Took 22 f250 to be serviced for multiple misfires. Changed wires & plugs, picked up vehicle drove 5 min check engine light flashing again. Took back next morning, it set on lot 3 days. I finally called asked about truck and was told it was ready. I Went picked up and was told they could not recreate problem. Paper stated tech drove 3 times. I was never asked how the problem occurred, if I had any info on it. I Was told to drive it for a week, if light stayed on to bring back. Nobody wanted to fix the problem just change parts and charge customer. 3 days later ford corporate calls about notifications on app connected to truck and asks if I have serviced the truck. I tell her about my experience here. She says oh no! Asked to set up appt at different dealer. 2 weeks truck set at that dealer but the whole time they reached out. Asked me questions about the problem, I sent them videos of the problem. Now my truck is good as new and it was not this dealer that fixed it. Also my extended warranty covered the fix. I should’ve never paid out of pocket to fix this issue. I would really like a refund. But we all know how that’ll go.

I have bought maybe eight brand new vehicles over the past 40 years. My experience at Greene was by far the most agreeable. And I LOVE my new F-150! Having already done the research, I got a reasonable price right off the bat with no haggling. They patiently provided all the help I needed with my custom factory order. Every person I dealt with was affable and knowledgeable without being pushy. That certainly wasn’t the case with the other places I visited while shopping for my new truck. Why can’t all dealerships be as pleasant as Greene? Ask for Fernanda.

My experience at Greene Ford was absolutely outstanding...especially compared to my experience at Mall of Georgia Ford. Sam made the entire process feel elite, professional, and completely effortless from start to finish. Communication was clear, transparent, and respectful, and there was never any pressure or confusion throughout the deal. Everything was handled efficiently, and I truly felt valued as a customer. After dealing with unnecessary complications elsewhere, working with Sam and the team at Greene Ford was a refreshing reminder of how a car-buying experience should be done. Highly recommend Greene Ford if you want professionalism, honesty, and a smooth transaction.

I applied through Ford Credit and was directed to Green Ford. Green Ford's salesperson contacted me and refused to properly identify. Sales person attempted to bring me in by low-balling price of the car and that's the last unit on the lot. Then aggressively demanded my personal information while quoting $49,000 for a 2026 Mach-E Rally. When I requested the VIN to verify the vehicle, they provided a number that did not correspond to that of 2026 Mach-E Rally. Very unprofessional and deceptive." I hope the management see this post. ----------------____________---------------- I changed my rating because the owner, Michael Green, called. Apologized for sales reps action and been accommodating! Small Business is well and thriving on good old Georgia with Southern Hospitality! Thanks for your service.

Sam was the best. He wasn’t pushy or hovering but yet helpful and interested in getting my business. Travis made the finance paperwork a breeze and painless. Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the Green experience.

Service for a warranty item on F150 was poor. No calls to let me know status or when completed. When called to inquire, didn't have answers. When picked up truck, I had some questions about notes on repair form was told "dont worry about it this are technicians notes". In the times I had to bring my truck in to finally get it fixed, no one ever said, "can. we help you?" Very rude like I was imposing upon them. I will never but from Greene Ford just because of their service dept.

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 from Ford Motor Company for about $35,000. Within the first month, the vehicle began having mechanical issues, and I’ve already had to bring it in for service multiple times. When I tried to exchange the vehicle due to the ongoing problems, I was told the current equity value had dropped to around $25,000, meaning I would have to absorb a large financial loss or take on a much higher loan just to switch vehicles. I’m disappointed because I expected more support and a fair resolution, especially given how soon the issues began after purchase which haven’t even been addressed Instead of working toward a reasonable exchange or customer satisfaction solution, I felt like the burden was placed entirely on me. I hope the dealership takes situations like this seriously and works with customers when vehicles develop problems shortly after purchase.

Check in process was awkward, definitely felt as if I was inconveniencing the desk agents for dropping my car off. My car was completed same day, so I’m sure the technicians did a good job.

Fernanda was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I had driven 3 hrs so was relieved to see the car was just as pictured and described. Fast processing through the financing end and super happy with the car.

During a previous repair($8000+) In 2023 where they repaired my transmission, they disconnected my aftermarket rearview camera. I was unable to bring it back due to extensive travel I do for work. I recently brought it in for some repairs and asked for it to be reconnected. I was told no problem. They called me to tell me my truck was ready and didn’t mention that they weren’t able to connect it. When I picked it up, they didn’t mention that it wasn’t reconnected because it was aftermarket. They were able to remove it, but I guess they weren’t able to put it back

I don't think staff was to friendly and i had to walk all the way in the back to pick up my car after service instead of staffs bringing my car to me. Meanwhile most of them was on their station doing nothing. I asked the guy, did he find anything else wrong with the car, je said no meanwhile my engine light is on. I will never go back there. I usually bring my car to nissan instead due to great customer service.

Had some service done and the Service manager was very professional and treated me like I was his only customer that day. Couldn’t be more pleased. And the work was excellent. The only thing I would say about the area is. The service waiting area was fine but to use the restroom required going for a short walk outside to another building, no problem however, I noticed that outside area between the buildings was very trashed and not what I would want a customer to see. Not very hard to keep that small area up. Thanks, Dan Benson

No nonsense interaction with service manager. However, after the initial fix, I was told I could pick up the car. I paid on a Friday and picked it up on a Saturday. Service was close. I drove the truck off the lot and then it sputtered and quit on me in the middle of a major roadway. I was able to limp it to a dealership across from them. I called them and they diagnosed another problem that they should have caught initially. Finally fixed now, but I received no apology for them not thoroughly test driving the truck after the first fix.

Great experience! I entered information on the website, got a call within 15 minutes, and scheduled an appointment for a test drive. Sales rep Michael was really awesome! He is very knowledgeable and personable. Owner came to say thank you. Easiest sale and quick. I said “this is my price I can afford” and the deal was done. A good feeling when I can get what I can afford and they can make a profit. Win win! Lastly, it was all quick and easy. Only 1.5hrs and would have been quicker but we were there on a holiday so very acceptable they were a tad short staffed. Would buy again from them again!

What a pleasant experience! vehicle pickup at home, right on time as scheduled, pay over the phone, delivery back in the carport!!! no waiting in a service room, or finding a driver to take one there then bring back...the service people were professional and i got a call when they were on the way both ways. i will certainly take advantage of their great service from now on!

I called to set an appointment up, informed the guy at the desk what kind of vehicle I drive and asked how much would the oil change be. He said $90-$100. I was having to bring in my truck for recalls anyway so no big deal. I pick my truck up that afternoon and have a $256 bill for my oil change. I’m confused and ask the guy what the heck. Turns out when I told the guy on the phone what I drove he ignored it and just threw a price out of thin air. He then made sure to inform me that I drive a raptor r as if I accidentally purchased it for 25k more than a regular raptor. Definitely disappointed in the lack of attention given when setting up a time to come in.

Had a great experience purchasing a new truck at Greene Ford. After calling around many dealers in Florida, Georgia and Alabama with a specifically optioned truck in mind, my search ended with Greene Ford. Unlike many of the other dealers who were playing games with my trade in pricing, dealer fees and the price on the new truck salesman Lorena quoted me quickly and very transparently. The price was right and I drove my trade in 700 miles to their dealership and we made the deal happen. Travis got me in and out of the finance office in a speedy manner which I appreciate greatly and was very professional through the process. I would repeat the sales experience with them, some may say it was risky to drive across state lines to make a deal where some other dealerships may try to flip the tables on you once you're but this wasn't the case. Thank you again to Lorena and Travis for a great car buying experience. Very happy with my new truck!

Fantastic Experience with David at Greene Ford! My son called about a used Ford Explorer and David answered all his questions and concerns about the vehicle before we made the long drive to see it. He was knowledgeable about the car, the service records, and we felt was being honest in his opinions on its reliability (for a 10-year old vehicle!). He treated my young adult son with respect and we were able to test drive and wrap up the deal quickly. Purchasing from a family owned business whose reputation means everything makes a difference! Just picked up our '25 Bronco. We were out of state buyers, Adam was awesome to deal with. Excellent communication, was never more than a few minutes to respond to any questions I had. Put the whole deal together over the phone and texts. When we arrived everything was exactly as stated, no issues at all, took about 30min (most of that time was BS'n) at the dealership to sign everything and be on our way. I have taken my Transit 350 in for service on multiple occasions, but every single time the driver door, hood and interior cabin moldings were smudged with oil spots and finger prints. This last time was the worse by far. I would really appreciate it, if the shop would be more attentive with customers property.
