I wasn't kept updated by my service adviser, Kerry. I had to reach out to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Also, I was not advised upfront that there would be a fee for diagnostics (per item) even if something was not fixed. This is very poor customer service.
Pulled right in, and was seen to immediately. Waited in waiting area for about 40 minutes. Nice waiting area, tv to watch, water if needed. My specialist Katie also pulled my car close for a shorter walk to help with my disability. Also found out that an oil change specific for my car is only a couple of bucks higher than Wal-Mart.
Well considering the service tech- Got oil on my floor Mats and Sterling Wheel- it wasn’t a good experience. And apparently they no longer put the paper cover on your floor mat- if they are supposed to they didn’t.
But I would like to give a shout out the to service writer ( Kerry) for cleaning up the tech mess - After he asked him to and the guy just smiled and walked away.
I’m not sure the guy that changed my oil is GM certified or not- but if he was or should be in my opinion.
This complete department has gone down hill ( figure of speech.
The dealer the guy that sold me the truck forgot to service my truck he told me he took care of everything 2 weeks after driving it my oil light came on but when I took it back they took care of everything so if you buy from them just to make sure you let him know that you're looking and you want your service they only human and that's all care about is their commission that's a car dealer
My Chevrolet Silverado 1500 work truck had a check engine light on and couldn’t pass emissions in Gwinnett county. Turns out to be electrical issues with the TCM. Hardy Chevrolet diagnosed the issue, replaced and program a new TCM for me and had the truck running again. Thank you Hardy Chevrolet.
They have been servicing my GMC Sierra dually since they can do bigger trucks, am happy with the service, attention and how quick they schedule the service, also they are good at keeping me updated while my vehicle is there
Took my truck at appointment time, received right away. Filled service request for reasonable cost. Idea; as a "thank you for your trusting your vehicle to us, your truck/car is washed! And inside gets freshener.
Think of cu-dos Hardy will gather from a simple jester. And new customers? Maybe.......
