O'Reilly Auto Parts went the extra mile to help me find the correct fuel pump for my vehicle. It wasn't in stock but they located it for me in the next city over and all I had to do was pick it up because i paid for it already.

Been here numerous occasions and the staff is always helpful and so far everything I've needed they had in stock. If they didn't have it, they could get it very quickly from other stores.

I had problems installing the low beam headlights On my Camry.. Christian researched the lights for me on computer. He helped installed the new lights, which took Him a few minutes. Very polite with great customer service. He deserves a raise.

0n 06/14/2025 got to store located in Breyer ave. In San Ysidro at 9:57 and door was locked already with open sign still on and store closes at 10:00pm Had an emergency with my car needed coolant for my car told employee when he let last customer out at 9:59 that all I needed was coolant he said we’re closed rudely and shut door in my face It was the youngest one of both Never going back as it cost me more because needed to tow car home Thanks to this employee at oraillys auto parts

My boyfriend asked to borrow the scanner as they usually provide this service and the guy at the front was like “we don’t let people borrow scanners after 5pm” and we said “why? Do we need to give you our ID’s as a precaution?” And he was like “no we just don’t let nobody borrow anything anymore” this dude is over here making up his own rules because never have we ever been to an oreilly’s where they don’t let you borrow the scanner “after 5pm” corporate needs to get in contact with this store manager and remind the staff of the services this store provides.

I went in tonight to get something I knew nothing about or what it even looked like and got help right away. Ceaser was extremely patient and kind and went above and beyond his duties to assist me. He also gave me a brief tutorial on how to purchase and put said product in my car properly. Next time I have this issue, I will know what to do and I thank him so very much. Cesar, thank you so much for everything you did to help me this evening. I appreciate it.

Came in to buy a turtle wax scratch remover. I found it for 7.99 walk up to pay and it turns out to be 12.00. I told the young man hey its for 7.99? I walked him over so he could see and he says well it in the wrong place. It's not my fault, I'll take it for 7.99. He said I can't do it, I was like yes you can....he said let me talk to the mangr, I'm like ok. He comes back without the manager, he says I told tou I can't do it. Ok you now lost a sale! And a customer! Manger didn't even come out to say, let me give you a discount, sorry about this situation, let me what else I can offer you....nothing! No customer service at..all!

Fast and convenient service. The place I go to for most car related things. Today, I came by to replace a dead battery. Erick, I believe his name was, helped me take out and put in a new Car battery within minutes. I appreciate your hard work, guys! Definitely will be returning.

I had made a purchase the day before and was told one of the items I needed was out of stock, but that I could come back to get it the next day. When I returned the following day, there must have been a dozen people in the store working all inventory. They must have received a shipment and we're scanning product in. Granted they have to deal with a lot of parts, and inventory accuracy is important. However, as I was waiting to be served at least four employees made eye contact with me but chose to continue what they were doing instead of helping me. Not only did none of them serve me, but also none of them even acknowledge me or asked another employee to provide customer service. They just left me standing there. I disliked that very much.

Carlos should be employee of the year. Not only is he knowledgeable but also resourceful. Had to make an unnecessary trip due to other staff providing inaccurate info. 1 star for the store and 5 for Carlos.

Get off the phone and help me bro! If I took the time to physically come to the store and buy parts I need, why the hell are they prioritizing someone who just called on the phone. Its better to help the people who are actually in the store buying parts first.

Reyes is unable to provide proper customer service and has no idea about cars. He then Asked me “What do you want me to do?” Uhmmmm.... we’ll see your at work!!! I went in for parts since he’s not knowledgeable in car parts he responds with what well what do you want me to do? I can’t purchase a what do you want me to do part? Missed this sale.

Luis was a great help to me today. Had my check engine light come on. He ran the codes for me and explained what they meant. He quickly found the parts I may need, and gave me the times I'd need to order them to have them in by today. Great customer service, very friendly, answered all my questions and he explained everything without being patronizing. This particular store is out of my way, but I'd come back here again just because of how nice they are.

Ok as far as auto part stores go. I rarely have to waiting line longer than five minutes. So far they have had as all the parts I've needed. Car Wash on other side of the parking lot making a multi trip easy.

The employees were very helpful, the store is of a good size, very clean and presents a wide range of products. Located on both Beyer Blvd. and Coronado Ave. It's easy to access to.

There was about 5 staff members walking around while 1 person was taking care of the five people waiting in line, my turn was up and a lady (manager I guess) served me with a negative attitude. Not only that what I was looking was not in stock but when I asked another question she decided to take a phone call witout saying excuse me or I need yo take this call just totally ignore me and I decide to walk away. Don't waste your time at this branch , go somewhere else..........

Terrible customer service. After changing my oil for years I was told their oil tank was full and they could not take any today. I stored it until my next oil change. Same reason, oil tank full. I asked if he can call another location to check on their oil tanks. His story immediately changed and he said he can take it. I thought was full but he said "is ok, is ok, I can take now". My third time taking there they told me it was full again. I'm done with this location. Cashier people have a very negative attitude, as if they are doing me a favor to look up a part. I don't understand Spanish, but when one of the employees doesn't understand much English, it made it a 35 minute ordeal to look up brake pads.

Save yourself the trouble! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Wow customer service really, I mean REALLY sucks here. Above was my review from 3 months ago. Decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves today but, sadly had the same results. Needed a new battery. The guy at the counter was a complete a-hole and made me feel like a burden when I asked if they could help with installing the new battery that I purchased from them. He let us borrow tools which was great but, after walking outside and thinking about that crappy customer service I decided to return the tools and take my business elsewhere. Long story short, I went to Autozone where they treated me like they actually appreciated my business. In addition to my battery purchase they gave me 2 rolls of paper towels, a bottle of fast orange hand cleaner and battery post gel and post pads for free! Talk about the difference of night and day! Thanks Autozone!

Here is a prime example of why we shouldn't hire people who don't know squat about cars to work at autoparts stores. My wife checked the oil level on our car and went to this location to purchase a quart of oil to get us by til the next oil change. She asked 1 of the individuals behind the counter if they could put the oil in for her. Of course they send one of the youngest an inexperienced guys to go help her. He did a great job pouring the oil in after my wife showed him where to put it in. My wife ended up driving home with the smell of burning oil because the so-called Parts Expert Forgot to install the oil cap. So now I have to pay to get my engine compartment cleaned from all of the oil that was sprayed all over the engine compartment and now I have to buy a new oil cap.... Thanks O'reilly Autoparts. Another great example of your poor customer service skills. I'm all for giving people opportunities but make sure that the individuals you send to do things at least know the basics like where to put oil in an engine and how to check the level. As far as my rating for this store..... Quality 3 Because the products are fine. No quality issues Appeal 0 This store looks like crap. They always have stuff on the floor. The way they have their cash registers setup is the worse I have ever seen. Service A BIG FAT 0 They don't know what they are doing....Obviously! !!! I have always had issues at this store and will never shop there again.
