Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Better prices than AutoZone. Be on the lookout for frequent deals. Got 5Qts of oil for $20 with a New Year deal. Not a lot of parking, but it usually isn't busy and they're is a huge lot for Target if it's full.
I went in today to find an item I desperately needed and was disappointed in the customer service from a gentleman named Matt will not be shopping at this location for a while
Went here to get a small job done and had one of the best experiences. Matt was so helpful and kind! I would go out of my way to come back to this location.
Jeff was extremely helpful today in finding the right oil filter and windshield wipers for my BMW. He even came outside to help install the wipers on my car. You’re very lucky to have him on your team!
Give Matt a raise! I had a list of items that we needed for my car and I would have been lost without Matt's help. As soon as I walked in the door, he offered his help and took charge from there. We went down the list and he grabbed everything for me. Smoothest visit to an auto parts store ever! Checked out and sent me off on my merry way. Saved me time and a headache trying to find everything.
I came to this O'Reilly auto shop to see if they have anything for car scratches paint, but they don't have what I was looking for. They didn't have the color to match up my car. Salesperson was nice in helping me out. Too bad they didn't have the color brand.
Ordered parts on a Monday,called on them Tuesday. Night crew said they did not come in. No one had called. Called Wednesday morning at 10:30. Said they were here on Monday night.
old guy and the young gentleman here are extremely oblivious and rude because he was talking to somebody for like 10 15 minutes but he did hear me and looked at me just didn't give me any acknowledgment so I go wait in line I'm waiting there waiting there the other guys talking to some other guy the receptionist guy is near bald style haircut in pretty stocky0 I see he looks at me I'm carrying one of those giant black oil catches right in front of me he doesn't say anything so I assume that there's plenty of room in the oil thing he then proceeds to talk with this guy for another 10 minutes it's not until another white customer comes in the store that he decides to wrap up the conversation as I've been standing there the whole time then proceeds to let me walk all the way up to the counter before telling me oh our oil is full like what is wrong with you guys wake up never had such a bad experience with an O'Reillys before
It’s nice to see that “old fashioned kindness” still exists. Even in an Auto Parts store. While I don’t recall his name, the gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to insure I had the right products for the right job as I was heading out of town facing severe weather. Thanks O’Reilly!
Good customer service in this location, they call you back for your parts when it arrives, wrong parts no problem no questions asked they give you credit back. Staff here are customer oriented friendly. I spoke to Mr. Danny one of the sales parts person he is a parts oriented, knows what he is doing he tells you about products warranty what to not get if you are working on your personal vehicle he tells you the pros and cons for future wear and tear of parts give recomendation but he tells you and explain down the road of your vehicle. A customer oriented person with a multi cultural experience. They will call you if your parts arrive.
Came here Thur 2.13.25 late nite for parts. Both guys working had great customer service and friendly personalities and extremely helpful.

As mentioned before the staff is lazy and not willing to help. Walked in this morning asking for a diagnostic and already the old lady with white moles on her face at the register is giving me this clueless expression like what are you talking about. And l began to tell them that l have a battery symbol on the dashboard and want to make sure what it is exactly and right away she says ok its the alternator then. Screw this place go somewhere else.
Terrible experience. Staff has limited training and is unwilling to help. First staff called me up to the register and then proceeded to pick up the phone and engage in a personal conversation. Second staff refused to look up a compatible car part even when given manufacturer, model, year and manufacturer catalog number. What a waste of time. What happened to this place?
Went for battery replacement after my battery died. Jeff is awesome and gave me options and recommendations and replaced battery in no time. I was out of the door with new battery installed in 30 mins!! Ask for him

Online order didn’t go through, but no one send me any email, and no refund for that. They made me contact a lot of time, they told me come to the store, tell them the problem and get the refund. Then when I came to the store, they said they don’t see any order from me. Then they tell me to call their office, and no answer. And now I still don’t have any refund from them. Never go back to here. I’ll tell everyone don’t come here any more, the experience is really really bad
Coming to this location for anything is incredibly frustrating. Nobody there seems to be knowledgeable or helpful at all. To start off, I just want to say that I am a former employee of O'reilly's Auto Parts and am currently an ASE certified technician at a dealership for the last few years. So I do know how their retail works and how to service/repair vehicles because that's my job.
About 1 week ago, I went in looking for a Ford adapter for my brake pressure bleeder for my personal car. I was pretty sure they would not have one but I figured why not ask anyways. I go in and I am greeted by a gentleman in glasses and told him what I am looking for. Instead of him looking for the item on the computer in front of him to see if they even had one, he decided to tell me "That's not how you bleed calipers" (Even though it is and also how you flush the whole system next to vacuum bleeding) and continued to argue with me.
I did not go there to have my intelligence insulted nor did I go there asking for advice. I went there for a part. Plain and simple.
Today, I went in looking for plastic interior clips to the same Ford as some of mine are missing. I checked the Doorman isle before asking an older gentleman with long, white hair. He seemed to not know how to search up specific items and also didn't seem interested busting out google or anything like that even though I pulled one from the car so he can see which one I'm talking about.
If it was me behind that counter, I would have found it within 5 minutes or less. Whether or not O'reilly's carried it. A part number is not hard to find man and it's not like he had anything better to do. Nobody was in there.
Honestly, I think if I ever go back, it'll be because I either need motor oil or something else I need in a pinch that I can verify in 2 seconds works for whatever car I'm doing something to. Because god help you if you need them to find something pretty specific. You're better off going to the Convoy location or the Midway hub store. Those guys are more mechanically and technologically inclined.
Juan and Maria were AMAZING during my battery swap process. Lots of patience, very kind, and very helpful. 10/10 experience, I'd come back if I was a local to the area.
I had to swap a battery in my car that had it's polarities reversed for the hybrid battery in the car. Not only were they able to get me the battery, but also lend me the tools to replace it (trunk battery so I always get to change it myself). Again, amazing customer service experience top to bottom.
O'Reilly's twice in one afternoon is never a GOOD day. BUT the staff today really turned it all around. First, had to go in jumper cables and looked lost enough for a friendly staff member to ask me what I needed. Then take me right to where that was. THEN the person stopped what they were doing to check me out. Amazing experience, but didn't catch their name. I'm back again and calling from outside in the parking lot with what I'm hoping isn't a dead battery that we just jumped. Steven, who was on the other end of the call ,comes out immediately to assess and instruct me step by step as to what our options and avenues were. They had the battery we needed, installed it in seconds, and even checked the alternator before leaving for extra good measure. Can't thank you enough for all your help, Steven. Endless good days to you and the O'Reilly Mira Mesa crew!
The staff here was beyond Superb, I came in for a last minute battery replacement and the customer service I was provided from my initial phone call to the store to the actual installation was incredible. Mr. Franz was so kind and helpful. I am an Active Duty Service member and pride myself on positive interactions with others and to experience servicing that was swift and an employee with such a positive attitude with expansive parts knowledge and technical expertise was great! I will definitely be returning if in need of other auto parts and servicing!
This guys are very helpful, at least the 2 guys that helped me out. Very well informed about car parts and they actually help you figure out what you're looking for.
