My car was towed and I looked for my cell phone and my headphones days before using the locator and they were on their property and when they went to get my car, my cell phone and my headphones were not there and neither were other Beats headphones, everything I paid for and they still stole from me.

I had an accident in the free way 15, chp call and that guy come to get my car, and I asked him if I can go with them, I called my husband the driver help me to get all my stuff to put in my husband card, they was very kind, the service was professional. Thanks guy for your service !!
These people are criminals. They want to get your money however they can instead of focusing on the service they are supposed to be providing. I was ready to pick my car up on friday but nobody was there. Fast forward to Monday. I called several times again. (about 15 to 20 times) and it went straight to voicemail on a Monday afternoon. The guy was just inside chilling. I banged on the gate before he eventually came out. Didn't apologize at all. They charged me close to a thousand dollars ($1k) for holding my car for a few days. (from Friday to Monday) they intentionally do not "release" cars on the weekends just so they can charge you more money for holding it through the weekend. The guy was so rude to my wife and he refused to release my car even after I paid the complete money and gave him all the documents he asked for and he already confirmed them and made copies. He said he didn't have to release my car. I called the cops on him and when he saw I was on the phone with the police, He quickly processed the documents and released my car. To insult me and my wife even though we were calm the whole time trying to understand the charges just because he is hiding behind a tiny window? I would NEVER do business at all with this company and I hope no-one does. If I could give zero stars, thats what I would give
Terrible experience, they recognize the phone and after one call they don't answer again.
So this way seems to be a company desperate for money, so they make everything difficult to get your car and if they could get a bigger bill for you, for sure they will do everything to make it happen.
If I could give zero stars I'll do it.
The guy just answers once for every cellphone number and he doesn't even give the address.
I just have the address because of Google.

28 Oct I was rear ended by a nice size truck. Went to the ER to get checked because the impact was quite hard. Later USAA had us on three way to discuss them picking up my vehicle. Before my insurance company finished a lady. Yelling no she needs come and verify this is her vehicle. I ignored her and started talking to him because the level of ignorance. As I am talking she yell the same thing again. I said Ma’am and she hung up the phone. Don’t deal with them. Choose anybody else. Wish I could give zero stars
Friday, we didn't have time to get paperwork until 4:30pm, by phone call, dispatcher woman said: okay, call us tomorrow (Saturday)bring documents and will send someone and will get back your car, pay $660.
I called, one man answered that he doesn't know paperwork and can't help, and then he just turn on answerphone..
Monday: I came, and she remembers me, but said that I have to pay 2 days more, total $760 and she's not gonna argue.
Horrible and terrible team! Dispatcher is a lier!
Don't do any busyness with this towing.
- 0 stars for me.. My personal belongings were missing. I would not trust this company with my vehicle. There were new scratches on my car and they denied causing the damage. They didn't even bother looking into how or by whom the damage was caused they instantly denied the damages and the stolen items from my vehicle. I didn't chose to use this business and if you want to save yourself the trouble, neither should you. They don't care about their own reputation and will not allow customers to hold them accountable for their wrong doing and unprofessional actions. Their past reviews confirm that they continue to take personal belongings and their next victim could be you. I'm pretty sure that any good reviews for this company was only because the customer was present with the employee at all times during the service. Bad company choice if you can't be present to guard your vehicle and belongings.
Transmission went out on my Mustang. They showed up fast and loaded on their flatbed truck. Dropped it off at the repair shop and was extremely helpful. I have not had to use a lot of tow trucks but it was a great experience and would recommend these guys to anyone in a bind.
It's never fun when you start out your week (a Monday) you get to work and there's no parking and you have to go to another lot that's 2x the distance you normally have to walk and you have less time to get to your office and start work on time, only to find when you finally get to your office, you don't have your keys with you.
Where are your keys? In the truck locked up of course. Coastal Pride Towing (CPT) though saved the day for me when they arrived on the scene after my long day at work to open my truck for me. It was quick and painless! Thanks CPT for your great service when I was in a pinch!
