One of the best buying experience I’ve had in times where dealers are marking up even the valve caps on vehicles. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. From the finance, salesman to the accessories dept. and the front desk person. All paperwork was ready and I was out in less than an hour. I flew in from Miami and all tag, transfer and registration was done flawlessly. I cannot stressed how different the buying experience was compare to all local motorcycle shops in South Florida A+++

I bought a 2009 bmw 328i from Erica and Tony at GMS of Gainesville. They were very helpful and made the car buying experience so easy and convenient. I purchased my first motorcycle here about two weeks ago and looking back at the process I went through it's really hard for me to find any complaints. All of the staff are very kind & helpful and many of them not only work there but are also motorsports enthusiasts themselves. This brings a nice atmosphere to Gainesville Motorsports and it didn't feel like just another cold, soulless dealership to me. Two employees that really shined were Brian from parts & Mark from the sales team, although I truly had a positive experience with everyone. Between answering all my questions, showing me how to safely operate my new motorcycle and being honest with me about pricing, it's a very easy place to recommend. Thank you for making me a happy new motorcycle owner without any regrets 🙂

Mark Bellows and Ted Cobb treated us like GOLD!!! My son and I had a hard time finding a 2022 yz125! Then we came across Gainesville Motorsports on Cycletrader. We spoke with Mark and he said they just got one in stock, told him that we would be making a 14hr trip from NY to pick up the bike. He assured us that it would be ready. When we got there, the bike was all gassed up and ready to go. Ted treated us like family also. Thru in some merch, to represent the store! We're pumped and ready to race, thanks to Gainesville Motorsports and Ted C and Mark B. Awesome job guys!

I took my cruiser in to replace both tires and they found I needed new rear brakes as well. They took care of me with no problem. Total professionalism from everyone I encountered in the service department. I assume they saw my retired military license plates and they thanked me for my service, I really appreciated that. Top notch operation and I'll make sure everyone from the American Legion Riders uses them whenever the opportunity arises. Keep up the great work, you have a customer for life and I will refer you to anyone that asks about motorcycle needs.

I was looking for a cash deal on a used trail bike and stumbled upon the Yamaha Wr250F online. Decided to call and check in on it and spoke with Cody about it over the phone. I live 1.5 hours away and wanted to make sure the bike would be available. So I decided to make the drive that day to come and look at it. Upon arrival and being greeted by everyone, I began looking over the bike and I noticed the carb was leaking a bit and front forks needed new seals. Other than that, the bike was excellent. They took it into the shop that day and fixed the seals and took care of the carb as well, no questions asked and free of charge! I never once felt pressured to buy and was even offered that I could come back to look at it once it was out of shop to decide if I still wanted it. Cody kept me informed the entire way through the process and was very upfront about everything. He had all the paperwork basically done upon arrival, and he even offered to deliver it! Long story short, I decided to buy that day and would come back to pick up once it was ready. I am very happy with my purchase and do not understand the negative reviews reflected on this dealership... It is a business after all, not a charity. And people take things way too personal now and turn into keyboard warriors if they don’t get their way... You have earned a valued customer after this purchase and I will be back once I’m in the market again. Thank you again to Cody, and the entire team at Gainesville for your service.

A real shop (not one of the chain stores) with great people. I called saying I was working on a deal at one of the chain stores but they did not have the bike there best price was more that the limit by credit union would do. Jon asked what the prices needed to be and he came back 13.47 more. No time wasted no BS. Did it all via the phone. The next day I picked up my new bike for the price the other dealer said was impossible and was impressed buy the service I got. Less than 5 minutes in the box to finish the paper work and I was off after a detailed review of the bike.
