THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD at this business. Saba the dispatcher is very inconsiderate and impolite & the supervisor is very argumentative and unprofessional. My truck was towed by this company and we called ahead to ensure we could pick it up due to my sister not being the owner, her husband is but he is unfortunately on deployment. They said yes and all we needed was license, registration and insurance. We met the driver and were told we were unable to get the truck released due to not being the owner, although we called ahead of time. Even though it was an error on the company, the supervisor stated the manager doesn’t take calls on the weekend, doesn’t sound like a great manager to me. I’m disgusted by the way me and my sister were treated when we were only trying to give money to the company. They treat military personnel atrociously. I’m waiting to hear back from the manager while he’s on his weekend vacation! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

My Nissan Leaf EV would not start. And he showed me a little trick that I did not know about my car! And he restarted it in no time! I was stranded at work. Mayilar was dispatched to help me. He was so kind, knowledgeable and honest. He made me feel less anxious, I felt comfortable talking with him, which helped him when he did some troubleshooting. He asked me a few questions and tried a few different things and he restarted my car in no time. What an asset to ASAP Towing!

Had my car stop working and was serviced by ASAP towing. The driver I got was Octavio (herdez?) and he was extremely professional and courteous. He let me know exactly what he was doing as he was doing it and I saw him secure all 4 wheels with the straps as he loaded it on to the tow truck, which is not something I typically see all other drivers do. This gave me extra peace of mind that my vehicle was in good hands and would be handled properly even as it left my sight. Thanks Octavio!!

My roadside assistance claim was dispatched to this company by my insurance twice and I'm not a fan. The first time (3 weeks ago), they did come on time, but the guy was super standoffish and appeared to be bothered by...his job? He didn't speak a single word to me when giving me a jump and after he left, I called immediately back (couldn't have been more than 3-5 minutes) because my car wouldn't start afterwards. I had no idea I was supposed to wait at least 30 minutes (it was my first time ever needing a jump) before turning my car off. The guy told me he couldn't come back and I had to enter another claim. I called the company and the dispatcher was the one who told me it was recommended I wait--that was good to know after the fact 🙄. Again, the guy spoke not a single word to me except "pop hood" and "ok, start." Didn't even say thanks or bye. So I called my insurance company and they sent another (better) company. The second time (yesterday), they were supposed to be to me at 11:47. I called around then when I didn't hear anything and they told me another hour. Fine, I guess. Well he didn't get there until 1:30 and there was still no communication about the lateness. Good thing I wasn't actually on the side of the road somewhere in the cold with a dead battery. The same guy arrived with the same rude/annoyed attitude from before. He spoke not a single word again--no apologies for being late or for rudely cutting me off when I was giving him directions. That was fine by me since I knew the drill with regards to the jump. I can't condemn the company as a whole, but that man sucks. I did get my car started, so yay for that, I guess. I'll be cool if I never have to do business with them again.

Robbed my totaled car. Took $500 in items. They take advantage of people at there lowest. Now I’ll deal with a totaled car, injuries, and stolen items. Don’t get your car towed by them, wait for your trusted people. This company is not to be trusted. Horrible people working here stealing from people who just had one of the worst and traumatic days of their lives. Shame on this company and their employees.

ASAP always is prompt arriving and he was able to charge and start my SUV in about five minutes. I have always requested ASAP and I have Geico insurance roadside coverage. The drivers have all been very professional.

Sarmad is the best guy I ever meet! I got myself into a pickle, I turn too short and got stuck on the concrete barrier at a gas station! Another guy from the same company came first and wasn’t able to help after about 2 hrs Samard came to the rescue and had me out in about 30 mins this man was patient and understanding it word hard literally didn’t quit til he got me out I was in literal tears after he help because I was so grateful!! This man didn’t give up on the job he tried his best and he succeeded!!! Thanks sarmad I hope you are blessed 10 times and more

This place is absolute garbage. They were assigned to us from our insurance and must not want the business because not once, not twice but three times they kept pushing their ETA back. Turns out each of their tow trucks kept getting into emergencies. When I asked for details, they wouldn’t share. It’s absolute garbage and don’t let this company fool you. They are not there to help you.

I didn't even have a chance to review their actual services because after waiting more than 2 hours for a row, I canceled. The man answering the phone could not be bothered and seemed annoyed to be working. Was first told an hour for a row. I called back 90 minutes later and told another 45 minutes. I called back again and told a little bit longer. I called back and canceled because another tow truck came in 20 minutes.

USE ANY OTHER COMPANY My husband had his Harley Motorcycle break down and he had this company that GEICO sent to him as a tow company to use to get his Motorcycle towed. Keep in mind this happened at 6:15pm and it is now 8:30pm. No tow truck has come and oh I called the rep and what would you know, the original tow truck got a flat tire but we only found out due to me calling in and wanting a follow up. Now he says it will take another 35 minutes.

Phenomenal experience with ASAP towing this afternoon. I am beyond impressed and thankful for the upmost professionalism, genuine care, and kindness Wally provided when towing my BMW to Ebers Street Garage in OB. I will undoubtedly use ASAP towing for any additional issues moving forward! Thank you, Wally! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Nothing against this company at all, however the worker at the towing place was just horrible. I believe her name was Bree, she had red hair and was heavy set. She was the most angry, vile worker I’ve had the displeasure of talking to. She made the experience of getting my car back so uncomfortable as she seemed visibly annoyed or angry from the moment I got there. Not sure what’s wrong with her but she was rushing me for no reason and was rude to my friend. So, if you ever get towed by ASAP towing, I pray for you that you don’t have to deal with Bree, hoping she gets better!!

They towed my car without notifying the police department so I had no idea where it was, thought it was stolen until I tracked it down. Went there just wanting to get my medicine from the car for my health issues and they still said I couldn’t get my stuff without paying to get the car out. This company has horrible ethics and don’t care anything else but money.

This wonderful man from Iraq was our Tow Truck guy…. He was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! He actually got our car started and followed us to the gas station and kept us safe!!! I really can’t say enough great things about this man!!!

I was just assigned a ASAP Towing service through roadside assistance with geico and was connected via text immediately. The driver called me quickly and texted me requesting a location pin for accuracy and to improve response time. I’m impressed so far. I’ll report back and edit after the vehicle it is picked up and dropped off.

If I could put a Minus star - I would - They towed my 30 foot boat trailer AND BENT THE FRONT TONGUE ! I have it all on video. The driver didn't lift the front post high enough and was struck in transit, bending the front of trailer by a good 10 degrees or more. You can even hear the scrapping of it as they pulled it forward on the video. I called and called to have been put on hold longer that an getting ahold of someone at the IRS. I expect to get the run around looking at the reviews. I am sure that small claims judges will consider the reviews testimonial of peoples experiences. I hope they make an effort to make this right. But judging off peoples experiences in these reviews - it doesn't look promising that they will.

I’ll never forget when this company towed my AWD golf R on 2 wheels and completely fried the gear box. They lied and told me they used Dollys to tow it but I had it all on dashcam of them towing my car on 2 wheels while smoke came from the rear end. Insurance covered their negligence luckily but the tow company was completely unprofessional and pulled out every lie to try and get out of it

Through GEICO, my insurance, I was assigned an ASAP towing technician, Robbie, who was excellent. I was fortunate, only had to wait 20 minutes. When Robbie loaded my FJ, he was careful to confirm it was in 2WD, loading it from the rear - when it appeared that the front wheels were locked, he took the extra time to load them on the dollies so as not to hurt my transmission. 11 mile tow to my service station of choice and an excellent job of loading it into a parking spot (as it was closed on Sunday). Highly recommended.

This towing company looks like a scammer. Terrible experience ever. I had a car collision during terrible weather on the free way. The CHP called this terrible company without notifying me. When the driver arrived, I refused to use it, but the CHP forced me to leave my car. I told the driver I have free AAA towing service, the driver didn’t listen to me. I was so scared due to the collision and brain was blank at that moment. The driver just towed my car to their tow yard and took off my car battery and stole my car emergency tool kit from the trunk. When I went to clean my car next day and found no any power. I couldn’t open the trunk to check everything. When I opened the trunk from inside by using the key, and found the emergency bag has gone. The Mercedes Benz genuine emergency bag sell around $1000 online. What kind of people in the U.S will do this awful business to their clients?????? Will never use this town company again, also tell my friends and colleagues don’t use them ever….,,,,,,,,,,

Job was done and the technician was nice. But the issues is with the company. It wasn't expressed that payment would be in cash or sharing your card number over the phone. Neither of which are conducive for a car breakdown. Who carries several hundred in cash on them or wants to shared their card number, aloud, and outside (which is usually where cars break down). Absurd. The office correspondent said what's the problem and that if I didn't want to pay (I did), then they'll just take the battery out.

Daughter needed a tire change. Tech changed tire and the threads on one of the studs got cross threaded. Of course the Tech said it was previously damaged. Tire shop Tech said they wouldn't change the tire because the stud would snap if they tried. Sure enough it snapped but ASAP took no responsibility for it and wouldn't help on bit. Seriously how hard is it to change a tire without damaging the car? Very disappointed with this company.

Referred through Geico to ASAP towing. I'd highly recommended to find another tow company. They towed my vehicle after my hybrid battery died. They apparently hitched their tow equipment to my tire rods and ended up bending them and causing my car to go out of alignment. So unless you want you car damaged find some other tow company . Now not only did I pay $165 for a tow, I had to pay another $550 to fix my alignment and tire rods. I attempted to reconcile with ASAP for the damage and Sasha in the damaged claim department said she would get back to me, however it's been 3 business days with no follow up. Very disappointed, and will be taking whatever I action I can to get this rectified.

I booked with this company through my Geico Roadside Assistance and called for a jumpstart at 12:30pm. I called about 20 minutes after the 90 minute ETA had passed. I was given another 90 minute ETA which came and went with no service. By around 4pm I called back to see if they expected to arrive before 5pm as I had somewhere I needed to go. I could potentially wait, but I needed to get an accurate timeframe since other people were expecting me at a certain time. Both times I called, the dispatcher was not polite or informative. The second time I called, the dispatcher asked me to wait until 5pm and call back for an updated ETA and then told me to “be patient” as if I hadn’t been patient for the past 4 hours. I had to cancel at that point since I wasn’t able to get a confident time estimate and I ordered a Uber instead. Poor experience overall and never received my jumpstart. I rescheduled today, made sure Geico wouldn’t schedule me with this company again, and the tow company that I received this time has already provided me with exceptional service within the hour.

HORRIBLE experience, HORRIBLE customer service. I pray to god I never have to use them for any services ever again. How they got a geico contract I will never understand. I decided to call and get an ETA after an hour passes from the original ETA, ASAP tells me 20 minutes. I call back 40 minutes later, he says 15 minutes, I call back 30 minutes later and he says 15 minutes again. I call back another have hour later he says he’s almost there. Finally, after 3.5 hours of waiting in my car on the side of the road, the driver shows up. He hooks up my car, fine. Then I get a call from the mechanic saying the driver dropped the car, which doesn’t start, in the parking lot of the business next door. Doesn’t even drop the car at the correct location. All around horrible experience. Wouldn’t wish these guys on my worst enemy.

I'm not quite sure why there's so much negative criticism of this towing company. I met both an ASAP Towing Technician who came to check on my car and a dedicated tow truck driver to tow my car. Both individuals were very nice and understanding. The tow truck driver was particularly kind and it was overall a pretty smooth experience. I did have to wait ~2 hours for the first technician to come over, though, since he was the only person servicing the San Diego area at the time (weekend at 8pm). No complaints whatsoever about the tow itself. The driver was careful when hooking up my car and pulling it onto the rollback bed, and even more gentle when he was driving.

I was stuck on the freeway for 5 hours. My Car stop running in the middle of the Freeway, pull over and called my insurance. They said ASAP towing will come in and let deploy their truck, 30 minutes later I called ASAP they said truck in stuck in traffic and it will be on my location 20-30. Waited for over 30 min and called again, same person said the same thing stuck in traffic and it will on my location 30 min. This happens 4 times. So, I decided to call Uber so I can go home, because this is ridiculous, and call ASAP to let them know I will leave my car and for them to bring it to a Shop. 2 hour later my car is still at the freeway. Called the ASAP told the girl on the phone what going on, she said "Sir, the truck in stuck on traffic and it will be there in 30 min"... I was mad and told her you guys needs to write up a different script. Then she hang up on me because I was already mad. She hang up the Phone. Very Bad Customer Service. Who ever owns this place need to train their Operators some respect and be truthful. If they said it on the very first time it is going to be delayed and will be late for hours. I would have gone home instead of waiting for 3 hours on the side of the freeway. Now they were saying their system is Down. Bunch of BS. Never Used this Company for towing. I have a formal complain in behalf of my insurance company for them no to use this Company again.
