I needed a cradle for a Dodge place to order and was told that it will be delivered the next morning. As the morning pass I called Jon who had the worst customer service ever could not tell me where the cradle was and I had to keep calling him and he never called back. Call back to speak to somebody else and ask for the manager which I left a phone call from Marty and he never called back. Long story short I never received my cradle that was on Friday today is Wednesday nobody has reached out to me so that shows me how much they care about future customers. I guess Thank you for this experience so I will not waste my time in the future. What a waste of time

Ordered Parts on Wednesday which were supposed to be delivered by Friday morning. Did not receive the parts on Friday so I called to check on where the driver was. I was told I'd get a call back, which never happened. Monday comes, still no parts so I called again. I was told the parts would arrive by 1pm. By 3pm still no parts. We called again and were told they have no way of contacting their drivers. Its now Tuesday, we've been calling all day and still have not received our parts or any answers as to where they are. I will NEVER order from this company again and do not recommend anyone else do so either. I've never heard of a business not being able to contact their delivery drivers. Absolutely terrible experience! Sales Rep name was John.

Awful experience. I ordered part on the phone and was assured they were in good condition without defects and proceeded to drive 4 hours round trip to pick them up. Turns out one of the air intakes needed for my Infinity had broken tabs preventing the box from sealing and the other was the wrong intake entirely from another car, which was ALSO broken with a large hole in the box. They would not send a refund unless I drive the broken parts back to the warehouse in another 4 hour round trip venture and said I could get a refund if I took pics of their broken parts next to my current broken parts...which I can't do because the car is now at the Infinity dealer waiting on new factory parts from Japan, which is going to take 3 weeks. In short I got ripped off for $250 and 4 hours of drive time.

I work for a mechanic shop in Augusta, GA and anytime we search for used parts, I always call Justin P. at Fenix (probably drive him nuts ). Although he lives in NC, there isn’t anyone else I would rather call. Justin takes the time to search every area he can to ensure availability or even tries to broker in parts for us. He’s always so pleasant and knowledgeable, regardless of the frustration I know I have at times.
I would highly recommend Justin to anyone who calls looking for parts!

Been ordering parts for over 2 years and Justin helps me find the right parts everytime, if anything goes wrong he gets it fixed ASAP! He would make sure I get a great deal better than anyone, thanks Justin!! This guy deserves it! Would definitely recommend!

3 different times i tried to order parts and had canceled or wrong part or damaged
Don't waste time with fenix they are connected all locations. At car-part website they claim to have like 10 of the same part and I ordered and a week later they claim it's damaged and then say sorry we don't have anymore. Update your stock and hire some normal techs to remove parts without damage.

Was happy they had what I was looking for. But to have a sale's person lie on you caues they made a mistake. I never refused a part that i was having a hard time finding. Waited for2 days for 2 parts. And only got one. Must do better to complete orders.

I am the reconditioning manager for a used car dealership in Georgia and can honestly say working with Fenix parts, in particular Tyler Baugh, is always painless and efficient. Tyler is always available to take my call and answer my questions. Parts are delivered in a timely fashion and the drivers are always friendly. If there is ever an issue with a part or if we have to file a warranty claim Tyler is on top of making sure the process goes smoothly and gets the replacement to us fast. Fantastic experience! Highly recommended, will absolutely use again! Very honest and understanding staff willing to work with you to make sure you get what you need. Eder was above and beyond helpful, that guy deserves a raise. I was able to get a transmission WITH torque converter PLUS a solid no BS 3 year warranty for around the same price as most places online... right here locally! So yeah, I'm a damn satisfied customer.

I had a great experience, with Fenix! I was referred to them by a Repair Shop in Atlanta (Woods Collision) and they did not disappoint! I worked with a female staff member and she was awesome! She located the exact Door that I needed, to replace my damaged one. I will definitely be doing business with Fenix again soon.

I've been ordering from Fenix for years and they only get better over time. Best product range, best prices, best service. I recently ordered doors for Ford Fusion and they even managed to find the ones my colour, so I saved on painting.

Needed to get an alternator for my vehicle. Called CTV and spoke with a very nice lady named Sue. She was able to find me the part in matter of minutes, and had it pulled from their yard, and shipped to me in Texas within a couple of days. Great service! Highly recommend!
