Lanier Collison has went above and beyond my expectations! They were honest, kind, efficient and very fair. They repaired my trunk and my driver side door bc it was jammed, and my outside door handles and inside door handle and did an AMAZING job! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE for car repairs! And I will absolutely keep coming back for my car needs bc they are trustworthy and got the job done! This shop does great work at an honest price. The insurance company wanted me to total my 2015 car rather than get the repairs but Lanier collision came in under the insurance company's estimates and with a little negotiation with the insurance company I got my car fixed like new and the whole process was way easier than I ever thought it would be. These are good people to do business with. Honesty and quality. I 100% recommend.

Not only do they perform amazing work on the vehicles in their care, they also go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and peace of mind. I had my first car crash which ruined my headlight, side panel, and bumper. This place was recommended by a family friend, and I will certainly be passing along the recs! Germán was friendly, knowledgeable, and open about their methods, timetables, how to deal with the insurance company, and good with dealing with my anxiety over my first crash. I got my car back on the day he said it would be finished, and it looked like the crash had never even happened! The only tell is tht the new headlight is clearer. Otherwise, the paint and panels are spot on. If I or anyone else I know needs car repairs I will definitely be referring them here! The before and after photos speak for themselves. From the first time I called Lanier Collision to make an appointment, the person that answered was friendly and welcoming. I felt the same way when I entered their office. Greeted by Celeste and Germán who are the owners. So down to earth , kind, friendly and professional. My car damage required body work and was covered by insurance. They were familiar with the insurance company and explained the process of the repair and time schedule to me. They handled everything and even contacted the car rental company. The estimated work schedule for the repair work went exactly as they said and I was kept updated by emails. I felt like I was dealing with long-time friends. Great feeling, great job and thank you for everything!

I bought a project car a couple of years ago and finally completed everything but a paint job. I received a few estimates but nothing felt right until I took my car to Lanier Collision. German, Manuel, and the rest of his staff, were super friendly and incredibly helpful. German showed me some of their work so I would get a realistic expectation of the results. I was not disappointed. The quality of work is exceptional. Their work stations are also clean and organized... I'm still impressed. I picked up my car yesterday and it was in the time frame they told me and it looks like it's off the showroom floor. From the first meeting till the completion of my Tahoe German and his staff were the best. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, great work and great price. My Tahoe looks like a brand new vehicle after they repaired all the dents and repainted the entire vehicle. The paint is an exact match to the original. I am so happy that I am bringing in my company truck for a repaint as well.

Where do I even start?! My husband came across Lanier Collision Center in a Google search, and I am SO thankful he did! My son was gifted my dad's 1986 Chevy Silverado, and the body was in need of drastic repairs. We dropped it off and had an estimate within days. LCC was not the first place we got an estimate from, but LCC was by far the most reasonable. Even before we had the estimate, we knew we wanted German to restore the truck. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. German kept us updated through every step, letting us know the progress on the truck. I can't express how blown away we were when we saw it for the first time after it was restored. It looked like it was brand new! I will let the pics speak for themselves, but we are so pleased and know that German and his team did a better job than anyone else could have. I can't recommend LCC enough, and whenever we need work done on one of our vehicles, we will take it to LCC. Honest, reliable, great prices, and they take care of your vehicle like it's their own. Freak accident on I-75 north with an unsecured oven caused some heavy damage to my car. I am fanatical about my car and German was the same way! I had an excellent experience at Lanier Collision Center! The insurance that handled the claim (the other vehicle) were being jerks and German stayed on top of the situation until everything was resolved. Excellent Experience. This was the first repair I've had in 30 years and German made it go smoothly. I felt comfortable from the time he did the estimate, to his working with the insurance company, and then doing the repairs. It was a very quick repair. Highly Recommend. We had excellent customer service from this dealership. They were very helpful and went out of they're way to make us very happy. They installed a beautiful hard top, bumpers and headlights on our jeep wrangler and they look awesome. We highly recommend them. Couldn't be happier!
