Store says they open at 9 am on Saturday, confirmed via phone the day before. Arrived at 9 to find the place still closed. Who I assume is the owner finally pulled up 35 mins later and opened the door. When I told him I'd been waiting for over 30 mins he didn't even acknowledge my inconvenience just started making excuses. Terrible customer service. If they weren't the only place in town with the part I need, I would've taken my business elsewhere on principle. I wish I could give less stars. Fail
The guy that answers the phone is very dishonest and unprofessional. It took him three days to send me the information I requested and I caught him in multiple lies. The first lie he said was that the hybrid battery was complete with both halves, they only had one half. The second lie was he had multiple hybrid batteries in stock and I could exchange it if there was a problem. That was untrue, they only had one in stock and if I had an issue with it, my only option would be to pay a restocking fee. The third lie was that the battery was from a 2019 car but when I received the pictures, it said the production date was in 2015.
