The representative is not that knowledgeable at all concerning if the items fits. They need to be more professional and do their homework pertaining to vehicles and not just storing them. The business could be much better if they take the actual time to learn about the product being sold instead of guessing if it will fit. I was veer disappointed in your company.

I received my decals in a timely manner and they look great. The were a big part of restoring the engine compartment of my 1970 Olds 98 convertible. The 455 now looks as close to way it looked on day one at this time. The decals look great on the engine.

The part shipped was incorrect. Clayton did an excellent job figuring out what happened (similar part numbers). He sent the correct part at no charge. Great service from the company.
Shipping costed 1 and 1/2 times with the part costed. Even though the shipping was so expensive, it took an extra 3 days to get here than the expected date, which was already longer than it should have been. I ended up pulling my windshield the day it was supposed to arrive and then it started raining. If I have to pay $30 for shipping it shouldn't take a week and a half for it to get here.
Placed my order yesterday on line, called first and someone from the warehouse answered the phone and was happy to confirm that what I was looking for was in stock, about a minute later he came back and confirmed they had what I requested, told him I would place the order online.
Well this morning I was back in the shop and found what I had ordered so I immediately got in touch with them and requested to cancel my order. My request was handled immediately, this being my first experience with this company shows me a company that still believes in old school service! I’m giving the the highest recommendation and will be checking with them first!
Product fit great as you could see in the pictures. Slight mistake in shipping, but it’s what you do after you make a mistake that matters.. they corrected it and had me rolling down the road. Awesome job guys

I am very pleased with the products and service from Rubber the Right Way. I'm restoring a 1969 Miller Meteor Cadillac hearse and couldn't find what I needed locally. I searched the internet and Rubber the Right Way were the only company I could find that had what I needed. Some things were spot on replacements (window track felts), some were very close (door weather stripping), and some were better than what I removed (window sweeps). The best part is they'll send you free samples. This really helped in getting exactly what I needed. I had to call them a couple times and their customer service was top notch. I don't plan on restoring anymore cars to this extent but if I do Rubber the Right Way will be the place I go to for what I need.
I got the pleasure of dealing with Clayton over email and on the phone to finalize my order. I sent an online quote in for my 76 Electra. Clayton got back with a parts quote with even more products I could buy for it. I ended up going through the list and figured out all I needed. Clayton needs a raise, and maybe be allowed to keep some cold cans in his office when his customers are giving him a hard time ahaha! I hope Clayton sees this review cause he’s the man. I was making a winter birdbath cover and needed a semi-sealing water-resistant clinch seal for the cover's edge. The shipping no doubt cost more than all materials combined but the seal worked perfectly and should keep most of the winter rain and snow out.
