Worse customer service. When I asked for my receipt they told me that if they gave me a receipt they were going to charge me taxes. So if you don’t ask for the receipt they don’t charge taxes. I will never buy anything from them again.
I have being buying auto parts from BAJAS auto wrecking for sometime now. Prices are very good here and their parts quality is top notch. I mostly buy engines,transmissions, and other secondhand used parts .I am in the Los Angeles area and they offer "free delivery" up this way which is great for my automotive repair shop.The staff here (Oswaldo,Panelas, Erv) are great and very knowledgeable. I mostly work here with Oswaldo (el rayo) who provides me with good information (decoding vin numbers,interchange application, pricing)... as mentioned; the delivery service is great here. Thank you BAJAS AUTO WRECKING for great product and great customer service. You have here a loyal customer for the foreseeable future.. Keep up the good work fellas!!!!
Ps: I have a part ordered for this Monday and i will have it at my door by 10:00 a.m. or before.... Now that is fast delivery service i would say.
Bought the 2004 Chevrolet Suburban transmission from them and it only run for 50 miles . Returned it . They gave me the second one which only go around 15 miles. Asked for money they said we can give you a good one this time. Sales guy was victor. Be careful don’t do business with them. They will rip you off.
Victor will keep lying and promising to you until they run away and close the business. Make sure get your money back if the part is bad. Don’t accept the replacement. All the Chevy trucks that they have has over 250k miles and not actual mileage. But they tell you transmission has only 120k miles.
I order this door took bit longer than I expected but this guys are great with prices. I could have gone trought other seller but the fact that they promised me it will arrive it was more important that saving a buck . Loyal clients are hard to find I know because I have my own shop . I like to be loyal even on rough times.
Very rude customer service. they lied to us and told us this part would fit in our car but didn’t. Then we tried to return it they said no. They insisted this was the right part for our car but it wasn’t. We took the part to 3 different mechanics they all said it was the wrong part for our car. Be careful of this business they do shady business.

Buyers beware. There’s a skinny guy that sits in the front with glasses. He’s very rude and mocks a lot of your questions. Very disappointing to see a business having something like that up front. I’ve seen him working at another wrecking yard before and he most likely got fired due to unprofessionalism and this company hired for for cents on the dollar. He’s very rude and pushing your customers towards other businesses.
Be carful with this place!! I bought 3 engines from this terrible shop (the representative was Rekardo) he charged my credit card for 3 engines and he send me only one engine. I called him more than 10 times for 2 month for the refund and he keep saying: I HAVE TO CHECK WITH THE LADY !!!!
How many months the princess need to check the transaction and refund my money???
There’s a guy that sits in the front with glasses. Skinny guy. He’s very rude. He’ll find ways to mock your questions or requests. As a very calm gentleman myself I had to excuse myself from their business due to his attitude. I’ve made several purchases before with different reps but this guy completely steered me away as a customer. I hope management realizes the damage he’s causes on the business and finds a good solution.
Bad customer service from the owner. They kicked out us out the yard since we were taking too long. (Only there for 40 mins looking at several different cars for parts) Then they rise the price of parts And refused to sell other parts. Don't buy from these guys.
