I came in for an oil change and my technician, Yobani, was top notch. He and the whole team were polite, worked quickly and I was back on the road in no time. I also had a few questions for him about additional services. He answered all my questions throughly and with detailed explanations. I’ll be back next time my car needs serviced.
KJ was absolutely awesome explained everything really well answered all my questions made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and exactly what service I needed and whether or not I needed tires brakes or any other repairs he offered me just about every service that my car needed I can’t say anything bad about KJ. He was awesome!

I literally drive across town to have my vehicles serviced here. These guys knock customer service out of the park, from taking care of fleet vehicles to private vehicles. No matter the time or weather, they’re always professional and friendly with their customers. Very clear on what they’re doing to your vehicle, without overextending their services (ie convincing you to pay for things you don’t need at that time or at all). Highly highly recommend seeing them for your vehicle servicing needs!
Lucas has always given great customer service. The entire team is quick, reliable and good at communicating. I will continue to return to this express for my car maintenance needs.

Driving down I985 my truck lost all the dashboard gauges. I was 2 hours from my home in NC. By chance the exit I took off the highway put me in front of Express Oil Change. I pulled into there lot and opened the hood. They came out without me asking. They said they could check it out. An hour later I was driving down the road with a new battery and alternator. I THOUGHT ALL THEY WAS CHANGE OIL! Great job Casey, Yobani and RO.
It was great. They got us in right away, great service and the workers that helped tremendously is Lucas and Josh. I highly recommend to come and get a quick oil change or other services. I will be coming back again.
Josh and Lucas were quick and efficient to get the oil changed and they also offer a included 21 point inspection, I highly recommend recommend coming here for any services on your vehicle.

I went in for a flat tire and the customer service was amazing! They were very upfront and honest about everything. Didn’t try to upsell at all, and got the job done very quickly. I dealt with Yobani and Casey and they were awesome! I typically just get oil changes here and every time is a pleasurable experience and it feels like they actually care about the customer. Will definitely be getting as many services done here as I can!!

I had the most pleasant experience here. I typically go to my dealership, where I’d spend half of my day. At Express, I did not even have to get out of my car!!! The staff there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did not need an appointment, and I was literally in and out. Prices are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend! 10-10! I’ll absolutely return.
Quick Service to fix/ Tire patch repair. Great customer service first impression. We are an out of town customer passing thru. Air conditioned waiting room perfect for us with our dog.
