On the phone they said they had the parts I needed in stock but when I got to the store they didn't have them. Their inventory was off. They were rude about it and we're not friendly. Probably not going back here.

Went to the AutoZone customer service was OK. The first associate to help me an older gentleman with a beard was very nice. I had Problems with my car so I have to see if I can use their machine to check what was going on with my engine Went back in and I saw young lady what his name was and if she would like me to include her in the review. She said no, She doesn’t want to review who doesn’t wanna review. That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. She must not care about her company and growing it. Anyways, I did give the older gentleman a good review she was mid with her customer service.. Never refuse to review. She was thin, wearing glasses and hat, curly hair. Don’t ask that associate for a review she’s just gonna say no.

Autozone and O'Rileys are Not the place you want to buy anything aftermarket from. Managers, shouldn't they know what they're talking about? I asked to replace a battery. I had the part number and old one to exchange, they still wanted my vehicle info (irrelevant because I have the part numbers needed) and the computer wouldn't allow me to buy it. This exchange brought my Core Change from 55$ish to about 20$. I guess that's how they're doing things now. To add further frustration, the manager came along and tried to convince me that I needed a weaker(stock) battery. I explained I need this one for more amperage. He than stated, "It's 12 volts". I replied, "But I need more cranking amps..." Each time he responded again, it came with more attitude, "But they're both 12 volts." After repeating this, I just gave up and smiled (wow, this is their MANAGER?) I got what I came in for, but Not without a headache. I don't think Miguel knows the difference from volts and amps. This furthers the community in believing more and more that these stores don't have technicians, they're all parts people who just track inventory, and it's getting worse.

Miguel the sales part manager was absolutely rude as can be. No consideration and horrible customer service. He made me pay for the same part twice. I guess if you order a part pay for it and don’t pick it up on time they will make you pay for it again.

Really appreciate the help I got from Itzael at the Imperial Beach Autozome on Palm. Helped me right away and got me situated with a battery for 2001 Suburban. Checked my old battery. Then the next day I had a different car with a battery situation and they helped oit right away and it was still good. Definitely been a nice change from when I had shopped there years ago. Appreciate it.

Itzael helped me tighten my battery terminal very fast he was respectful and helpful with quick service no questions asked this is a great employee and place to go if you need something for a quick fix.

Really good costumer service, specially the manager I think his name was Itzael, he really showed interest in helping me out with my car and went out of his way to do so and helped with the parts I needed. Will 100% choose this Autozone then any other one

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and they take their time with each of the customers. Today, I went in just to buy replacement bulbs for my brake lights, not only did Ximena help find what I needed but she also offered to replace the bulbs for me on the spot, and she got it done quickly with ease. She went the extra mile - a great example of excellent customer service.

This location has been my go-to for many years. My experiences with different staff have been nothing but favorable. All helpful and informative. If new staff didn’t know the answer, new staff will make sure to ask a seasons staff for answer. Oh, more than one register was open, ready to ring up sales. Unlike Dollar Tree stores, there’s usually long lines with one cashier at register. Can’t compare, but I’m merely making a point. Today, I was in and out at the Palm Avenue location. Got what I needed, staff at register checked to see the best oil change deal for me … $47 later ($24 discount), I was out the door. One stop shop. Loved the service As for products, this location was well stocked and place was clean. Side note, not all Auto Zones are alike. Palm Avenue, thus far, has better customer service - 5 star attitude 👍🏼

As an Uber driver I have made plenty stops to Autozone in my lifetime but this one … jeez Elder man with grey shirt named Mike was the rudest when it came to costumer service , I asked him something but he denied answering my questions and he was very aggressive honestly never felt this way at any Autozone , there’s room for opportunity for Mr Mike to be change his attitude / way he responds to people definitely because apparently from other reviews he has been this way before. Don’t know what’s going on in his private life , wish him the best hopefully he can be more kind you never know people can be having a bad day

I picked up a bottle of "Lucas" fuel injector cleaner from this Auto Zone. The cleaner was easy to find given it was displayed near the front of the store. The price was $6.99 plus tax. The young man at the cash register was friendly enough. The store was well stocked and organized. There's plenty of parking.

Yeah pretty unhelpful. I just went to to barrow their obd because my car was saying check system and they were being stingy and told me to basically go away and not help me with my situation. Maybe the guy had a bad day, but then why take it out on customers?

Good experience with one of the guys wearing the red shirt, but it did not go so well with the older man wearing a gray shirt. He was cutting me off when I was trying to explain to him about a certain part. I just walked away from his negativity that I did not want to go back and get his name.

This is my first-ever review, and it’s all thanks to the fantastic customer service I received at this AutoZone, courtesy of a wonderful employee named Miriam. The day before, I bought some coolant for my 2009 BMW at a different AutoZone. Now, I’ll admit—I’m no car expert. Unfortunately, a male employee at that other store convinced me to buy the wrong coolant. I didn’t realize it until after I used it, and let’s just say I was not thrilled. That frustration stuck with me all day at work. On my way home, I decided to give a different AutoZone a shot, and thank goodness I did. That’s where I met Miriam, a true superhero in an AutoZone uniform. I explained my predicament, expecting a headache, but Miriam handled it with grace, professionalism, and lightning speed. She exchanged the coolant for the correct one, and just like that, my stress melted away. After a long day, it felt like a small but meaningful victory. Thank you, Miriam, for your excellent service! If anyone at AutoZone is reading this: give her a raise—she's earned it!

I was having battery issues, and Alaijah was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and friendly. He tested my battery twice, discovered it was still under warranty, and replaced it with a new one. He thoroughly explained the entire process. AutoZone is fortunate to have such a great employee - give him a raise! As long as Alaijah is there, I’ll continue to return and recommend others to the store.

Customer service should get 10 stars! The employees were extremely kind and helpful. The employee who helped me - double checked that I was getting the correct products for my vehicle and then helped me install the product on my car! It was quick, easy, and saved me time and money from going to the dealer. Thank you!! Highly recommend!

My name is Miguel from Lange elite personal transportation. One of my transportation. Vehicles had a flat and I did not have my tools on me at the moment. I left my wallet in the house and I came to the store and the store manager by the name of Marty, she was associate her assistant manager, and she assisted me to get my vehicle up and running so above and beyond her duty as a manager, it show compassionate understanding With the purpose of gaining long-term customer because I just moved out to imperial Beach that I’ve been with AutoZone for very long time knowing that my location of residence I have an AutoZone literally 100 feet away from me and I know that all my knees will be taken care of of the best of their ability and Marty as a team leader at the store Did a great job

They sold me a CV axle that was previously installed with a missing part. Another part was a seal that had already grees on it. Is Autozone now selling used parts as new? Nobody really cares in this store including manager. I went back and just returned it. They obviously know that they are selling used parts. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and got my parts... they are new complete and unused. Just a bad experience and Autozone should start looking at these employees who do not care. If anybody will want to talk to me about it I have all their names.

If you're into doing it yourself and saving some money This is the right place to shop and buy your parts and install it yourself. They seem to have on hand most of your needs for your vehicle at a price that's competitive. If they don't have it in the store, most times they can have it delivered that same day.

Allan the store manager was absolutely helpful. My car battery had issues, and he provided exceptional customer service. He provided me the best parts to ensure my car was able to run smoothly. I am very thankful for his help. I would recommend coming to this Auto Zone!
