I had a very disappointing experience with this used auto parts shop. The staff treated me poorly and were disrespectful throughout the process. I was given misleading information, and when I requested a refund, they attempted to delay and withhold it instead of handling the matter honestly and professionally.
Their customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I understand that problems can happen in business, but the way customers are treated matters. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to others looking for honest service and respectful communication.
They had the part that I needed at the right price and when I asked they even gave me some fuses for free. Also they were pretty friendly. My only complaint which I won't take any stars away for is that the location is kind of far from most places.
Terrible all around from communication, honesty, and professional attitude. Kept canceling and making invalid comments. Had me spending money to just flake all together. No idea why Peddle does business with them.
Terrible place. Don’t go to them, they said they had my parts and I drove an hour to get them and he didn’t show up. This is the second time I get scammed here.
Terrible company, unreliable. They rescheduled on me to come pick up my car twice. Waited on them all day and they never showed up. Then I called them and they hung up on me and didn’t answer when I called them back. Save the headache and pick a different company.
Great costumer service, cheap prices and good quality, definitely will come back to Quick Auto Wrecking if i need another part for my vehicles, also there's a very handsome guy with glasses
