Clerks were busy “chatting” with other customers for over 5 minutes. When I finally got the attention of one of the sales people, AutoZone doesn’t carry a basic necessity for anyone with a battery-powered drill—a 1/4” hex driver for 1/4” or 3/8” sockets!
Overall bad experience. Gave up and went to Home Depot. (They had the socket drivers in stock)
The least knowledgeable location or, maybe they just didn't want to help. The two individuals working that night were rude didn't want to help and gave me racial hatred vibes. This was the strangest visit to an AutoZone I've ever had. Definitely not the norm at my other frequented locations.
None have the locations how do we were looking for we need you to test the alternator with my car to see if it was working. Two different locations so they didn't have the parts so they totally wasted our time
I went to AUTOZONE at 2865 national ave to buy a oil change kit and they gave the best products at the best price. I strongly recommend it. The staff is the grestest.
Really good people, considerate, and helpful. Workers were nice and never complained when the place got busy! Typically most places in the area you’ll have attitudes when asking for help, thankfully I didn’t experience this at all here. Good work!
Good customer service probably not the most knowledgeable it definitely helpful if you ask don’t expect them to be offering halo because for the most part unless you’re at the service counter they’ll pretty much just ignore you ask you walk around the store. But honestly you’ll run into a know it all once in a blue moon, but other than that if you need help go to the counter
Loved that they are bilingual! Viva México! The guys were super helpful and when i asked about switching my wiper blades he came out to do it in the rain! I asked to show me so I could do it next time and he showed me. All with a smile on his face the whole time. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location if youre in the area.
I went there due to my scooter stalling out from time to time. I was thinking something simple like a bad or dirty spark plug. When I get there I asked for some “Head Cleaner” to add to the full as an easy fix. The guy said “A new spark plug would be cheaper.” Sounds great however they didn’t know what kind of spark plug, they didn’t have a spark plug socket, and they didn’t have a the right size bolt extractor after my spark plug broke inside my block. This left me stranded there.
I guess it’s an okay place if you have a car I guess, however they don’t know ANYTHING about Chinese made scooters (GY6 4 Cylinder any size “CC” engine, basic Chinese scooter styles) they have the replacement parts, oil, plugs, belts, ext, however if you need to ask them a question as to what part you need they have NO IDEA!! this could leave you stranded and taking a bus for work, if all you have is that scooter.
What should have been a simple fix, and trying to save $5 turns into, a tow, cost of tools to repair it myself at home with tools I got from Amazon, and taking the bus on Monday waiting on them tools to arrive.
Lesson learned, don’t use a deep well socket to remove a spark plug from a scooter.
Employees overcharge and try to steal money when doing returns. When confronting the store manager he still wouldn't fix the overcharge. Watch your receipts they are scammers
I stopped by to get some windshield wipers. Got to the store as soon as they opened. Omar was very pleasant. He helped me replace my wipers and waited to make sure they worked right. I appreciated his attentiveness.
Fantastic service at this location in particular. Everyone is very Helpful, customer oriented, professional & always have exceeded my expectations 100 %.

Autozone is by far one of the most popular Auto supply stores here in San Diego ,And it's surrounding local cities. Autozone also carry some good quality batteries for motorcycles as well as some emergency supplies. The Staff actually will come look at the situation on your vehicle and together with you help you not only analyze the problem with modern equipment, But help you lnstalle a battery wipers, or even charge the air conditioner. At no extra cost. I personally tip the guys or gals for their time. It's only fare you don't have but I love to Express my gratitude. Hey that's just the tip of the Iceberg. If you don't need help but need tools but can't afford them they will gladly loan you some at no charge just an id or some form of callateral usually cash which they give back when you return the tool so long you return them like they were when you borrowed them. And it give you a chance to try out the tool and see if perhaps you want to purchase one for your arsenal of tek tools. That's what I do. So I only have the tools I need for the job at home. This Autozone was a godsend! Located close to Naval Base San Diego it was recommended by the clerk at the base when they didn't have the battery I needed. The clerk Omar was very helpful and knowledgeable. By the time we were finished we had a new 5 year battery at a more than reasonable price! Could have gotten a free replacement if we hadn't gotten the upgrade 5 year battery. Thanks Omar for all your help.

Went there in the evening and the manager was sitting on the counter texting, didnt know much about car parts, looked too young to manage anything. The red shirt guy was the only one actually working mopping the floors like theres no tomorrow. He was more knowledgeable and had to help the manager find the part i ordered. Haha this would have been a good youtube moment. Manager gets managed by worker bee.
Told me 3 1/2 hours check my bat. Have to charge it first. Ok I will leave it. So that means it's gonna get what charged an tested, right. No battery is the same low never even touched a charger .
Dishonesty like this is what breaks our great American business, it will be a LONG TIME if ever I go back here.

Great location! All associates are helpful and the store is well cleaned. One of the associate stand out more than the others and his name was Sergio V. is a great associate. He helped me with my car issue and helped in replacing my car battery. He didn't have to do it but went above and beyond to make a customer happy! One of the main reasons I will continue to shop at this location.
Very bad experience. I was standing in front of the register patiently waiting to be helped when an associate ( *Julio ) asked me if I minded if he let someone go in front of me. I said " yes " I do mind. I have been standing here and I would like to go first. Mind you I am holding $60 worth of merchandise. Instead of ringing me up, Julio proceeds to participate in a power struggle questioning me as to why " I " won't let the guy go first, the guy had already walks Ed outside for some unknown reason, giving *Julio plenty of time to ring me up and out, and collecting $60 in the process. No, I had to stand there and wait for the gentleman who forgot his wallet in his car to come back and go ahead of me. NO THANKS !!! I left my items there, and let *Julio ring up the VIP customer's *wiper blades... WILL NOT BE BACK. I guess if I'm not Mexican? I have to wait behind one... No matter what !!!
